From the time I arrived to the delivery. I was treated like royalty. Diego Mata, my salesman was amazing. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone at Ernst made me feel important. They made my buying experience easy and the finance departmentgot me the best rate and terms for my loan. And they delivered my car to me 90 miles to downtown Omaha! Even the delivery guys were friendly and professional. Thank you. I love my Taurus Limited.

Acacia karakats was amazing. So kind and sweet and kept me informed on my vehiclesProgress as I had to keep it over a couple days. She worked hard to send things in to our service contract. My experience there since 2019 when we bought our traverse has been wonderful.Thank you

Visited the service department to have a work truck serviced. I was immediately greeted by Austin Olk. First of all let me say thank you to all the staff as well for the additional service and hospitality they shown me. So I was leaving the vehicle and getting a rental when I recieved a call saying no rental available in town. Austin was able to get us a loaner, (which is pictured) then had to drive 1 hour to get rental and 1 hour back. This got me out of a bind which had nothing to do with them, I was so very satisfied with the work done to the work truck. Two thumbs up. Thank you Austin for being helpful and your coworkers as well.

I am a Marine Disabled Veteran and had the unfortunate experience of having a flat tire. We went to Ernst Auto Service Dept in Columbus, NE and our Service Advisor was Kimberly Harvey. She helped us from beginning to end. The problem arose when the tire could not be repaired and a new tire needed to be ordered and would take a day for delivery. The donut that comes with the car had a speed rating of up to 50 mph and could not be used for long distances. We had to travel on the highway only and speeds are up to 70 mph and we had a further distance to travel to our farm place. This left us in a bind, worrying if we would safely return home. We visited with Kim and she was able to get a loner vehicle for us to drive home so we could get their safely. She also had another lady and the mechanic helping us to transfer our groceries and other items from our car to the loner car, as we had just finished shopping before the tire went down. Also, a salesman sitting by the front exit doors helped open the door so we could get the wheelchair out of the building, with me in it. I can't thank all those individuals that helped us out this day enough and want to just say THANK YOU VERY MUCH, you all turned a bad day into a good day and it instilled my confidence that there are still good people in the world. Angel in sales did an awesome job of identifying what vehicle and what package would best meet my needs as a travelling nurse. He was awesome to work with. Not pushy and looked out for what was going to be the best for me and the travelling lifestyle. The gentleman that helped us with the financing was effecient. friendly, and informative. Oscar the manager was willing to go above and beyond to help Angel get me the best even hunting down a vehicle.

I have been in here three times, twice for routine maintenance, once for a warranty issue. They have been very patient with the warranty company, very much on top of their service, etc.Very happy with the service and communication that I've recieved from them!!

When you pause to think about purchasing a car, you want not only a great deal but also a great experience and to buy it from good people, right? I may never buy a car from this lot, but they have a part that I needed and I called them to try and purchase it. When called, the manager said no after his staff tried to help sell it to me. They state just in case they need it. I get it, in case, but they didn't need it right now, and a family does to get their car running again. If we all functioned this way, where's the kindness left in this country? If you are thinking of buying a car from this lot who claims to be your good old fashioned family lot, I would think again. Maybe they aren't as family friendly. If they aren't willing to practice a helping hand, who's to say you'll get the helping treatment when you need help after you've purchased the car. Be cautious who you do business with. Good people will show you they are good and you know it. We called around, and when someone didn't have it, they tried to help direct us to others who may. This was one lot that did have it but wouldn't help. You've been warned of the type of people who are at this lot, and if you choose to keep doing business with them, that's at your own risk of a helpless future with the lot!

While we were buying our car they preached and preached about how Ernst always wants to take care of their customers. That was not the case with me. There was a flaw that we wanted fix and they put us off over and over and would never answer our calls or even call us back. They say there is a 30 day guarantee, which we would have taken advantage of had we known they were going to jerk us around. We went there because accoring to their website they had a few cars that we wantes to look at. When we got there, only 1 was actually on the lot, the others were stock photos of ones they were getting in at some point (weren't for sure when even), but there was no mention of that on the site.We will never go back and never recommend anyone else go there either.

I was impressed with the quick response to my brake issues that came up right before I had to travel out of town, I came to Ernst Auto in Columbus, talked to Kim, they were booked for days ahead, they were willing to try to work me in before my trip, and were sooo helpful and met all our needs.Thank You!

