If I could give you a zero I would!! I bought my tires online and scheduled to have them put on March 1st 2024! I went in and they couldn t get a bolt off, no big deal. But had the shop manager and another guy come out and aggressively start belittling me and telling me they cannot and will not do my tires today as they could not get the stud off the tire, fine no big deal. But I had the bolts and tire of yesterday doing my brakes, they then started getting rude again and VERY aggressive toward me. I paid online and they completed my purchase and didn t even put the tires on. We rescheduled for today (3/2) to come back after I got the bolt situation fixed, which I did immediately following myself leaving their shop. I get a text at 630am that they have cancelled my appointment and I don t have the option to reschedule. So now, a mom to three infants, who was just trying to make sure she had good tires, is out money and tires.

Was told I'd be paying around 30 bucks because I have Road Hazard Warranty. Ended up paying 79 because the only tire they had in my size was a clearance tire, so they couldn't do new. Because it's "a discount on a discount" they wouldn't use the warranty. Worst experience I've had here by far. You'd think they'd try to honor what they tell customers, but nope; you get lied to and told a higher price afterwards.Service: Tires

I have no actual dealing in the store with the auto center. However, I did call in asking about Nitto tires, and the person had no clue what I was talking about. I feel like Nitto is a pretty common A/T tire that someone in the auto department should know about.

I take my car to Walmart for alloil changes. I travel and I like the fact that no matter where I am in the US they know type of oil, etc. The guys are always accommodating and I appreciate that.

A huge THANK YOU to Mark and Dillon in the automotive shop!! We were doing errands in the Heights/Lockwood, and had a tire blow out on the way home. No jack,(I know, I know.) already on the spare, and the original rim bent(long story). Boyfriend's dad picked him up to get the jack. Called and was told couldn't swap it out. It was 30 min to close, and a couple were ahead of us. I'm sitting in the truck on the interstate crying like a child, with 2 dogs, and it's raining. Scary with trucks and cars speeding by doing 70+. I pleaded. They were on their way to Walmart already. They got there, Mark said couldn't do it. Boyfriend pleaded, said he'd swap them out himself. Mark, thankfully, then said they'd do it. Dillon got it done, and they were on their way!!!I can't say enough thanks to these two!!!I used to work at this store, and the automotive guys are hard workers. They are overworked and underpaid. These guys deserve a raise! Thank you, a again!!

I got my oil changed in middle of Feburary exact date was Feburary 18th, 2021at 5ish PM and the customer service was great, I needed a oil change on my car as I was passing through and my other half couldn't do it himself as he was on the road Trucking.,and should of thought better after I had another mechanic look to see why I was using so much oil since that oil change and it kept showing nothing on my dipstick, well the mechanic found out the oil thing under my car where you screw it on was on by a thread and ready to fall off. Now I've been visiting family and been to Billings 8 times since the oil change and am lucky my car did not blow up or worse especially having all 3 of my kids in the car. My boyfriend who's a mechanic and truck driver will now be doing it instead once his friend mechanic told him about my car. Just wanted people to be aware that everything is tightened down like its suppose to before it ends up leaving you stranded or what not. My car does now not work due to all this oil loss. Very disappointed as I worked for walmart for almost 6 years till they let me go due to having to many absences with my first child. Family first ya right. Just be careful when getting oil changed or go somewhere else. Customer service was great but they need to double check their work and they weren't that busy that day either my car and someone else. Dont want anyone going through what I did with my car and that you are made aware when getting your Oil changed

I took my 95 Chevy k1500 to put tires on. I provided my own tires all I wanted was to them to put them on. For 88.00 I thought sure why not. Well my pick up went in there perfectly fine beside we needed the tires changed. When my pickup was done and out of the shop the tires were on but they were slanted in and squatting. When I tired to talk to the shop manager about this problem he shrugged me off. I had to get ahold of the store manager to have them pull it back in to the shop and fix the problem. When it came out the second time there was more problems then the first time. They ruined my all new brakes, rotors, calipers, ball joint, tires, brakes lines, and the list goes on I had put on 2 days before. They caused more then $10,000.00 in damage!! & to add to the situations we went in to fill out an incident claim and was verbally attacked by the shop manager and he told us that he was going to deny our claim and shred it!! Not to mention that all of them had a personal mechanics number on hand you know just in case these things happen!!The only reason I gave 1 star is because you have to for this to be posted. If anyone wants to get tires put on I would pay the extra money to go some where else as this is so uncalled for and unprofessional. Now I am with out a vehicle because of this incident.Beware!!!

