I recently purchased a snowmobile from MPP. The machine was polished, fueled up, and ready when I arrived at the dealership. Danielle had the paperwork all ready to go as well. Thank you!

This place is exactly what a motorsports dealer should be! Had a wonderful experience with all the staff, especially Bruce, Danielleand Hunter! There was zero pressure when it came to selling a machine and they were very helpful in selecting and financing my new Polaris. I've purchased lots of ATVs and equipment from other dealers and have never been so satisfied with customer service as I was today at Montana power products in Ronan!

I am very pleased with our experience. Mike was friendly and attentive and did a great job of showing us all the options that were available. It made picking out the right machine for our needs and budget easy. Danielle took care of the final paperwork and was friendly and patient while Ron made sure we know how to operate and maintain it. I like dealing local. It s nice not having to drive long distances to get what you need.

Danielle from Montana Power Products Wa exceptional to work with during my purchase of my Kawasaki KRX. She was responsive and worked out all the details of my purchase before I showed up from a l ok by drive. She took detailed photos so I could verify the condition of the machine as well as setup appointment so, we could make the process smooth. Highly recommend purchasing from her for the support and communication.

The salesman Mike Lewis was fantastic, answered all our questions and took care of us even when he couldn t be there when we came in to pick up. Mike made sure we were taken care of with Danielle who was equally professional and very pleasant overall great experience and we ll definitely be back! 10 STARS

I had a good experience. Appreciated the honesty of saying one saw not worth the $ to try to repair, and one chain not worth sharpening. Fast turn around time on the tune ups on the 4wheeler and chainsaw that I did leave.

Edit - Reply to response from owner: I literally supplied you with the code that pointed towards a TPS (see the repair order)....I'll include a picture of the code from the sled. Stop digging yourself a deeper hole and admit you provided garbage service and then blamed the customer for poor diagnosis. I did in fact decline any further work because of the incompetence shown by your service department and knowing your diagnosis was most likely wrong. I should have called your bluff and had you install the $120 part but judging by how you handle things, I knew that would be more of a headache. What you are stating is a complete lie and it's just scary that shops/owners like you exist. From what I've heard, this isn't uncommon at your shop. Look at the RO I shared, it doesn't lie. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, you're doubling down on poor customer service.Worst/weirdest service experience I've ever had. Brought a sled in, they charged me $252 and improperly diagnosed the issue. (See attached repair order)I repaired the sled myself after actually performing a diagnosis. The diagnosed switch was not the failed part and a quick bypass, or understanding the codes shown were a clue to this. The tech did not state any codes pulled, nor did the service advisor have any known codes beyond what I provided. The failed part was a TPS and I brought the sled to a dealer because they have an easier way to diagnosis/set/adjust this, but I ended up having to do it myself...They claimed to have immediate availability to look at the sled so I dropped it off, it took them close to a week to actually look it, defeating the purpose of driving it up to them.Called to ask about a possible refund or compensation and was told, no joke, that I "picked up the sled before it could be completely diagnosed." Barry in service literally called me, the repair order shows the diagnosis. This was the response the owner apparently relayed to Barry on a call we had earlier this week.For so many other reasons, this was the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had at any type of shop. I was a mechanic/service writer for 5 years and NEVER have I seen or heard of a shop acting like this...so so weird.They also apparently charged me diagnostic time for something I didn't even request, because they recommended replacing a part that could only be diagnosed properly but spending time investigating the circuit and part, but they most likely guessed at it. If I asked them to look into an issue, they would 100% charge me diagnostic time, as they should, but I never asked for them to explore a brake light issue, so I can only assume they properly diagnosed the switch and charged me diag time...I wouldn't take anything I own here, ever. This isn't a dealership, this is a "stealership".

Great experience! Had my RZR in for a major repair. Wyatt and entire staff was awesome and kept me updated on the status of my rig (they have a very effective messaging system). There were a few issues related to insurance questions (mine) and parts availability, but overall outstanding service. I ll be recommending them to friends and family with total confidence.

First I am a picky costumer and can be very demanding! I have a 570 Polaris Ranger. It has had several problems in the past!Montana Power Products has worked with me and have worked out all of the issues and dealt directly with Polaris when necessary. They have been polite even when I have not been!! The mechanics did an amazing job of tearing down and rebuilding the transmission! The Ranger is now running like a top! The management has been great in following up with me in case there were any issues.All in all I am pleased with MPP and would recommend them to anyone in the future. > Don Remien <

Parts don't show up when ordered. No call no explanation. Just when they get here they get here. Was picking up parts for a friend because they didn't come in when he was told they would be in. Had to drive 4 hours to deliver them to him. Might explain why yhey are always hiring.

A great experience! purchased a new KLR from out of state and the process was easy and convenient. Not only did they have the best price, they had the bike cleaned, set up and ready to go with all paperwork completed before I arrived. Jesse was great, easy to work with and worked around my schedule. They even let me chat with one of their techs in the service dept. to make sure I understood everything about the bike. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This was my third power sport purchase and each experience has been fantastic. Eric was very helpful with all my questions and followed up to insure I got just what I needed. Great price and great service including the guys in the shop and parts desk. Overall 5 star experience.

Called and asked for part department. Waited on hold for several minutes. Individual came back on and asked what I needed, I said parts department. He said they were busy hanging something up. He asked why I called. I said I was looking for some indicator lights for my 4 wheeler. He told me to go to an auto parts store and get them. I asked for parts again and he took my phone number and said they would call when they had time. Never received a call. Don't waste your time in Ronan. Order on line.

Called 3 days ahead to schedule pick up but when we got there it still was not ready. Spent close to 6 hours waiting. They barely had a gallon of gas in it cause they said they ran out of gas. We asked for a temp tag but that wasn't put on the bike and had to be mailed. Out of the two days we were there and all the trouble we had a manager never came out to speak to us. Every time we had a question about the bike we purchased and a snowmobile that we were thinking about the sales rep had to keep going in to talk to the manager. We would of thought the manager would have the courtesy to come out and introduce himself and ask how he can help but he just sat in his office. The other staff were very nice though.
