The employees were professional and thorough in checking the sounds my car has been making. They checked other things as well (which was good because they found more issues other than the sounds). They were very friendly and explained everything well at the end. I loved my experience with them and recommend going there.

Excellent service, and timely in completion of work being done. The price is fair, along with additional inspection of my vehicle. There's a comfortable waiting room with coffee available along with reading material. I recommend K-O Auto Inc.

I took my pickup to KOA to have the glow plugs changed, they used my glow plugs and only charged for labor saying they wouldn't warranty the work if using my own glow plugs.Which was fine with me. That fall my pickup was hard starting and the batteries were dying constantly.I took it back into KOA to have it evaluated. After $200+ Some odd dollars and hours of diagnostics, they weren't sure what the issue was, but quoted me 8k for injectors saying that *might* be the issue.After a second opinion:The severed cord causing the batteries to die was found 15 minutes in (which KOA missed after crawling around my hood for the hours they billed me for)Injectors were determined to not be the issue, and the test KOA ran was also not determining that anything was wrong with injectors.After replacing a few other things to see if they were the issue, the issue was the glow plugs put installed by KOA. The glow plugs were not faulty, but perhaps over torqued.

I drive a 30 foot Jayco Class C RV. They got me in really fast for oil change and lube. Clean office with nice recharging station, K cup coffee and tea in waiting area. Nice and warm!

Excellent customer service and a very professional operation. I really liked getting my diagnostic report via text messages. It was very detailed and easy to understand. They even washed my car.

I ve been to a couple of auto repair shops in the valley. This one at the top of the list. Their customer service is top notch. The communication is the best I have seen in the industry. I know exactly what is wrong with my vehicle as soon as they do. The repairs are top quality. With KO I m getting peace of mind knowing my family and I are going to be able to go where we need to go safely. A shop you can put trust into is a rare thing. This is a great customer focused business. From my first call to walking out with my truck fixed it was a great experience. They have very modern testing equipment and got me in while on a long trip from Florida. I called and got right in within 90 minutes. The receptionist was extremely friendly and the service was completed in a timely manner. I was on my way back to Bozeman and developed truck issues while passing through Ronan. The staff at K-O worked me in late on a Monday to diagnose the issues and provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could get a hotel in Polson. They provided me with updates along the way and provided stellar service from start to finish. Shops like this give me hope that good people are still around who provide honest and dependable work. Thank you guys for helping me in a bind - I really appreciate it!

My son took a VW into Missoula for service on a muffler and.brakes. Appointments in all cases in a city of 70,000 we're out 2-3 weeks. He did have one estimate for $1,300.00 plus recommended work for an additional $600.00 for those repairs. A friend recommended K - O in Ronan 45 minutes N of Missoula on hwy 93. K - O said they had an opening the following morning at either 8,9 or 10 am. We took the car in two nights ago and got a call back at 9:00 sharp yesterday morning. I stopped in for a quick visit and authorized work that not only included brakes and muffler but also a brake flush, multiple light replacements, check engine light review, and the estimate still came in below the Missoula estimate. Parts were ordered and the work was done in 24 hours. The best is yet to come! The wonderful lady at the front desk called to say that after repairing the muffler, the check engine light went out and they didn't need to charge the for that diagnostic!!!!!!!!!! How many shops would have given you a credit on your bill for services not rendered. I would venture to say zero. This far and away was one of the most pleasant auto experiences that I have ever had (as a 65 year old man). Truly unbelievable. You WILL get an honest and fair assessment if you take your car there for service. Unbelievable that there are still some honest businesses out therTook my son's vehicle VW in for some more repair around July 25 2023. As usual they were very professional, replaced the plug wires and spark plugs as well as checked out and repaired other issues. These folks are top notch, reasonably priced, and available to do the work on very short notice. Very very good service professionals. The VW dealer in Missoula was out a month. Ridiculous. I love this shop. They are very professional, fast, easy to get an appointment and really try to care for their customers. I d give them 5 stars, except their customer retention program is a bit much for me. They send me texts to do surveys, send me post cards and call me multiple times to check up on the repairs they did! Which is all very nice, but for me personally, I just want to be left alone!!! They re like an ultra clingy girlfriend who always needs reassurance. Yes, K-O Auto, you are pretty and I love you and I ll be back soon, I promise! LOL

Purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox from this auto repair shop, 5 months later took in for service at Karl Tyler auto due to the engine burning oil, walked out with a $7,000 estimate for a complete engine replacement.I was shocked as this car had come with a detailed carfax report, and I had purchased it from an auto repair business. When I contacted the owner for a possible better deal on a repair they would not work with me and told me since I had bought it as is it was my responsibility.
