I pull in with a derate code , under a load. Even though they were completely booked Shirley ( the service writer, ) made special arrangements for Kendr to fix my truck. I was able to make my appointment. I will use them anytime I need service in that area and recommend them to anybody....Thank you TriState

Broke down 391 mi work was not perform properly tension of pulley broke had to get repairs redone all over again very poor mechanic would never ever recommend that to anyone

They are wonderful to work with. All staff interactions are stellar. A great example of customer service on all levels. They did an awesome job fixing my truck in a timely manner. I wish all places were like them. Highly recommend

I discovered a leak under the truck I was driving and took over to Tri-State at 6:30 am in the morning with no appointment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The took the truck in and moved me in front of another customer. The driver lounge was very clean and comfortable. The shop is clean and professional. I was offered coffee while I waited. 3 hours later I was back on the road. I am grateful for the hel I received. Thanks everyone.

I was in transit with 43K pounds of freight when my Volvo VNL780 started dumping oil all over the ground. I pulled into Tri-State Equipment in Billings, MT and met with Mike Holliday(Service Manager). He fit me into their very busy schedule and had me out inside of 4 hours. They had all parts on hand and installed them within this time. I was blown away with the Professionalism of this dealer and their willingness to help me in a very stressful moment. They all were kind and willing to help. Every Volvo dealer could learn something from these folks at Tri-State Billings MT. This is what customer service is all about. I recommend using Tri-State for all of your service needs as they good way beyond the call of duty. A++++

Great shot called let him know that I had a def leak they got me in right away even fixed the part that was causing the line to melt which my mechanics did not find from the previous repair the only downside was it took 5 hours to get an approval to do the repair more than likely from my company

Tri-State steps up and delivers from all departments; parts, service, and sales.We have always been able to get 95% of our parts shipped to us the very same day we order them.Our truck and equipment service/repair needs have always been met and with great satisfaction.The sales team has an expert and broad knowledge to supply us with the right trucks and equipment that meet our needs to get the job done.

I gave them 4 star because of wait time to get my truck fixed mainly the delay was on waiting on parts. Transmission air dryer and compressor 2 weeks till it was all said and done and for those of you say that isn't that long well sorry to burst your bubble we are in the 21st century were there is this thing called technology. As for that goes they did good work and my truck is still running strong for the amount of work they did. Anybody who complains about not being able to use their tools is an idiot tools ain't cheap buy your own tools if you want to be mr mechanic

Went in to have a simple wheel seal replaced. Of course I was expecting to replace the brake shoes, the drum, however was a different story. BUT, that was ok. The absolute joke came when 6 hours later they handed me a bill for $1000.00. YES. Not $500 or $600. $1000.00. When I voiced my dissatisfaction I was told that the book say 4.7 hours for that job, and there was a considerable amount of time spent cleaning. At $120.00 per hour I m sure the tech wasn t in a big hurry. I don t know about anyone else in the business, but I ve had SEVERAL wheel seals replaced in 32 years, and I can t remember a time it took more than 2 hours. That s the kind of service their service department provides. In the future, I will go to Casper, Cheyenne or Denver before I would EVER let their service department touch my truck. In addition, every time I went to check on the progress of the work, do you think anybody was at the service desk. Not on your life.HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING AND BORDERING ON CRIMINAL. BE WARE OF THIS PLACE!

They were very friendly and very informative about the repair and parts for our truck. Very good at getting the job done and done efficiently. Great staff and a very thorough mechanic. Would go back anytime.

Got stuck here on a Monday morning. A bit apprehensive with the reviews. Came to find out Tuesday what we thought was the problem didn t fix my issue....they quoted me Friday to be able to get out and nailed it. Shirley and Mark were awesome. Only reason I m leaving 4 stars is because the bitter pain I m swallowing for the bill which was still not there fault. I ll definately stop by again.

Only reason I m giving 2 stars is because Daniel came in on a Sunday to diagnose the truck. Other than that it s the typical corporate dealership where the driver who is sitting there for days on end can t find out what s wrong but they call the company. Absolutely no customer service.

The parts guy here is anything but pleasant to deal with makes it seem like a real pain in his but and makes it obvious that he doesn't really care if you get your parts or not.

Terrible. Called, they confirmed they could look at truck. When I arrived they changed their mind and decided the job wasn t worth their time. Zero customer service and a kick rock attitude

Would not let me borrow a damn shrader tool for 5 minutes so I would not be stuck on the side of the road. Never coming back to this dump.
