These guys are hands down the BEST around!!I was down on our.luck when daughters car was in shop for a new fuel pump.Then my daughter broke down driving my van where it ended up on the highway with a blown motor. These guys went & pulled it to their shop, checked it out, & charged me NOTHING for doing it. I can tell you , lots of respect for these guys. Thanks again for being so kind!!!

Start with my first interaction, the phone call. Matt was awesome and did not hesitate to get me in Tuesday morning. Now today Tuesday, my appointment for my headlight issue was done in 30-45 minutes. I recommend 1000%. I had the best time waiting with the in-house welcome committee a Golden Retriever named Max. I will be back because I just moved to town (from Florida) and I needed a mechanic. I found one. I will be back for any future mechanical repairs that I can t figure out on my own.

Great service all the way around. My water pump went out, I called them, they picked it up, and had it repaired in no time. Bryan, Christy, and their crew are 100% top-notch! Super happy with their service and highly recommend.

Well I just had my first experience at Bryan's Repair a little outside of Columbus. And all I gotta say if freaking wow! So many people were telling me these guys are awesome and can do anything and I asked multiple people and only heard good things. So I thought hey, why not let them do a realignment on my 99 Super Duty. I was not disappointed, from the time I drove onto the property I felt welcomed. The office lady Kristie (I hope that is how you spell it.) Was so kind and penciled me in asap, and Bryan instantly greeted me and helped me out, it was done in a very timely manner with amazing customer service. I suggest you check these guys out for any mechanical needs. (Apologies for the long review.)

Was 1000 from home and lost fuel pressure in my Diesel F250. I called the shop and Bryan told me he could fit me in. I was able to limp in on my own, but he would have come out in the bitter cold if I needed him to. The were able to diagnose it as gelled Diesel fuel in the fuel filter. They had me back on the road in under an hour, with a way to avoid it in the future. Diesel doesn't gel in Austin.

I have had excellent service numerous times. The staff does quick and thorough work. I would highly recommend this shop over taking things to the dealership for all your diesel needs. They have saved me time and money and got my trucks back on the road and me back to work.
