While traveling through the area, my truck had a flat tire, and the spare was not usable. Garrett's went above and beyond to fix my tier quickly so I could get back on the road! Customer service was great, and their pricing was very fair! I would highly recommend them.

Love these guys! I would never take my vehicles anywhere else! They don't try to force sell anything you don't need. Their inspections are very thorough, they found the coolant leak I wasn't able to locate. Very friendly, courteous atmosphere. You don't find that very often!

Tried Garret out for advertising a no appt needed oil change... Seems GI doesn't have much of any fast lube locations, they were booked up so I made an appt to come back the next day. Oil and filter $38, rotate tires $40, air filter $24 plus misc for a total of $115. Not what I'd call a great deal but they do seem knowledgeable and trustworthy of the work they performed. This service took about 1.5 hours. No oil or fluids leaking and air filter looked new upon inspection after I left.

The office area was clean and comfortable. And the staff was friendly and very efficient. They went over and above normal service to get my car back on the road. I travel a lot and am very impressed with this business and their professionalism! A big thank you to everyone there!

This is a shady lying tire place got quoted one price and paying something different and didn t get alignment. Don t go here if you don t want to be lied to and robbed!!

The service was great. I was given great advice on what the advantages of each tire I picked out was, to help me with a final decision. Very helpful. Cost came in under what I was expecting.

Took my truck in for new tires and a 2" lift. Everything done perfect. It's good to know you can take your vehicle here and have things done right the first time.

Thanks for the road side service and ordering more tires for us! Great service. Prices were exactly what was quoted and reasonable. Little bit of confusion with tire supplier but this was their issue not Garrett's.

I guess they got tired of seeing me too much. Went for a trailer tire and wheel recently, they said it would ve been in on the next Monday, three weeks later, still waiting.

Staff very helpful and even gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to stay there while they worked on my car. I was able to leave and run my errands while my car was being fixed.

Waited for over an hour to get a punctured tire repaired. Walked out to the garage over an hour after being there and the van is on the lift with no one in the garage. Should not take an hour and a half to repair one tire. 4 guys standing around. OTHER customers coming in after us being helped and vehicle repaired and on their way long before we were.

Great customer service. Warranty on tires is great. Free tire rotations with purcase of tires. They call to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Had a tune up done on my 2007 F150. After spending over $800 my vehical was having problems. The mechanic never tightened one of the spark plugs and truck shut off driving 75 mph.

It was super cold outside and the tech's got my tires repaired on my mixer and got me going again! They are dedicated to get driver's back on the road!

Do not deliver here this guys r so f.. lazy been here 2 hrs every time i go in they on lunch after 2hrs i check back in they said manager is not here they cant unload dont deliver here