Everything was TOP NOTCH at Ernst dealership from the person that welcomed me into the garage, to the receptionist who joyfully said good morning to everyone who walked in and made sure they had coffee and a drink to the amazing mechanic, Tim. I felt like the most luckiest client that I got Tim to work on my truck. I had a very complicated issue going on and Tim was so very patient with my questions, educated me on my vehicle, problem solved with me about what may be occurring with the trucks issues and treated me like family and a friend. Tim even welcomed me to call him and ask more questions if I had anymore when I got home or anytime. Tim was an excellent Ernst representative and I feel very thankful and blessed to have him help me. I definitely will refer my friends and family- and I will not hesitate at all the next time I have a situation and need Tim to look at it at Ernst. I know I can trust him. Thank you especially to Tim for the super impressive service!!! I am very thankful.

Would be hard to go anywhere else after this to buy a car! Anthony was amazing! Really we bought the car over text messaging which was just great for my wife! Once there we were treated like royalty! Best car buying experience we have ever had! Mr mcphillips in finanace was equally amazing! We were not pressured into anything at all! It was just an all around great experience! Mr. Ernst you have an amazing staff and should be proud!!

My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and caring last week at Ernst Chevy. We were having problems with the monitor screen on our Tahoe. Franco and Angel were very willing to assist us in resolving the issue. They were very knowledgeable and kind individuals.

Had an oil change today May 13th at 10:30am. Everything seem to go great had great customer service. I went home and parked the vehicle in the garage. When my husband got home he came in the house and told me my back whipper was ripped off and the front chevy bow tie is missing. Kinda upset that a car dealership can do damage like this to a customers car.

Great experience when purchasing my new Toyota Rav4 2019 Hybrid. Very professional sales staff. They don't push you or force you to buy the vehicle they want. They let you buy the vehicle you want and the way you want it. Sales people are always willing to answer your questions and work with you. I waited more than two months to get my Rav4, and they made sure I was aware of it. In the picture with Jim Ernst, Mike Backstrom and Tony Supik. I love my new Toyota and no regrets to buy locally. Thank you very much!

Ernst Chevy impressed us so much with their excellent service. We brought our SUV in for scheduled maintenance. Although it ended up taking a bit longer than we expected, the service representative that worked with us was amazing. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but a true test of excellent service is they way a business treats its customers when something unexpected happens. In this case we had to leave our car overnight. They picked me up as soon as I got off work and gave me a very nice loner vehicle to use until our car was ready. I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was and how professional they were. Ernst Chevy is the only Chevy dealership in Columbus as far as I know, but they treated me like there were many other dealerships in town where I could have chosen to take my business. I highly recommend Ernst Chevy and want to thank their service department for doing a great job with our car.

I know 3 people who have purchased vehicles from ERNST and all 3 were lied to. Called in excess of 15 times. Left many messages. They have not gotten back to me in several months. Visited in person and was not helped then either. Do not purchase from these crooks.Edit: I can't respond to your reply. I had some warranty work done on our 2020 Chevy Traverse. I would like to have a receipt showing the repairs done on our vehicle.I like to keep records on work done on our vehicles even just oil changes, rotating tires, etc.I did not get a copy of the repairs from Ernst.

Was able to be squeezed into a full schedule - had a slow leak. Was expecting to have to wait but the job was completed in about 30 min. (total, from drive in, to drive off). Very courteous young man checked me in and the same person checked me out. Very satisfied and so thankful!

I had an awesome experience with Holly. I informed her that my wife and I drove all the way from Lincoln, Nebraska looking for a specific truck. She was wonderful to talk to and helped with the vehicle buying process. It's been 2 weeks and I love my new truck.She also was extremely knowledgeable when it came to different types of pickup trucks. She also went through the different features of my new vehicle while she was driving it, showing me the different buttons.It was an awesome experience, and if I have to buy a new vehicle, hopefully for my child, we'll be driving back there.

Everyone in the dealership was very kind and friendly the atmosphere was very comfortable you did not feel uneasy sitting there with the sales person and even the owner Mr. John Ernst circulated throughout the building smiled and said hello to all of the customers and seemed to have positive engagement with his team members. Isaac, the sales associate did a nice job, he was very up front, honest trustworthy and we felt we received the best possible deal that we could have ever received vs going to another dealership. It made the hour drive from Omaha well worth it. Isaac was very accommodating, always asking if we needed anything, he brought multiple vehicles into the show room area for us to view and discuss the options, he was patient and very kind, considerate and patient throughout the whole process. We never felt pushed or uncomfortable, pressured or hurried to purchase the vehicle, it was a very laid back and comfortable buying experience.
