Super nice guys tim and his Employees did a great job getting me in getting it fixed, giving me more knowledge on the trailer. Excellent Service tim even offered to come to Where I was working to fix the trailer.

I CANNOT recommend Diamond S enough. They rewired what other mechanics said they couldn t do at least not for a grand. Diamond S got it done in just a few days in a super affordable way, and made sure the issues I was having would never happen again, by adding in extra breakers that I didn t even know I needed. I m so grateful for the expertise && the treatment my trailer // myself received !

Tim and Peyton could not have been more helpful with the repairs on our 5th wheel. After getting thousands of dollars of suspension work done at Camping World just before our trip, the work failed 2,000 miles from home. Peyton was able to quickly diagnose the problem with the leaf spring, fashion new pieces to connect it to the frame, and had us on our way out of town in no time flat - all at a more than fair price! We cannot recommend Diamond S more highly! We are very grateful to have found them in our time of need!

These guys are, seriously, the best! I have a lemon of a mobile dog grooming trailer, and they have gone above, and beyond, to help me find solutions. They ve spent a lot of time keeping my trailer in road worthy shape. I appreciate them so much! They are friendly, honest, professional and straight to the point (which is what I like)So thank you guys! You have made life so much easier on those self employment journey!

Awesome people. I am full time rv and on the road. My hitch was getting loose. We pulled in. They asked what I needed . Looked at the issue. Grabbed some tools and tightened everything up to 350 lb torque. NO CHARGE!

Had trouble with my trailer (a ground short) that I couldn't seem to find. called Diamond S Trailer and they had an opening the next day. When I took the trailer in it took just an hour and I was back on the road. Great job. Will use them again.

While on a family vacation we needed an emergency repair to a travel trailer we were renting that had a tire blow out which caused damage to the floor. Tim was so accommodating and friendly and had us back in business the same day which was incredible considering the work needed! They went above and beyond any expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly also. Just cannot say enough kind words! Thanks!!!

We were in from out of state when our raft shuttle broke our trailer and left us stranded with no reception. Tim and his team worked after hours, drove out and rescued our trailer, (and our vacation) left us in a better situation than they found us and made sure we were able to safely drive it back to Idaho. What amazing people!!

Hired me for a day and told him I had plans said he understood than fired me even though he said okay come to work when you can. Tim Smith is a piece of work that's for sure in my short time of being there I seen some really sketchy actions like jimmy rigging things not doing things as the customers asked, and not to mention he is the well I'll just use this old material and cover it with new paint to save some money type

The employees do amazing work and the prices are beyond fair. Everyone that works here is super friendly, except the owner. Hes a bit abrasive and comes off short & kindof grouchy when he has to explain something. The turn around time on repairs is phenomenal though, in and out.

Mr. Oleg This is Tim Smith , owner of Diamond S TRailers..... I looked into my records and show no record of you ever being in my shop. Second if me or my mechanics have ever made a mistake I personally cover all damages that have happened... There has never been a problem getting anything covered in the couple of cases I have had to do so... Please call and we can discuss this...I have no info on you or your being at my shop...

Tim and Peyton are just great people. They'll get your trailer issues hammered out no matter where they lie, be it the trailer or the truck. Be aware, this kind of quality means they are busy, busy and busy. But they are worth the wait and their prices are incredibly fair.

I went in with a simple question and came out fully informed. I was not charged for anything. I even offered to buy them lunch but they humbly declined. After speaking to them they really know their stuff and have been honest and fair with their customers. If they can't fix your trailer, then I don't know who can.

I drove 5 hours from Idaho to pick up a trailer and a piece of equipment. My truck wiring for my trailer connection was junk, and Tim stopped what he was doing to fix my truck on the spot.Highly recommend Diamond S. If I didn't live 5 hours away, I'd have him fix my other trailers. In fact, I might just tow them out here just to have him work on them.

These guys are awesome. After a pretty major mishap while on a road trip, with my daughters Teardrop trailer falling off the frame, these guys replaced all the bolts and re-welded everything back together 100x's better than original in just a few hours. Now I know she will be safe for the rest of her trip. Thank you so much. Tim, you are the best.

Outstanding service! Needed an emergency brake replacement on my 5th wheel and they took great care of me in short order. Couldn t get anyone else to see me but they fit me in right away. I highly recommend them. Thanks Tim and Payton!

Tim has been extremely helpful with my boat trailer. Seized some bearings and he has been a great guide and made me confident in the decisions made for my trailer. If you run into trailer trouble call Tim. They are located directly behind Sherwin Williams in the same building.

I stopped here because of a faulty repair from another shop the day prior. Tim immediately found the problem, fixed it, and even called the other shop and got them to pay him instead of charging me! These guys are friendly, honest, and will take care of you.

Thank you Tim for your help a lot !! You did the magic! Long story short : we've travelling around from Calgary , Alberta when we tried to launch our boat at Macgregor lake Montana we broke our drive shaft on outboard motor ...oh boy we called all shops in Kalispell and White Fish all wore busy or the wating were just too long one of thouse shops recomend us Tim's Shop ( Diamond's Trailer maintenance and repair) YES they do fix BOATS TOO !! Withing two days they fix our motor !! So happy ! Tim and his mechanic dose the magic Thank you so much !!!P.s : we left a note( and your business card) in our cabin for other guest if in case they need help .Tim , we wish you good luck on your business and all best ! I have a new trailer and had some errors in wiring from factory. These guys figured out the issue's and repaired it within an hour. They are honest, fair and very good at what they do.

No warranty at all! Spent $1,300. Brake pads incorrectly installed, now need to buy new brake kits and drum.Basically no warranty at this place.

Great service on my trailer getting the hitch plug to match my truck plug. Inexpensive and quick. Go here for trailer lights issues etc.
