I've worked on my own cars for years. However, whenever I have a problem I'll take it to Terry's. They are honest and reasonable.

Awesome service. I had a lady who rented my car from Turo. She said she will be using it locally (Denver Metro area) and for a day. Tracked her on my GPS and found that she took my car to Nebraska. Contacted Turo, Turo was no help and I couldn t have my car towed back to Denver because the lady drained my battery I can see how long the car was on on my GPS. Turo said they don t cover it since it s an electric issue. It was a 2014 Corolla and it happened in late 2017. I asked the maintenance guy what s wrong with the car, they said it s battery issue. I asked them how often I should change my battery they said every 4-5 years. It hasn t been 4 years. Anyway, the staffs were great and didn t charge me for having the car stayed in their shop for over a month. Yes a month. I wanted to examine the battery, so I took the battery with me, which they added a cost for taking the battery with me. So costs of everything from my trip to Nebraska from Denver and back to Denver, service fee, etc. came out from my own pocket and Turo did not want to cover it. This is also a review on Turo by the way. And those who wants to rent out their car with Turo, be careful.

Good folks. Terry and his son were great to deal with. They diagnosed and fixed a problem on our Corvette for $150 out the door that the Firestone shop misdiagnosed and wanted over $600 for. I went to them because they were recommended as both knowledgeable and trustworthy. We need more folks like them around.

When ever I go here I always get a fair price. Sometimes it's hard to get in because there so busy but it's worth the wait.

Took my car to Terry's Auto to have a problem fix. They fix the problem and the cost was affordable and reasonable for what was done. Almost a week later, all my dash lights lit up, it was crazy. I called Terry's but he couldn't get us in for two weeks and we were leaving for a trip out of state during that time. So we took our car to Jenson Tires & Auto. I asked them what it woud cost for a diagnostics and they told me $75, or $150 if they had to hook up to the diagnostics machine. I gave them permission to hook it to the diagnostics machine.Later they told me what they thought it was but didn't know for sure. I was confused because I told them to hook it to the diagnostics machine if they wern't able to figure it out. Frusrated, I went to pick it up, I was no closer to knowing what was wrong with it before I brought it in.Then they proceded to tell me they could fix the problem for $900.00. I am thinking to myself, they don't know what is wrong with it, but they can fix it for a fee. So I asked them if they would guarantee that would fix the problem. They said there is no way they can guarantee the work. So I kindly said no thank you and took my car.Meanwhile I went on my trip. I put high octane gas in the car and it helped, the lights went out and the car ran better. Meanwhile I had scheduled an appointment with Terry's Auto in Bellevue for when I got back.When I got back, I took my car in to Terry's, they checked the codes, cleaned a few moduels and called me to pick up the car. I asked them how much, they told me no charge. Good communication, fast service, honesty, and a great price. I have been taking all of my vehicles to Terry's for over 20 years and they have never let me down. Terry s is such a great place. Took one of my Jeep s to them not only did they fix it ahead of time but they also charged me $100.00 less than what they quoted. I have used them in the past for vehicles that aged from 1958 to 2015 and was always impressed by the quality and service. I highly recommend this establishment.

I can t say enough good things about my experience with Terry s. I am a CAT adjuster working in Omaha from out of town, and the clutch on my 4wd Xterra was dying quickly. They got me in quickly, did a very difficult job faster than they said they would, and actually charged me a few dollars less than what they quoted, which was already a very reasonable price. Their communication was excellent, and out of the 4 or 5 times I ve had my clutch changed through the years, this was the best customer experience I ve had, coupled with the best feel on the clutch, and smoothness of shifting. If I was a local, Terry s would be my go to mechanic. If you re a Bellevue local, or in the greater Omaha area, and in need of a mechanic, give Terrys a call

Spent a lot of time hoping I could help this shop out and upgrade their business phone line and internet equipment. Ended up sticking with current provider but either way I know terry and his crew are awesome people and masters at what they do! I am grateful I was able to meet everyone there.

