Hey Central City O'Reilly's, I've got two brothers from another mother, close to O'Reilly - one near your HQ in Springfield MO, and another three minutes from your store in Central City. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for helping me to help a brother. Thanks for having the parts, thanks for getting the parts ready, and thanks for letting me take care of this for my younger brother! Sent wrong plugs, refused to exchange without buying new set [right number] --- screw-ups on numerous occasions. prefer the store on Webb Rd even if its 23 miles away, (they have knowledgeable counter people)

Shout out to Jeremiah. Called him at 7:52 (closes at 8:00) on Friday night when my daughter was pulling into town with a low tire. He stayed late and helped her change the tire. Special thanks for a selfless act.

Very knowledgeable and nice staff. Amber was willing to listen and think outside of box and saved our off roading adventure. She was able to get the needed parts for our trail repair. Thank you for patience and determination to find the quality parts!

Pretty well run store, from my experience. Often able to get parts for my cars, but one of my trucks isn't even listed in their system, so it is troublesome sometimes. If you need a part for an old car, you should know that some of the employees might not be able to help you. If that's the case, try to talk to Jim.

The man at oreilys today around 4:50 pm was beyond helpful to me and my friend after someone hit her car and a cable to her battery came off. He tightened the cable for no charge and had us on our way! What a blessing he is! Thank you!!!

I once delivered cookies ordered for a staff member for a staff meeting,. I was greeted with a very nasty attitude and extremely unfriendly and answered me in a condescending manner by telling me the person who ordered them wasn't there and not to expect her to pay for the order. The other person working informed her it was pre paid and she walked off in a huff. The other person in the store that was working acted friendly but also looked like a disheveled mess. Not the way to represent a business.

Some of the most well educated employees I ve ever talk to add an O Reilly s! Incredibly friendly gave me knowledge I don t even think dealerships would ve gave me! It s incredibly clean friendly environment where everyone is welcome! Thank you O Reilly is for hiring such great people at this location!

My mum was fired from here after she was tricked by a customer who was made at my grandpa into giving him the wrong part. They didn't even TRY to save her from being fired. James refused to let my mum go to the hospital both when I had to go and when she needed a shot for pain. My mum was crying due to the pain.
