I love this place. The staff is awesome. They are always willing to help you with your needs. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a warm environment. I highly recommend you check them out even if you are taking a look see

Always helpful friendly able to answer questions and give some advice based on facts or personal experiences on different topics. Which helps those of us like myself who are trying to do projects around the house that I lack in experience and knowledge.

Not the greatest customer service. Everyone just seemed to not be happy to be there or feel the importance of being helpful. Not having what I needed, after 20 minutes of trying to figure out if they did or not topped it off. Won't go out of my way to go here again.

Went to look around and found several things we needed. Very reasonably priced and they now have a new water timer with 4 outlets. I love going here just looking because I always find stuff I need.

The staff are all extremely friendly and very helpful. If they don't have what you need they can probably get it. If they don't know what to do with something they will direct you to someone who does.

Ted and Carolyn Scherbarth are wonderful people, Pat, Heath, and the whole staff are super helpful. This store has it all and I feel it is important to buy as much as you can from local stores.Supporting local stores does not make the owners rich, it supports jobs and family lifestyles in your local community.So, before you run to Lowes or HD, stop by here first, I do.

Sherbarth Ace Hardware is the last place I would return to. I needed 20 12 foot 2�12s and they had 63 on hand but they were split and warped so bad I had to pick good ones and was told I would have to pay more if I wanted the good ones. They were more money than surrounding stores but I was in Fairbury so thought I would get them there. Did not buy because owners are very rude. Very bad customer service.

This Ace hardware has the largest selection of any Ace I've been to. There is always someone knowledgeable there to happily help you. And their paint department is top notch. #ShopFairburyFirst

Folks go to Lincoln to get their hardware supplies and I get it. I shop there, too. But when I can I shop our hometown Scherbarth Ace Hardware first. And let me tell you, the commercials are right, the employees here are way more helpful than the ones at the big box stores. It may cost a little more, but they are here and are helpful. Special shout-out to Brian at Ace who has saved me a lot of headaches and money. If you have hardware needs, shop Fairbury's Ace Hardware first.
