Horrible experience with a salesman named Tanner. I was wanting to buy a car that they had just taken in. Was waiting on them to detail the car and get me a few more pictures before I drove 800 miles to purchase it. Then find out they sold the car out from under me. Did I put money down on it? No, but had been in commutation with him for over a week. At the very least a phone call/text to tell me that somebody else was interested and that they would need me to put a down on it to hold it would have been nice. Ask to speak with this GM and he never followed thru.( I m guessing he knows he pulled a dirt bag move) Pretty low class. This guy fits the sleazy used car salesmen reputation. Just remember Tanner what goes around, comes around.I m sorry you are miss informed, probably by Tanner. Was never ask for a card to hold the vehicle. All I m saying is a simple call or text to me that someone else was interested and if I d like the vehicle I would have to put money down. Is that too much to ask??

On our way to Alaska we experienced truck problems. We contacted Van Motors and Joe got us in immediately. We received excellent service and we were able do stay in the lot with our camper 2 nights while they research and fixed our truck issues.Nikki the office personnel was professional and even discussed the opportunities to see the northern lights and grizzles.Joe the shop manager did an extremely thorough job and was able to find and fix all the truck issues. Joe helped us relax about continuing our trip to Alaska as opposed to turning around to head back home.Van Motors is a professional, friendly, accommodating company. If you are traveling and have a vehicle emergency near Conrad, MT contact Joe, Nikki, or another member of this team.Thank you for all the help you provided when we felt stranded on the road in an unknown town.

I went to Van Motors 2 months ago, transmission was going out and although I live in Great Falls nobody could help me. I was told go to Van Motors in Conrad and see Lance. My truck wasn't leaving, transmission was gone. The GM strike was on but they got me a ride home. When my truck was finished they cleaned it up before I arrived. They are professional and friendly and I will "Highly recommend " them to anybody!Thank You all at Van Motors!

Speaking on behalf of my spouse here. Overall a great experience with Lance over at service. He give you a great handshake and looks you in the eye. Van Motors has now worked on my GMC twice now and both times were great experiences with honest work. Once for some warranty work and a second time installing new tires. Van Motors service has always taken great care of us and our friends!

Highly recommend visiting Billy at Van Motors.During the first half of a month long vacation (Dad, 4-kids and a camper) we entered Conrad MT our destination for the next two days. As we rolled down the off ramp and crossed the cattle guard we heard a loud noise. Sounded like one of the kids dropped a book on the floor. Immediately following the noise, we lost drivetrain power. We limped the vehicle and camper to our destination and then started looking at options.It was a Friday afternoon around 4 p.m.. I called the Ford dealership, explained out situation and they asked me to call back the following month for an appointment. Our family has been loyal Ford owners for years. I was very disappointed. So we started looking at other options, like ending the vacation and driving a rental car home, extending out stay in Conrad until Ford could look at the vehicle or buying a vehicle.Given COVID there are very little options and availability of vehicles. We cooked at new and used cars in multiple states, finding one used Suburban and one new Suburban that were equipped and capable to pull our camper.Van Motors had the new Suburban but they were closed Saturday and Sunday. Given my situation and the very hot vehicle market, I reached out anyway on Friday evening. By the time I woke up Saturday morning Billy left me a message and was willing to sell me the Suburban on Monday morning.I explained my situation and he came in over the weekend to help me out. Given my situation left me with little negation power. This ended up not being a problem. Billy did not take advantage of the situation. I was very pleased. Honestly I have never had a car buying experience like this.We continued our trip as planned and cruised through the mountains with no problem in our new Suburban.Thank you Billy for taking such great care of us.

Part way into a long road trip from New York to a remote area up near Glacier, I had an issue with possible DEF contamination of my 3.0L Duramax diesel. Scary stuff! Called ahead to Van Motors and Lance (service manager) was able to mobilize his team. Mind you, this was at the very end of their work day. Russ (technician) confirmed no contamination. Huge relief! Replaced a fuel filter and we were back on our way in about 25 minutes. Great team at Van Motors!! Thank you for saving the trip! 5 stars isn't enough.

Customer service was excellent! 2 young gals pulled in off the highway with truck issues hauling horses, right at closing time and they were the most friendly and kind people. They accommodated us, stayed late and got us back on the road as soon as possible! They even welcomed my puppy with treats and Lance the service manager followed us to Great Falls to make sure we were safe out on the road. Highly highly highly recommend Van Motors! They saved our lives!!

