I have been very happy with the Quick Lane service. Steffy s has dropped me off at work and also came to pick up my vehicle for service. I have been given options if additional service is suggested without any pressure to have it done there and immediately. I take all my vehicles there, 3 are non- Fords.

Fast friendly service. We had warranty work done called on a Thrusday and they ordered the parts and had us bring it is Monday afternoon. We also got an oil change and had them look over the vehicle because we are taking it on a long trip. They did a great job!

I was in for a routine service on my 2017 Edge. The work was done in a timely manner and the and the wait in the nice, clean waiting room was pleasant. I got a free car wash to boot! That was a nice bonus!

I would personally like a scheduled time for servicing my truck, as opposed to taking a chance of having to wait an hour or so before they even begin the work. I ve been at both ends of that spectrum. Pulling right in and getting it in serviced immediately is great. But on the flip side of that @!&!@:!!.

It took an hour to do the oil change. They identified a problem with the battery and wanted to know if I wanted it replaced. When they found out they replaced it 10 months ago, then it had to go to the "big" tester to confirm it was really bad. That took another hour and they said it was fine. Funny how they didn't even recommend the "big" tester the first time.

I always use our local Ford dealership for any service work on my 2015 Ford Escape. Had an issue recently where my oil filter got pinched somehow. I contacted my local dealership and explained what was happening. They had me bring it in right away, they explained everything to me and gave me anew oil change which I felt was what should be done. I'm very happy with my local dealership Gene Steffy Ford in Columbus Nebraska.

Dalton in the shop is an excellent mechanic and always does a great job. Dave and Dalton alway do very well communicating and keeping me informed on vehicle status.

I told at least 2 people to balance my tires. Didn t happen. Went to local guy and he did it. Said the problem was mud on a wheel. Steffy did rotate but didn t look at wheels?? I wonder. Guess I should have a written list. Steffy s solution come to express line. And what wait another hour? Very disappointing that you can't schedule an appointment. Instead you sit and wait for vehicles ahead that were purchased at dealerships that are an hour or more away. I purchased from gene steffy so I could get first rate service.

I needed a PCM model programmed and keys sinked on my truck.They were able to fit me in and it was done in no time. My truck runs great. Thank guys!
