Bad experience, I would never buy a car there again. If you don't like giving away your money, don't buy from this company, they charge you even for breathing, they don't make guarantees valid and they make you pay guarantees that they don't respect and in the end you end up paying more than the value. of a car, very bad service in the mechanical workshop and the Chevorlet manager.

I have been trying to get a hold of the GM or Finance Manager, I've left multiple messages and not once received a call back. I would go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Their staff that answers the phone, is very rude.

Live over an hour away and called about a truck they had posted online. Called and inquired about it. Salesman said it still needed detailed and checked out by the shop. Understandable. Called back to see if i could test drive the next day. Salesman didnt return my phone call so i called and talked to someone else that was supposed to find out for me. Took off work and made arrangements with the bank only to finally recieve a text message later that day informing me that the truck was already sold. Never going to do business with them again. By the way... 2 of the 5 star google reviews on here are from that salesman. Pretty bad when you gotta hype your own business and not rely on actual customer input

My mother had always taken her newer Nissan Rogue to Ernst for oil changes. Within the past 2 years of oil changes, the service manager like clockwork would always give her about 10 different items that needed to be fixed and it was thousands of dollars worth of repairs. My mother started to show me the repair list which I found to be a bunch of bull. I took the vehicle to a reputable mechanic who is honest/straight shooter. He put the vehicle up on the lift and looked everything over that Ernst said needed fix ASAP and he couldn t find a single this wrong or needing fixed. If my mother would have gone ahead and did the repairs Ernst said to do, my mom would have been out $4-$5,000 for no reason at all. We are done with Ernst and their scams! My warning to all senior citizens or single women beware because Ernst will take advantage of seniors both men and women, widows, single women. The rich find ways to get richer!!!!!!

I bought my first car here. They were easy to work with and very understanding of my schedule! I really enjoyed the buying process.I have also used their shop for oil changes. Great people there too! Clear pricing and if anything is different, they call! Great staff!

Bought the daughter a car and 2 months later we're putting brake pads and rotors on the front. Maybe they should look their vehicles over before they sell them.
