My husband went to get a charged battery for our 4 wheeler which costs $40 more then an uncharged battery I guess? Went to install it and it wasn't charged. He goes on the next day to say hey I paid for a charged battery and this one is not charged they told him we can have one sent from kalispell to here with I'm the hr he gives him number they say we will call you when it gets here. Hr and a half later no call so he calls and they say oh yea that's here now! Just a heads up When you're working in a customer service operation and people are paying for the product you should be at least adult enough to call them back when you need up. This will be the last time we deal with this place.

Troy the manager was a terrible example of customer service. He's the Manger in the Columbia falls. Super rude and defensive. I'd avoid unless you want to talked down to.

Meh....go to the Auto Zone down the street for better service. Nothing against individual employees, but sales info, knowledgeable help, and lower prices down the road at AZ. Been to both many times.

Good service decent store don't always have every part but if they don't they can get it in a day or so

Dave at the counter was super helpful and friendly, helped me diag a 'check engine' light. Went out of his way to help. I'll definitely buy parts at CFalls O'Reilly.

The guys usually have a good answer to my questions and are obviously more involved in auto's than just slinging parts which are plentiful and fit perfectly. The only complaint I have is regarding their rewards program which has switched to savings or money off using text messages which I inadvertently erase because they are in que a while and appear to be spam. I think it's more inconvenient and maybe by design.

Michael was quick and gracious to help me by changing out my battery in my jeep. He showed me a few things to do upon my request and even completed a few of these things. Nice. Friendly. And he made me feel appreciated as opposed to a pain in his butt, thank you for your assistance -your customer service skills are above par!

Kudos to Asst Manager Allen. What a great customer service experience and professionalism he gave us. Allen met all our needs and more by providing awesome information and help. We will always come to O'Reilly's if we need to and nowhere else

Extremely helpful and friendly. I was visiting Glacier NP and needed to get a leak in my tire fixed. The employee (wish I remembered the young man's name) explained why the green slime was better than other options and even told me where to find a free air compressor (the Conoco down the street).

I was looking for air filters - engine and cabin. The salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me information on all my choices but did not try to upsell me. I like that. I think that is one of the reasons I go to O'Reily Auto Parts. The parts were in stock and at a very good price. I will definitely go back.

Outstanding service. Bryan at this location went over and above to find me the right part, call me when he found it and called me again when it came in, all while I was here on vacation. Price was 1/4 what I would have paid at a dealership at home.

Everyone here is extremely helpful. Also love that you can have them diagnose engine light for free. Got the parts, tools and advice I needed and then came back to have them diagnose the codes again and I fixed the issue! Thank you!

The exchange a battery thing they do sure helped me out. They give you 10$ credit per battery you bring them (5 a day limit) and they put it on a gift card so you can use it when you want.
