Wanted to speak with a person aboutan estimate, that was not an option with their automated answering system. If you can't be troubled to take the time to speak to me, I don't have the time to deal with your business.

disappointed there is no actual phone number that you can talk to the shop. Only automated line that doesn't have any option to actually to talk to the shop.

I loved the option of scheduling online. I was able to drop the car off the night before and received a call from the tech about an hour and a half after my scheduled time that my windshield replacement was done and ready to go. The rates were super reasonable. I will be using them in the future and would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks guys!

The service desk gentleman was very understanding....i had to reschedule a total of 4 times due to certain things but I was able to make it my 4th appointment and they replaced my windshield....and they vacuumed up not only their mess from replacing the windshield but the mess from the person who broke it in the first place. They were fast and very professional. Thank you Safelite! Awesome job!

Stopped by to get a quote on a pea sized chip in my windshield and waited almost 15 mins before someone even came into the office and then waited another 10 while they tried to figure out how process another customers payment. Finally quoted me $150 to fill a tiny chip.

Came into town to visit family. Cracked windshield on a Friday, Windshield installed headache free on Saturday. No one else around could get the part for over a week, they had it the next day. Great service quick service.

Made an appointment for 8-12. Received a call morning of appointment from guy saying he would not be there until at least 1130. I said that was fine. At 1145 guy called, said he was running late and wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle today because he had other appointments. A whole morning wasted.

Fast and good quality work. Price was reasonable and better than most local body shops. Was able to get in within 24-48 hours. Waiting area is very basic and staff is moderately friendly

Had a chip on my windshield, which they fixed within a 1/2 hour. The price was reasonable, and much to my surprise they vacuumed the floor?? That was an unexpected bonus! Thanks guys!

Not there first time here.These guys are good at what they do and fast! I stayed in Shop for a windshield replacement. It was like an hour. No bs! That's fast. The tech had a hell of a time cause all the dust and mess under the glass. But they took it down to bare metal and put down new primer. O h and the treatment they show on commercials, with throwing mud on the window and it slides off. Uh ya, it works. Now I would not suggest to throw mud on the glass it does come of but can ruin the surface protection. But I didn't even use my wipers when it started raining just beaded right off! I Also do not suggest to drive in the rain without wipers. I will be back to safelite because I would never trust the other guys with my safety or glass needs

I have done business here in the past and had a good experience. However, I just called twice and tried to navigate their phone menu system, and both times I was not able to reach a person. The last part of the message said "we are not able to take your call at this time", and I was not able to leave a message for someone to call me back. They might as well provided the phone number of their competition because that is who I will be calling next.

This Safelite location has super friendly and helpful staff. My back windshield hinges broke yesterday and my back windshield was half hanging out. They were nice enough to help me disconnect it, wrap up the area and help me figure out what parts to order. I will always buy my windshields from Safelite.

This place is awesome! Replaced my windshield in a timely manner and gave me a ride to and from work. Vacuumed the floors and the car looks good as new again!!

Had scheduled to replace a windshield over a week ago few hours before the appointment received a call saying they don t have the glass in stock and would receive one by Tuesday which wouldn t work for me being I travel for work. Basically what s the point of scheduling an appointment if their not going to be ready

Amazing customer service!!! As always, Safelite did not let me down. Replaced the windshield, recalibrated the camera, and undud a seat belt that someone pulled a 'stupid' on. Thank you SAFELITE!!!!!

I like the service from the local stores but HATE that when you call the "local" number you get the national call center. You get out on hold forever and told to go to the website to book your appt. Frustrating, I like to talk to people esp when all I want is a quote

Fixed my wind shield on my car and driver side on my truck there was a lot of little glass and they left them clean and ready to go for a good price too.thank you safelite

Very disappointed! Crack was larger when they finished! Less than 2 weeks later it cracked to the bottom of the window and started going across the window as well!
