I had a perfect experience getting a remote starter installed. The guys Eric and Justin did a great job for me and I got lucky and got my job done very quickly. I will certainly shop here again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I like this place. They treat you like a valued customer and not a dollar sign. They are just interested in selling what you need. Yes as some had mentioned in the review their installation fees seem high, but you are not just paying for their time, but also their experience/skills not to mention saving yourself the hassle and frustrations of doing it yourself. Having once installed my own systems years ago I understand how challenging it can be to do an install so I respect those who can. They seem passionate about good sounding systems and helping their customers achieve this goal.

In a couple of hours I had Bluetooth phone and a backup camera in my old pickup. I should be safer for the general public with these additions. Thanks, Mike .

I've gone to friends for installment and stuff, had several sound systems from them. I've always regretted everytime I didn't have them install. They do exactly what they claim they can do. Everytime...without fail. U might spend a little more, but u get what u pay for. I like erik alot. No nonsense kinda guy like neo from the matrix lol. They do good custom work

Installed a system in my boat and did a great job! Stayed at quoted price, delivered on time, system was exactly what I wanted, and much more realistic on the price than the competition. Thanks guys will see me again!

Purchased Kenwood Audio System for my Explorer and setting up install date. Went in with a budget in mind and they got me $300 under what I was looking to spend AND got much more than I'd hoped for (as always)! The BEST place around for Audio/Video and the most knowledgeable people in the business! I've never been disappointed with the Product or Services that Good Vibrations/Sound Pro delivers over the years as a regular customer

Good vibrations is very knowledge about their products and competitive on pricing! They will either install the products or support you through the steps, which ever you prefer. Good place to get any audio products. Keep it up.

For the life of me i cant get anyone there to sell me anything. Twice i went in to an empty store stood around for a few akward minutes and left. Finally i caught someone in the showroom and told them what i wanted and of course it was out of stock till that Friday, so they took my number and promised to call. Still havent heard from them and cant even get anyone to answer the phone?

We recently purchased a complete stereo system from Eric at Good Vibrations/Sound Pro. Eric put together a system based on our conversation of what we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with the sound and quality of our system. We thoroughly enjoy listening to our Vinyls, CD's and like the cell phone/stereo capability. Eric provided excellent customer service and patiently sought answers to our questions as we were setting the system up. We are THRILLED not only with our stereo system but with service we recieved. Holy overpriced items, batman. They wanted over $200 for a wiring harness and dash kit I needed to install my aftermarket head unit.. I went home and did my homework and was able to buy everything I needed from Amazon with only $40. What a rip off!!

Got a quote to put a new deck and door speakers and they wanted to charge almost 500$ for installation! What a rip if anything buy your stuff here (if you want to be severely overcharged) and take it somewhere else to be installed!

Had a problem with wiring up a radio interface. Install tech was willing to tell me how to wire the interface, but after the time invested attempting the install, I was done. I paid the tech to wire the interface, best money spent!

Do not go to sound pro I had my system looked at and Eric shorted out my engine control computer n refused to fix it even tho he was at fault I try to be postive and ask them to pay for half even tho they should pay full and he just lied to me "No i never touched the wire" ok if ur troubleshooting a system don't u have to!!!! Lol this place is a joke do not shop here!!!! No good people there

Helpful in every way above and beyond service hooked up my subs for me and didn't even ask for a dime I have to give it to good vibes tried to have reference audio video do the same and was told I had to buy a whole system and that thy don't do stereo wiring for free
