Gi auto is who we use for maintenance and repairs on my wife s Lexus. They provide excellent service, great prices, and she always leaves happy. Great people!

After having a friend, check out their work. They lied about what repairs were done that I requested. Such as Transmission Flush. It was noticed that the seal was dry and cracked. They started charging too much. Some friends say they were charged too much.

I'm a couple years late on this sorry about that guys. But at the time, and maybe he still is, I worked with JJ a lot. He is a very knowledgeable and customer-oriented professional. Because of this great experience I had in Grand Island now that I live in Omaha I try and use as many independent small shops as I can. But unfortunately, I'm still looking for one. I keep getting screwed over by inflated prices and shady business tactics. And it just made me realize how much I missed the guys at GI Auto. They're amazing.

Wow! What a great auto repair shop. We experienced car troubles while traveling, and while no one else was able to help us, these guys came over to where we were stranded and took a look. They found the problem, and willingly fixed it right where we were. The mechanic was cheerful and optimistic! So glad there are still family run businesses that go out of there way to help. Highly recommended!

After my transmission went out in my car, the amazing mechanics at GI Auto were able to get my car in fast and have it back on the road in just a few short days. I was extremely impressed with how thorough the mechanics were with going the extra mile to make sure my car was safe and well taken care of. Great prices and honest staff! I would highly recommend GI Auto.

I can t even begin to say enough great things about GI Auto! Jeremy and his staff are wonderful and very welcoming every time I go in for an oil change or a seasonal check up.I ve been lucky enough to never really have serious issues with my vehicles so I was a little nervous about a check engine light on my 4 year old car.. Not only did they answer my pesky questions and concerns but they really took the time to make sure the issue was resolved and even offered a ride if I needed it.And to top it off they also took the time to take my car down to the dealership for me to have a factory recall fixed!My husband and I highly recommend GI Auto!Thank you again guys!

Fantastic place! The owner and his wife are great people! I was having an issue with my truck starting and overheating. They diagnosed the problems and fixed them; they didn't even charge me for repairing the fan that keeps the engine cool while idling! I'd definitely bring my vehicle back!

I have multiple business vehicles that we take to GI Auto. We have gas burners and diesels. My one business is always time sensitive as well haul mail for USPS and need service fast. They are always accommodating and I feel they are fair on their pricing.

my name is Connie Long I am an RV transporter out of Indiana I had trouble with my truck on my way to Utah with a trailer and this shop got right to me had a safe place to dolly off my trailer and got me back on the road as quickly as possible and the tru k has. been running great ever since. They are great and will definatly have my repeat business when I am in the area. Thank you for your good service.

Power steering pump went out on a Saturday and the guys at GI Auto not only worked us in Monday morning but had us back the road the following day!!! You can t beat same day service. Highly recommend!!!

So I call and ask about an issue with my Duramax as the check engine light was on. They say bring it in and they would take a look .So I drop it off when they scheduled me and left my number asking they call me back with information once they look at it. Afternoon goes by, no call. So I call, no answer, had to leave a message. Still no call, so I call again .The guy that answered said they had a lot of appointments, didn't get to it. So, I guess I had an appointment too, but whatever. So, they were closing for the day, so I said leave the keys on the visor and I will pick it up and take it somewhere else. Guy says okay. I pick it up, keys are there, but so is a greasy handprint all over the visor and headliner. Real nice. Complete waste of time.

Not good,had an agreement with one of the mechanics there that I could bring in my car earlier than there normal time , this was he's idea so I say yea sure, and guess what he's a no show.wasted my time thanks a lot buddy for making me go elsewhere with my biussnness and anyone else I recommend go else where. Can't do something don't say you can , not a good rep. Builder for any buisness.

Every time I take car in, they bring it into the shop right away and fix things in a timely matter. Love this shop.
