I am beyond pleased with my experience. From my first email interaction to discuss the issue with my car, to the drop off, the up front and fair quote and the timeliness of the job. I ve told several people about this shop since. I dropped it off on a Monday. They told me in advance the work would begin Tuesday. By noon I had a call with the quote and by 3 it was done. Professional, honest and reliable. Thank you! Will definitely come back with any other work needed!

Great experience for my first time in Montana. Mike was great at helping with scheduling and pick up. They will call with updates and if you want to go through with the repair, after they have given you their diagnosis.

I can't say how much I appreciate the amount of hard work and attention to detail that I have received from Columbia falls auto clinic. They went above and beyond to fix all the issues they came across while working on my 31 year old car. And we're able to diagnose a larger problem that I wasnt even aware of. Thank you Columbia falls auto clinic and your entire team. My go to mechanic for all of my automotive needs

I was visiting from Canada and unfortunately ended up having car issues. I went to Columbia Falls Auto Clinic first thing on a Monday morning and they diagnosed the problem right away. The staff went above and beyond to ease my worries. Very professional, compassionate and friendly. 5 Star review doesn t seem like enough. 10 Star service all the way! Thanks again!

Top Notch. That s all you have to say about these guys. They got my truck in faster than expected, diagnosed the issue quickly, made sure I was comfortable moving forward, and got me back on the road ASAP. I HIGHLY recommend.

Brought my vehicle in for a once over of the A/C system after finding some dye and buildup around a joint. The shop took the time to give it a thorough test, cleaned up the joints and sent me on my way. A job that would have been easy to sell a bunch of (in this case) unnecessary labor on, they chose to do it right. I feel as if this shop is trustworthy for this point.

They did great with my little car. Did NOT charge me for unnecessary work and that says a lot. Mike was great putting up with calls and many questions. Customer Service was top notch from staff to owner. Brennan and the service team were fantastic for me when I called from Glacier Park when my car wouldn t start! We were 2500 miles from home in the middle of our trip and needed to get to Many Glaciers later that day. Brennan helped me find a tow truck and when we arrived his team quickly replaced my car battery and got us on our way. We had enough time that day to continue our vacation and get to our pre- booked destination before dark. Fantastic service and help to us in our time of need. Thanks!!

This shop 100% saved our vacation! Not only did they go pick up my car from a nearby business while I was out fishing on the river, they diagnosed and fixed it and got us back on the road in the same day. I cannot recommend them more highly- absolutely excellent customer service. We would have been stranded and missed out on our precious time in Glacier NP without them! Radiator replaced in my older Subaru in a jiffy!

Drove from East Glacier when my other half and I started to hear an unbearable scraping and scratching sound from the front passenger wheel. We didn't think we would be seen immediately but the team got right on it and within minutes, not only did they manage to diagnose, but they sorted it out immediately. Anyone who has car issues doing a trip around Glacier NP and happens to be in the area - I highly recommend these guys. A very honest team and would be more than happy to help no matter how busy they are! Thanks a lot guys!!!

I was happy to have been able to get right in and get my car fixed. My radiator was leaking and check engine light was on.. they fixed it within a few days. I picked up my car and figured the check engine light would reset on its own. I called and asked if they checked why it was still on. They didn't. Got a text a few days later from one of the employees letting me know to text or call with any problems. They only fixed the main problem. The rubber guard on the front bumper was ripped halfway off while in the shop. I hadn't made it around to screwing it back in. I don't know if it was their fault or not, but a performance chip wasn't put back in correctly. Got that fixed somewhere else... after $1200 dollars I had definitely expected better.

My little Nissan went into limp mode. The dealership said to have it towed into Kalispell and they would have it looked at. I pulled into the Auto Clinic to ask how far out they were with appointments. The owner ran the codes. Luckily, they were able to fit me in. Parts were ordered on a Friday and I was back on the road Monday - a very, very happy customer. Plus the owner graciously gave me a ride home! Customer service the old fashioned way. It still exists at Columbia Falls Auto Clinic :)Service: Electrical

What a great experience. I broke down on my way into town. Mike recommended a towing guy and was super helpful getting my truck over to him. Brennan jumped in on the repairs needed and got me back on the road the next day. Great service, prices and friendly people. Vehicle died on me recently and had to get it towed to the clinic. They were able to work me in and get it back on the road pretty quick. Mike and staff are all friendly and easy to work with. They've been able to diagnose all problems and provide fair pricing for fixes. Good experience with them all around.

NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS!!! Friendly receptionist, nice staff, and they get you in quick, but DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR, THEY MIGHT BREAK IT!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Took my car in for front left wheel bearing replacement. They fixed the bearing, but in the process damaged the steering and strut. When we took it in the steering was perfect and the alignment was perfect. When we got it back the steering wheel was off 90 degrees (CFalls Auto Clinic told us alignment is standard after bearing replacement, and we planned to use another shop for that). We noticed immediately something was wrong with the steering besides the alignment, and had it fixed elsewhere not imagining CFAC was responsible for the damage. When we realized that the steering was almost assuredly broken by CFAC, we contacted the owner and showed proof, with the broken part on the side they did the work, connecting to the exact part they had to disconnect. (We also have paperwork from a reputable shop dated right before CFAC's work, with full diagnosis of all issues, proving the steering and struts to be in working order before CFAC's work.) The owner Brennan said "I'm gonna call that a coincidence". Said we can't prove it. Absolutely zero integrity, the owner is a CROOK. Hey Brennan, that's a one in a million! Just one heck of a coincidence, truly unbelievable. Then we took it for an alignment, and could not get it aligned because the strut on that side is bent. Again, perfect alignment as well as struts that were not bent before CFAC's work. Another one in a million coincidence! Overall we are at $2250 in damages so far. Save your car, save yourself money, and DO NOT TRUST this shop under any circumstance! Most of the positive reviews are from before the Brennan the current owner. It's no longer good work at good prices, Brennan definitely overcharges compared to other local shops.Service: Auto maintenance
