I chose p&l automotive for their confidence in being able to do the custom exhaust work. After I had paid and left and saw what they actually did I tried reaching back out to see if they could clean up the work or at the very least actually attach the pipe to the stock tip. I was met with negative attitude and they said that they didn t have the proper pipe bender to get the proper oval on there. That was never a concern when I first inquired about this job. Not only dose this not look like a $200 job but they refused to even consider trying to do a better job. Never again will I trust them with even a simple oil change if they can t properly communicate with their customers. I ve never been so let down by a shop in my life. Don t trust this shop with custom work at all. They ll tell you your wrong no matter what.

Have been going to P &L for over five years now, and they have ALWAYS done a great job with my van. They are always fair and have great communication with their customers. I trust them completely with whatever I need done on my van. My experience with them has always been positive.

Fair and Honest place to get your car fixed. Once he gets on working on your car, he doesn't quit til he figures out what is wrong. A great place to get a fix when you need it!

I had Paul rebuild a 500 Cadillac engine for my Airboat, took 2 and 1/2 years for him to complete and then he took parts from mine and put cheaper parts on it. Took him to court and won the judgement against him but then he told me he would take parts off my engine if I brought a sheriff to get my boat. He is a crook, I warn you in advance.

Was told our car would be ready by lunch;it wasnt. Walked across town(which is an hour walk) just to wait around for a couple hours since they hadn't even started on it yet. Before that we called in on a few different occasions just to be told they would get back to us with an estimate; they didn't. It took taking the car in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix that particular issue.

He's had my truck for months, won't return my calls. He also wants to charge storage fees when he hasn't even started the work.
