Bought the $30 top tier wash and my car came out looking like the photos attached. Not impressed. Won't be back.

After a trip of almost 350 miles through most winter road conditions, from clear and dry to rain wet to slushy to heavy snowfall, my truck was in desperate need of a wash. Not knowing one business from another in Billings, I chose this because it was close to where I am staying. And wow! Did I get lucky. The staff spent extra time prewashing the heavy and frozen road grime off before the touchless washers went to work doing their thing. The staff then spent extra time and did an excellent wipe down. This is by far the best touchless carwash that I've ever been to!

$25 minimum wash rate. $30 for the "best" wash. No one to dry it after (which is usual to have). Car was not clean after the wash.

Got the Ultimate Kahana. The wash went well, but after the wash I was told to pull in to the vacuum bays and some one was to wipe the excess water so you don't get spotting as your car dries in the sun. No one was there to help and there were no towels to wipe with. Used the vacuum and then went to find towels. Found some one who gave me 2, but didn't offer any help with the wipe down. For a complete satisfaction guarantee this part of the wash was less than spectacular. When I expresses my experiences to the service advisor Aaliyah she said oh well, I don't think it was intentional. She didn't offer any solution to remedy the lack of service. Just oh well. Such great customer service. NOT!!! WHY SOULD YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE AND NOT GET IT.

A good car wash for over sized vehicles. Annoying that they up charge for tire shine now, but the vacuums are great. Never a perfect wash but what more can you expect from touch less.

Absolutely Over priced for a poor result. Why is there no quality control person at the end of each wash catching these things.Instead we the paying customers have to.. This is the SECOND time I ve come to this car wash. The first time I got the same results. I was hoping this time it would have been different.I will never return to this establishment again.

Shout out to the Wave Car Care Center in Billings, MT. We purchased the Ultimate Wash for $30 and when we went to get our car dried off the lady said to go back through because the front still had bugs on it. The manager ended up giving us a free wash and sprayed it down himself and dried it himself. He asked us if we could go back through again because he wanted to get the tire shine right and gave us another free Ultimate Wash! My car should be shined up and ready for winter now lol. Anyways the Wave is the best Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Car waxing

We usually take each car once a month (as it is more expensive than other car washes). The quality cannot be beat though! We take our black truck and white SUV and they both look amazing afterwards. Someone always hand dries it for us and the complimentary towels and cleaning supplies are super convenient.

Great place I had been told by several carwashes that I could not was my car their because I have a luggage rack on top. Stopped by the wave just to see if at all possible my car was getting gross. They said yes absolutely I could was with topper. My car hasn't been so clean since I bought it!!! The staff was amazing and friendly!!

Used the wave for years. Employees are friendly and quick. Unfortunately on my last visit my driver side rims were damaged from the track. Left my info with the employees as the owners were on vacation . I waited a few days and never heard from anyone. Called to talk to someone about the issue and was immediately met with very defensive and immature anger by a guy named Dave. After being talked over for a short time and being invited to the wave to look at their track system, I took Dave up on his invite. It was then that I was told he wouldn t be there and was basically hung up on Service: Full body wash

We had our truck detailed there this weekend. They did an amazing job. We wanted to spend more money on shampooing the carpet but the guy was honest and said we didn t need to do it. He was right. It looks amazing! When we picked it up, he walked around the truck with us to make sure we were happy with it. Great service from the big guy.

I only had $11 and needed a car wash pretty bad. I told the nice lady working at the cashier place that I only had $11 and she paid for the other $9. Her name is Bobby and she was absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend coming here. A little pricey but you get a really good car wash. Then pull into the drying area and they provide the towels, window cleaner, all purpose cleaner. Vacuums including crevice tool. Floor mat cleaning machine which is great during winter with all the sand on the roadway.

Absolutely phenomenal. I didnt know a car wash that cheap could be so good. Ive been all over town to mint or glacier etc. And its always the same. Automatic wash that does ok but leaves dirty spots on the back of my hatch under the spoiler and its all dirty the next day. Not here. I got the top tier as I do everywhere with all the fancy chemicals for the outside and there is actually a difference. Started raining last night and all the water just fell off my car because of the clear coat treatment. My car was clean because they took the time before I went in to actually spray and really get in there and got up under my spoiler and got it clean for the first time. I would have been happy with that but then i went through the wash and got the coatings and it actually said what was going on on the side instead of a panel at the end that says something went on. Not only all of that but at the start I got an air freshener which I didnt expect and after, they have people to hand dry your car! I wasnt just sent out dripping for more dirt to just stick to. Absolutely stunned by how well I was treated and will never use another wash againServices: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Car waxing

Best car wash in town. Brushless with many options for the wash depending on how much a person can afford. ExxonMobil gasoline, 2 oil change service Bays. Rocky Mountain Toppers on site selling camper Shells and trailers with installation available. Good Location off of King Ave and 29th St West. Many restaurants, stores and casinos close by. Good Location. Property is well maintained. Friendly Staff.

Did a good job on my very muddy car for a touchless wash. $23.00 a bit high imo. They throw in an air freshener. Best part was the ability to use spray cleaners, and towels to clean the interior. Two vacuumes, one regular and one small pipe for right spots. Would have been better if their employees did the vaccuming.