We own a 2021 GMC Sierra 3500. We were visiting from California and staying in an RV Park in St Mary, MT. Our truck had engine issues and we had limited time to fix it since we needed to move to our next destination towing our 5th wheel. We contacted Lance in Service and explained the situation and he said he could see us right away and help us get back on the road (Kalispell's GMC dealership could not get us in for another 2 weeks which would have left us in a situation having to relocate our trailer without a tow truck). Lance was friendly, responsive and went above and beyond for us to fix our power steering pump under warranty in one day. We are so grateful to him and his team for helping us out so quickly and getting us back on the road to enjoy the rest of our trip. If we were locals to the area, I would never get work on our truck done anywhere else - he has us as customers for life.

I would like to say what a awesome service center ! We were traveling from Oregon when our transmission cooler started leaking , I called the warranty place from GMC they gave me three dealerships , we had to unload our fifth wheel find a dealership the first two dealerships closest wouldn't even help they were three weeks out , so I called Van motors explained our situation the manager said well he could look at it first thing in the morning this was Monday, We took it in on Monday, they diagnosed it on Tuesday ordered parts and got our truck fixed on thursday, when we picked up our truck he told us he was also booked out three weeks but this being a emergency they wouldn't leave us stranded. Thank you to all the professional staff and management they were so very helpful and friendly. We were visiting friends who scheduled a service for there vehicle there because of the excellent care we were shown! They went above and beyond, from the manager, to the front desk, to mechanics, explained what they did, fix the problem, and made sure it wouldn't happen again. Thank you again for saving our vacation, and getting us home safely!!!

I was driving though on my way back to Canada when my rear wheel seal began to leak real bad. Lance and his group at Van motors were able to squeeze me in even though they were fully booked and get me on my way that day. They even loaned me a car to get some lunch. Highly recommend this great business

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our GMC Yukon barely made it from the border of Canada to Van Motors due to a faulty throttle and slew of other issues from extensive off roading. From our arrival to the shop at 1pm, they started working on the car immediately and drove out to Great Falls and back to receive the part. The mechanic Jim Ellefsen (ask for him!) did an excellent job, gave us a clean car, and stayed past closing to help us get back on the road to California. They even lent us a loaner car and let us stay warm in the shop while we waited in Conrad past shop closing. We received the car at 6:30pm and it's been running great!

Got an oil change here a few weeks back and I was disappointed unfortunately. First off, there are windows broken in the front showroom, which has no vehicles in it to show. The floor was very dirty and made out of rocks that seemed to be coming up with multiple places that needed to be patched. There is random furniture or pieces of furniture stacked in random places...the showroom sort of resembles a warehouse in an inner-city that belongs to a business that is about to go under or maybe acts as a warehouse for the mafia. Very strange...repairing the floor, cleaning the place and replacing the broken windows would go a long way in helping the appearance and creating confidence the moment you walk in.After almost two hours, I went to check on my car in the service area and the nice lady told me that it was ready but still needed to be washed. There was only one other person in the waiting area for the duration of my time there and I made an appointment so I don't know what the holdup was. I just nicely asked for my keys and left.The real crime here is that this place has potential if it would get its act together. A few nice people work here and it's one of the only places in town that offers full service on vehicles. If they could clean the place up, organize it in some way and focus on customer service there is a lot to be had.

Don't take your vehicle here for service they will miss diagnose it replace a part they say is bad and the service manager will assure you that it is repaired I drove less than 100 miles check engine light come back on. Same symptoms as before I took it in.They came and got it to do some more work on it and it is still not repaired. So I ask the service manager if they would apply the labor to replace the turbo he said NO I was told that part needed to be changed anyway cause it was a little dirty well apparently it did not cause it is doing the same thing. Now the want me to pay another large amount of money to change the turbocharger after my extended warranty run out while they were doing all of this and the turbocharger was covered by the warranty and they won't apply any of my previous labor to repair the turbo. Owner will not return phone calls. the only good thing about this whole thing is they came and got my pickup for the second attempt to repair about 80 miles round trip

Way over priced on all there cars you can get the same car for about 5k to 20k cheaper in greatfalls. And service department is way over price $120 for an oil change and they only have one good mechanic Jim. Everyone else cuts corners.

Went here first as we always want to support local business. Only to find out that in their promise they could help they ended up not being able to help us and my husband's credit score dropped tremendously through all the hard pills. You get what you pay for!! Please dont take this wrong but the only heavy set guy sits in the show room he's supposed to help with selling and researching and helping you find a new vehicle however he's not up front and honest with you well at least with me! I've been a cash buyer twice now and you would think it would make it easier also with a budget of 10,000.00 however he didn't want to get his butt to help me just sits.there and days,

This place looks like it s been abandoned. Zero vehicles in the snow room, broken windows in the front of the building. The place is dark and dirty. The service department seemed to be busy. They took over 2 hours for an change that I scheduled an appointment for. I definitely no not recommend.

I usallly have good service. Today was the 1st time I actually had to ask for the carwash.
