If I ever need help with a bent car key or want a second opinion on anything related to keys or locks, I'm hitting this place up first. They helped my boyfriend when other places required a tow and/or triple the price to do what they did (I'm looking at you, dealership). You're the best!

Excellent customer service. I called beforehand to make sure my key fobs were able to be programmed without having to go to a dealer. They had my keys done within minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Offers several different options for replacing keys for my push button operation vehicle @ a significantly lower cost than the dealership . Might take time so it s not an instant fix but if your pocketbook is your primary concern, it is a great choice

The dealership quoted me almost $400 for a new key, I paid $90 at Art and Rays. Service was excellent, and the cute dog running around was a major plus. I can't recommend this place enough.

After a friend lost one of the keys, I took my Ram truck to Lithia Ram to get another key programmed. They claimed they could could not communicate with my OBD2 port despite it working to pull codes and having an active tuner/monitor plugged in. Lithia wanted several hours of labor to "fix the hacked up wiring" under the dash. After paying 62 dollars for a single metal emergency key from Lithia, I drove straight to Art & Ray's. A&R's had an exact match aftermarket Fobic key in stock. It was less than 120 seconds from them exiting the door until they had a new key programmed and the lost key deleted. They also cut another metal emergency key for free. It was 160 bucks for the key and programming. Lithia wanted 360 and either couldn't do it or straight lied to my face.Highly recommend going to Art and Rays for your automotive key needs.

I called in the morning to get some keys made and programed. I asked if they wold do it at my work no problem they said. Came out in afternoon and found out needed a different key. Tyler went back and picked up correct keys. Got job done and everything works excellent. Thank you so much.

I came in for a new key fob for my kia. They ordered the wrong one 1st. But turned around and got the correct one in a few days later. Very good price. Will definitely tell my friends.

Brought in an old lock without a key, they found a number on it and 45 mins later, they calling me back in for pick-up, with a far lower cost than what we all thought originally! Thank you all!

Great service! I called and they were able to come out next day when I could be home. Very respectful, helpful, and worked fast. The guy was even nice enough to tolerate my cat's demands for pets while he worked. The pricing was fair and made sense on their form. They were even nice enough to explain to me why the door knob so hard to take apart, how the mechanism worked, why it was sticking, and other components. I have their number saved in my phone for future use! Would recommend. However, if you don't expect them to charge you for their time to travel, ask the price beforehand. I didn't and it was about what I expected to pay so no surprise there.

Decent place. Had a hic-up there dealing w this business through work and had to talk to 3 different people to resolve small issue. But they were nice and fixed everything up in the end.

Highly recommend Art & Rays, they were so fair with pricing even letting me know how I could save money. They were quick to respond and so kind! My situation was pretty stressful and they understood the need for them to assist me. On a hard day, they truly had great work ethic that made my day so much better!

This is one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with Customer Service and Quality Work!! Josh is Amazing and is very efficient, polite and super willing to get things done for you, no matter how tight the time line is! The Rest of the Crew is equally as good! My daughter locked her keys in her car at Blue Mountain and it was after 6 pm. They arrived 30 minutes after I called, and got her car unlocked in 5 minutes. I appreciate that they were kind, courteous, and fast!! Especially since it was after regular business hours!

I called in need of a commercial deadbolt installation need. They were not only able to get me in the next day, but their price was absolutely fair. Carl showed up very promptly and efficiently installed my deadbolt. It was obvious that Carl knew exactly what he was doing from the moment he showed up on site. Lost the ignition key to a vehicle and had these guys out to make a replacement. These guys are awesome. The price was the same as they quoted me and they were able to come out right away. I'm telling everyone that wrote anything I'll about these people. They are great great ppl and I'm not a person who lives comfortable. I am barely making it with my new business and they were more than fair. I had my ignition fixed and a new key and had to come to me and take ignition out and repair it and bring it back to me and install it. I'm very thankful for the work they have done. The gentleman that came to me was very polite and knowledgeable about what was going on. I did not have cash on me but I wanted to tip him so I will have to another day. But they surely deserve it. I thank God for leading me to them it could of went way worse and I would be with out a car for work and deliveries at my laundry & ironing serv job. Press for Success. Thank you Art and Rays. I think I'll make some cookies for them as well.

Nothing like waking up one summer morning to find your motorcycle missing. The police were able to recover it, but the ignition was damaged. I thought the repair would be easy, but come to find out Suzuki no longer makes the part I needed. I was able to find a used one on eBay, but it did not come with keys. Still I purchased it and dropped it off with the Art and Ray's Lock and Safe. They called me within just a few hours telling me I was good to go. Such great service!! And the price was well below what I expected!! They can count on my business again in the future. Thanks to everyone there!

Ouch! After reading other reviews I may have been scammed? 90 dollars to come unlock my car downtown? I called other people to just get quotes on what they charge and it s pretty consistent in the 45-50 area..feeling a little taken advantage of for a fifteen minute job that really could have taken 5 minutes..I was really shocked when you told me the price. Maybe try telling people what you ll charge beforehand next time so they can call someone else

We were experiencing some weird lock issues in our new store we were building-the key locked the outside but not the inside-and these guys were so quick to come and rekey the lock for us! Just called them again for an issue with our back door and was able to make an appt for wednesday. These guys are quick, great customer services each time I called, and issue was resolved very fast. Highly recommend.