Personnel were friendly, but when you spend $28 for the "ultimate" wash, you expect an excellent result which I absolutley did not get. The front, back and quarter panels still had road grime. After the few minutes it took for me to vacuum the floor mats, there were rivulets of dirt from several places. I'd recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Came in with the work truck after a glycol spill in the bed of the truck. Its super slippery so needed cleaned asap. Explained problem to the manager. He got the crew to clean it up around everything else in the bed, and had me back on the road quick. Appreciate the extra care they took, and very happy with results. Treated my fiance and I like we had been regulars for years. Nice clean lobby with massage chair. Tv screen to view the work being done on your vehicle. Optional car wash with oil change!

Came to Billings from Boise for a wedding last weekend, wanted my Lifted F150 to look clean before hand, size wasn't a problem for them. Truck came out the other side absolutely spotless, even the aftermarket wheels looked good. Towel guy didn't miss a drop either. Best touchless carwash I've ever been too.

Absolute WORST experience/service EVER in 30+ years of driving and owning a vehicle. A simple oil change turned into the biggest botched job and poorest customer service I have ever had the misfortune to receive. After botching the oil change the manager wanted to charge me full price, when I disagreed and after much discussion, he said the owner would comp the service but he wasn't going to document the potential damage he and his employee did to my vehicle and initially flatly refused to give me a receipt. The manager said the owner would agree to comp the oil change but could see this turning into a small claims case and wasn't going to provide me with documentation. When I argued and threatened to call the police, he relented and gave me a receipt but would not document the botched work. He reiterated, the owner via phone said he would comp the oil change but not document what went wrong and what damage he may have caused.Bottom line - I asked for a standard oil change on my Toyota Tundra and their deluxe car wash at 1/2 off with the oil change. We left the Tundra with them and went next store to a shop. When we returned to pick up my truck, a young girl explained she had a mishap and handed me a $60 + bill for services and an explanation that she was sorry but the oil hose malfunctioned and oil was sprayed all over my engine compartment.Well, their remedy was to wipe off SOME of the oil and hope that the car wash took care of the rest. There was oil EVERYWHERE - all over the front grill, the hood, the windshield, all over the entire engine area. I asked for the manager and reviewed it with him - he wiped up some more oil (said he thought she - his employee - had done a better job of cleaning it up. He obviously had no idea how much oil was spewed EVERYWHERE) then once the truck was started and I pointed out the smell and how it was smoking, his answer was "It'll take a few days for the oil to burn off. " I asked him if he could hose off the engine area - but he said he wasn't allowed since he could damage the electronic parts in the engine compartment. Later after talking with the owner he said he would hose the engine compartment down, but a)wouldn't guarantee it wouldn't damage anything, b)wouldn't document it and c) would want me to pay full price for the oil change. (In the meantime my husband via phone said no way - get out of there and go to the local dealership and have them look at it and clean it up and make sure there wasn't anything else they botched - like reassembling parts and installing the oil filter etc..)So I guess my question is - if water is going to damage the electronics what does having dripping oil all over them do???Finally to add insult to injury - he was nasty and acted angry that I wasn't pleased about the state of my vehicle. Clearly, he was pissed that I didn't just accept his botched job and explanation that the oil would simply burn off over a few days. He wasn't happy that he had to call the owner and not charge me for the work. Then LASTLY gave me a receipt - FINALLY - that showed the oil change and car wash was comp'ed but flatly REFUSED to wash my truck. His nasty tone and answer was - you got a free oil change that's all you are getting. He then proceeded to close all the bay doors and left me sitting with my hood open, truck smoking and windshield coated in oil. WOW !!!! I drove away very upset and then realized the receipt reflected a car wash (a service I did not receive), so I went back and asked an employee to ask the manager to come out and talk to me but he refused...made me sit outside blocking an employees car from leaving until he finally came out and he was nastier and more combative than ever - refused to change the receipt and taunted me about how he was getting in his car and leaving. The frosting on the cake was my eleven year old son having to be part of the entire exchange.

Torrence CA is the Best place for car wash. $16 bucks n u get the best car detail. Thee BEST!! U dnt have to pay 25,30,60 !! You get it All for 16 bucks. Every else in every state does Half ass work n still think they have done an outstanding job

Great car wash. Many options and extras available. Has manual prewash prior to entering automated system. Vacuums available after a wash too. A little pricey, starts at $19 and goes up to $30+, but you get what you pay for, and this car wash is worth it.

This is the only car wash in town that gets your vehicle looking like it was detailed on the outside. They have armor all and tonneau cover cleaner and wheel cleaner that you can use to touch up your vehicle. If you are not satisfied with your wash you just tell them and they let you go through again (I've done it). Hands down best car wash in town for $25. Plus protects your vehicle with wax. 10x's better than dons don't waste your $$ anywhere else

Took my girlfriends 2015 Canyon to the wave and it was very dirty so I'll admit that. I got a complete detail 249 dollars worth and it wasn't worth 100 if you asked me. The interior was done well but the exterior was not. When we picked it up they were fixing to close so I got it and left and it looked pretty good but today I went after it with a spray detailer to get some tree pollen off and I get to seeing how crappy the detail was. There was still dirt around the tow hooks and dirt all around my door seals also there was wax still on parts of the truck. I will be contacting them tomorrow and when I detail my Ram 3500 Saturday I will take it by and show them what is to be expected from a detail.

They do a good job and the vacuums work really well. Better than the mint car wash up the road. Dont pay for the extra wheel shine I am fairly certain every time that gets forgotten.

Great place, I take my 1972 VW sb the touchless wash is great for a car thats 50 years old, better than the other one. Hand drying after is much appreciated