I got a flat the other day and dropped off my tire to get repaired. It wasn't repairable so they replaced it basically for free! Shout out to Zach for finding my tire policy since I couldn t find my receipts!! You re awesome!! Service: TiresService: Tires

Although they were unusually very busy and understaffed for a Sunday morning they got me in quicker than expected and did a great job on two new tires. Polite and professional service.

Best part of the store, well almost. Kudos for Tamara, When Mgr heard me compliment her, he said it would make his staff's heads Fat, LOL...Oh, Well! Great Crew! They've been handling my last 3 Used Pickups, across 10 years. UNLIKE others, won't try to blame me, feed me B.S. Marc, Bill ARE GREAT!

*** Buyer beware****2 months ago I had my tires done at Walmart. I just had my wheels taken off to get powder coated and found out that my tires were missing the weights. So my tires were NOT BALANCED!!!

Service is amazing the staff is very helpful! They have the best price in town!!!!! Ie for some Goodyear s other places wanted to charge me 112 per tire with installation!!!!! I paid 238 for all 4 tires here at Walmart

I had a flat tire and but they were very busy but they stopped and took the time to fix my tire as I had an important meeting to get to the guys that work in this garage are very kind and courteous I think they need more in their paycheck

They should use paper floor covers. My tan floor mat on the drivers side is black with oil and dirt after my oil change. I decided not to complain because I've voiced concerns before with Walmart and the issue was never resolved.

I went in for two new tires for my car. When I left, a gentlemen did not put a hubcap on my front passenger tire correctly and it fell off. When I called them to check for the hubcap they told me it was not in the shop. Now I have changed my tires by myself plenty of times and have always latched my hubcaps. I asked to be compensated for the hubcap, and they told me they MIGHT be able to compensate me for one hubcap that THEY did not put on correctly. I will never be recommending the heights Wal-Mart tire center to anyone. If we pay for good service, we need to get good service.

They don't reset your maintenence light when they change your oil which is annoying. Each time I've taken my car in its a different price and the sticker says something different each time for the oil used.

It's Walmart horrible service at best. More expensive then my local shops. I refuse to use there service any longer. A good friend had an oil change done at this location they drained his oil but never replaced it the results were a blown engine that they refused to honor. Save yourself a headache and some hard earned money find a trustworthy local mechanic and support your small business

Was told 45 min, took two hours for an oil change. I opted for the option that included extras such as vacuuming the interior in which they did not do. I asked and was told they don't do it any more due to COVID.....

I'm from Texas and needed new tires badly. The gentleman who helped me got us a great price and got us in today. Awesome service, great person. Would definitely come back here if I lived here.

Found tires online. Ordered them and they were better than expected. I hope the guys changing tires in their shop are paid well. I'm writing this 8 months later and remember how hard these guys work.

The fastest Walmart in the Billings area but still a Walmart. If going in for Auto service check over your vehicle to make sure the did what the say on the receipt. I had two things on my vehicle that they said was done but wasn't done at all.

It took longer than they said. I. Watched one guy stand at the desk for 30 min. & then go stand at the window & look out for a while. When he saw me watching he came. Inside and checked my ticket number & then go back in the shop.

I needed my oil changed asap, I didn't have to wait and I was in and out in a half hour. The guy that pulled my car in was very nice, and the cashier's back there were friendly.

ATV tires!!! Wow! Ya don't have to go to the dealer anymore!So the heights Walmart now has the machine to do atv tires and more! Check it out!

Who knew Walmart had an Auto center. Stopped in for a quick oil change. Very affordable and quick. Highly recommend.
