Got a good truck at a fair price. Will recommend because:1) Price on website was out the door price. Not a teaser price. Truck was also prepped with new tires, maintenance up to date, recall work complete, and ready to sell.2) Gavin was knowledgeable about the product, honest about its pros and cons, and when he didn't know the answer, he took the effort to make sure I had the right number to make my decision.3) The paperwork was organized and low pressure. Only one add on was presented with no big sales pitch and in a way to facilitate us.My wife hates car shopping and she came back and said, "I'll work with them anytime."

From beginning to end our car buying experience at Lee Sapp Ford was exceptional! We never felt pushed to buy just completely informed. The communication from the staff through the whole process was appreciated! Lee, Gavin and Michelle are top notch and I m sure the rest of the team is as well.After the purchase of our vehicle we were walked through the features and shown how to use them. No other car dealership has ever went above and beyond like that for us. I can say with complete confidence that we will be buying from Lee Sapp in the future and will recommend to friends and family to take their business here.

Everyone I talked to at this dealership was very nice and helpful. Gary the salesperson was easy to talk with no sales pressure. Michele in finance also was easy to talk to and worked to get me the best interest rate possible. When I went to pick up the vehicle Michele was out of the office and Gavin stepped in to assist with closing. He took the time to get to know me, and took his time to explain everything. I would have to say because of these people I will be a repeat customer. They are truly a small town company with good values and good people. Thank you, Gary, Michele and Gavin.

Ordered a new vehicle last October and just took possession. Lee was great throughout the whole process. He personally kept me updated from beginning to end. I did a lot of research when it came to my trade and Lee gave me a fair price. Michelle in finance made that process quick and painless. Overall I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience.

My technician was great and gave me text messages during my oil change to let me know progress and cost of extras if I wanted them done. Everyone is so nice at Lee Sapp Ford!

This place is one of the best dealerships in the omaha/ashland area. I shopped around at multiple dealers and everyone of them surrounded me the second I walked on the lot, lee sapp did not do this at all they let me test drive with no questions and were not pushy at all. They were very honest about the used vehicle I purchased. Gavin was very helpful and a stand up guy. Highly recommend this place to anyone around omaha Lincoln area.

I haven't personally taken my vehicle in. My husband always takes our cars in, but he doesn't leave reviews. He always has positive experiences with staff and service. Usually just goes in for our regular oil changes and he says it's a pretty quick and easy process!

We lost our brakes in Gretna, NE and had to leave our truck there to be fixed and rent a car to get the rest of our way to our destination. Dan was awesome! Our truck was in good hands and even though they were booked three weeks out, he had our truck ready and waiting for us when we came back through to pick it up on our way home. We are grateful! Thank you to Dan and his team at Lee Sapp Ford!

Update on 9/29/2023: Ordered a new Ford Escape thru Lee Sapp Ford a few months back, and they were an absolute charm to work with. Gary in Sales as well as Michele in Finance took absolute great care of me.Approximately February 2018: Bought a used vehicle from them a little over a year ago and recently had a need to get rid of a slightly used vehicle for a family member. Great folks to deal with. Great communication and no hassles.

Still selling used cars at reasonable prices if don't mind some rust/work. Picked up an 06 f350 crew diesel back in July. Looked like one of those "too good to be true" social media ads, but went to look. Rusty old plow truck, but ran fair and priced accordingly. Gavin knocked another $200 off price unasked to help with fuel, and fixed windshield seal he noticed flapping around. Drove it all over Lincoln running errands, then hour 1/2 home with minimal issues-didn't notice a pinhole in power steering. Less than $6k all in now in Jan.

Excellent, reliable, trustworthy dealer. Highly recommend. I keep my vehicles for a long time and I'm now shopping for my 4th F250 from Lee Sapp. Service, sales (Gary) and all personnel are great.

Always a great place one of the best Ford dealerships in the state of Nebraska. If you like the small town atmosphere this is the place to go. They are not pushy and they listen to what you want.

Ordered vehicles for my business. Something got messed up with an incentive program, but Lee made it right and sent a check for the difference. That's great service you can't get at most places these days. I Will do business there again in the future.

I just bought a Lexus from Lee Sapp Ford and I will continue to purchase any other vehicles I get from them. We worked with Gary and he was so kind, helpful and went over the top to let me see the car. He had it all cleaned for me and in a garage since it was snowing which I thought was really helpful! He was honest and very personable. We also worked with Michele their finance manager who wasn't pushy at all. The whole process was quick and easy! I'd give them more stars if I could! THANK YOU SO MUCH GARY! :)

I recently bought a new Ford F150 from Lee Sapp Ford and I am extremely happy with my customer service. I purchased the truck from Dave and I worked with Gary on my trade in. I had great customer service. Dave went out of his way to get me the truck that I needed to pull my camper. Dave was even willing to look out to other dealers to get the right truck. In the end I went with a truck off the lot with excellent rebates. I purchased a van from a different dealership that is larger. The customer service I received at that dealership compared to Lee Sapp is not even comparable. Lee Sapp wins hands down. I had some extras put on my truck and I had great communication with the dealership. Even when my sales person was out of town I had the owner Lee calling to make sure I was being taken car of. Prior to going to Lee Sapp I was wondering what kind of deal I could get buying from a smaller dealership compared to one of the monster lots. But I was very impressed with Dave and how he sought out rebates to get me the best possible deal. I am confident that I would not have received a better price any where else.

Bought a new Ford Fusion 2020 Hybrid. Fantastic friendly-neighborhood-small-business type atmosphere. Lee Sapp himself stood by the front door greeting customers and helped me with some of my inquiries and getting me where I needed to go. Gavin was the salesman I worked with and was great to do business with. Very pleased with Michelle too she was really helpful. Great price and great service!

Gary is a worthless salesman. After test driving a car, instead of trying to make a deal he left us sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes while he sat in his office visiting with one of the town folk. The car was over priced anyway, so I definitely didn t feel bad walking out without giving him my business. Won t be back and won t recommend Lee Sapp Ford.

Awesome dealership and awesome people...Got stuck in a snow storm with my car on the side of the road, Gavin and his team helped me get back on the road in a great GMC Terrain in under an hour. I m very weary of dealerships but this one shows there are still good people and good business practices in the auto world out there! Highly recommend for purchasing a new or used car!

I've been taking my vehicles there for years and they always do a great job. I am a little bit biased as I have an uncle who is a car dealer at Lee Sapp Ford. I've even purchased a vehicle there when the need arose. They even worked with me a payment plan when things have been tough. They get a 5 Star rating from me.

Amazing service- Mark was a life saver for my sons car while he was home on 30 day leave. Another Ford dealer in Omaha gave me the run around on a recall- Mark did not and had it handled asap. 10/10 recommend!