Terry is Bellevue's best kept secret. Easy to find next door to Swine Dining on Mission. He and his crew rebuilt my Holly carbs, my fuel pump, fixed wiring issues that I had not brought to his attention, fixed my throttle linkage, about to replace a leaking shock next week, and diagnosed a bad upper left control arm which I need to source for him. He and his crew treat your vehicle as their own and provide you with what you need them to do, give you back safe reliable transportation without any fluff. Can't encourage you to use this facility strong enough. Excellent service. Honest work. Fair prices. When the head gaskets on my Subaru finally failed, I knew I was looking at a big, costly repair. I checked a number of different shops, but Terry's not only gave me the best price, but also the most confidence in their service. They were upfront and honest, and they explained exactly what they would do. I've worked on my fair share of Subarus before and they knew all the "little quirky things" that Subaru people know to ask about. I already had some of the parts (I planned on doing it myself when the weather was warmer, but just couldn't wait) and they went through and told me why they would use some parts but advised against others, but it was still my decision in the end. I never felt cheated and the car has ran wonderfully ever since their work. They never tried to sell me on any repair I didn't need, and even showed me the old gaskets and parts and explained what had gone wrong. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit and the staff is super friendly/knowledgeable and obviously happy to work there. They were very reasonable on pricing. I will be bringing all my vehicles here in the future.

Would highly recommend Terry's. Great work at reasonable prices. I have three classic muscle cars. I know he's worked on one (recently), and probably all three. Not only do they know what a carburetor is, they know how to work on them.

Ease of mind as you enter in. No gimmicks. No up-charge and honest. They're to assist the health of your vehicle. Not see a profit walking in. Terry and the team did a fine job for five years working on my Lexus with scheduled maintenance. After 165k miles a rusted c-boot provided to much for Terry's.They suggested replacing the axel, said it would save money. After three visits to Terry's the axel was still leaking!The response from Terry prior to going elsewhere for repairs was unprofessional. In the absence of successful job completion, basic customer service is essential!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

This is the place to go if you need your car fixed up. I had experienced many problems with my car over a 6 month period. No one could seem to figure out the problem. I took my car to Terry's and the first time around they thought they found the problem. About a week later I realized it wasn't quite right. So I took it back and they were more than happy to reinvestigate the issue. They actually found a few more things that another shop tried to put a band-aid on. Make sure you call ahead though, they're super busy!!

Best mechanics around! I will not trust or take my vehicles ANYWHERE ELSE but Terry's. They're fast, thorough, consistent, fair priced, flexible, all around good guys here. They don't bulls#it you about repairs. Honest, hardworking, capable guys.

Quoted for a $800 job. Ended up costing only $200. They could've scammed me like other auto shops but didn't. An honest neighborhood mechanic is so very reassuring. Thank you Terry's! Keep it up.

Terrible. Had them fix a thermostat housing, and I get it back with a bad thermostat. So that tells me they don t check their work, because that would ve told them it was a bad sensor.Now I have to take off the thermostat housing and replace it. Took me 1 hour, so their labor price is a joke. Takes you professionals over 2 hours for that job? Man you should hire me then and replace your other mechanics Didn t offer me an apology, or a way to remedy the situation. Just said bring it in. Think I have time to wait another week for you guys?Oh how far you all have fallen. Terrible.

I should have come to Terry's first, had my van towed to Willie's auto repair and it sat for 5 1/2 weeks but he did do my oil change. Lol. Then had my van towed to Terry's, 2 days later she was up and going. The PCM computer had went out. Fast, up front pricing and great service!

Always courteous, have never tried to sell me unnecessary services. Very straightforward. Prices absolutely reasonable. They've also brought potentially harmful situations to my attention before a disaster could occur.

Terry's auto has the best customer service ever! They are always there to answer any questions you may have. There is always some there to answer the phone. I have taken two cars to them and neither one was even drivable and when they were done the cars drove like they were brand new! I don't trust anyone but Terry's with my cars

Took company car there for an AC leak, no other company could find the leak, these guys did. Two years of sporadic ac and then taking it here got it fixed. Great place, good honest mechanics.

Outstanding service, fixed a car I spent hours on and couldn't get working. Very reasonable rates, excellent customer service, friendly staff! Had no issues using the parts I had already purchased, saved me a bunch of money.

Terry's Auto and truck repair is the only place I take my vehicles for repairs. I know I'll be treated fairly, be given honest prices, and that they stand behind their work. I've been coming here for over 15 years and there's no where else that even compares.
