I had the worst possible experience at Town and Country Auto Body. I took my Mercedes-Benz sprinter based RV there to have some bodywork and engine repair done after a major accident (a deer ran into my car), and they ended up delaying the repair for months, blaming it on parts unavailability. When I checked myself, I found that the parts were ready to ship immediately.The customer service at Town and Country Auto Body is also terrible. The owner is the only person who works in the office, and he is always too busy to talk to customers. He makes excuses about not having enough staff, but it's clear that he just doesn't care about his customers.After the repair was finally completed, I discovered that there was a dent (see the attached picture in yellow circle) and a part missing from my car. The owner denied that it was their fault, but I know for sure that it was. My coach is brand new that it was never involved in any other accidents prior to this one.But the worst part of the experience was the inflated parts prices that the shop submitted to my insurance company. For example, they submitted a price of almost $2,000 for an LED headlight, even though my van has halogen headlights that only cost around $600. I had to do a thorough review of the parts list to catch all of the inflated prices.To top it all off, the paint job on the new parts doesn't match the rest of the body color. My van originally had a more yellowish white, but the new parts were painted a bright white (see the attached picture where hood and bumper color doesn't match fender and passenger door).I would never recommend Town and Country Auto Body to anyone. They are a dishonest and incompetent auto body shop.

We live in Colorado, and our daughter is a student at the University of Montana. Unfortunately she was involved in an accident in her Jeep Grand Cherokee mid January. The Jeep was not drive able so we had to find a repair shop quickly. I called the Lithia Jeep dealership to see if they had a collision shop. They didn't but they referred me to Town and Country Auto Body. I gave Town and Country a call and spoke with Ray, the Owner. Ray could not have been more professional and efficient. From the day of the accident to final completion of repairs was 20 days! (Estimate, estimate approval by insurance company, ordering of parts and completion of repairs) Mechanically and visually the Jeep is great and the color match could not be better. Being from out of state and working with Town and Country Auto Body, especially with Ray, could not have been a better experience. Thank you to Ray and his repair team for an job well done!

Did a great job on my Tesla couldn't see where the dent was anymore. I'm going to use them again very soon. Will update review after I use them again.

These guys by far the most professional, honest, and reliable automotive engineers in Missoula. They offered a fair and honest quote for some custom body word I needed done on my 2023 WRX, and couldn t recommend them more highly! Thank you!.

Amazing customer service, from the owner/operator himself. Ray was great from the start, he gave me the name and number of a tow company who came the same day, had me forward my insurance quote, and everything really seemed to just take care of itself but I know it was just great service on T&C s part. Ray did great at getting my car in quickly and really did his best to work around parts and manufacturing delays that were beyond his control. Will definitely be bringing my business back some day but hopefully under different circumstances!Service: Body & Trim

The folks over at Town and Country are fast, friendly, and truly give the best to their customers. Ray accommodated my timeline and got me in when he was booked solid (as is every other body shop or mechanic around town). Their pricing is fair if not generous and my fix was done incredibly quickly. You can tell they want to help get you back on the road as much as you do. Can't thank these folks enough. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Go to Town and Country first!

Town and Country replaced a door on my wife s car but one of the power window switches never worked properly. I ve called them on at least 3 separate occasions about finishing the job, but I ve been blown off and told they ll call me back . We brought our 2018 Passat in after an accident and Ray and his team did an awesome job! The car looks great and Town and Country made the repairs a stress free experience. Communication was great, vehicle was repaired quickly, they handled the insurance company, quality work done right the first time! We highly recommend Town and Country Auto Body!Service: Body & Trim

Ryan and Ray went above and beyond when repairing my vehicle after it was hit. They are perfectionists and made sure everything looked as close to new as possible. Very personable! The process for getting a quote was quick, friendly and easy. They gave me options that allowed me to go easy on the friend who bumped into my older car so that his insurance rates wouldn't skyrocket. And they were very flexible with scheduling. Second time using them.

I have had my truck repaired here on 3 different occasions, an accident on ice, storm damagesfrom flying objects, and a deer collision. Great job each time on a late model vehicle. I was treated very well by the owner and his staff. My wife's vehicle was repaired here as well and not one problem or complaint. If I need service again, I would go nowhere else! Update- new truck. With fender damage....like it never happened!

I've had a couple body work repairs at Town & Country Auto Body over the years. Most recently, my Hyundai was hit & I needed extensive repair to one of my car doors. I was unable to take my vehicle to a shop for a quote during business hours due to my work schedule. After calling T&C, Ray offered to come by my office to asses the damage & give me a quote. It was above & beyond what I expected. After that, they've been the first auto body repair shop I turn to when I need auto body work done! Thanks for always being so accommodating when I'm literally in a jam!

They fixed my mother's 2007 Impala and worked with me so I could save some money. I was pleased with the work and would gladly do business again. Now if I can just get Mom to stop bumping into stuff

Best autobody shop in Missoula. They work fast and have great customer service. I shopped around for the best price and found Town and Country. It is the only place I will take my car.

had a truck painted there shop is a dustball.. was cheap is best thing can say. went back to do nother cheap job. and prices have gone through roof.. treat return customer extremely poor. not mutch care for kid working front desk miss old gal. in general id rate hole deal 2 squatches down. sad i liked the shop till changed;))

People here are very unprofessional. They do a horrible job, and do not take customers into consideration. if you want a horrible job on your vehicle this is the place to come.I have dealt with bad customer service, but town and country took it, to the next level.
