I can't thank Jason (i apologize if that's not his name) enough! I came in without an appointment with a flat tire from a bolt i had just ran over and didn't have to wait long at all. The shop is nice and has free ice cream. Thank you again for your great services!

Found a nail in my tire. Gage was super helpful! He got us in and out so quick. He even interacted with my toddler. That's great customer service!! I'll definitely go back for all our tire needs.

My 1st experience here, after getting a flat, was great! Kendrick helped me select some Cooper tires, that turned out to be really well reviewed tires. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. My criticism here is meant to be helpful for learning...My experience today was not one I wish to repeat. I was left sitting in the lobby for 2 hours, with no communication. When I finally went to the desk and asked why this was taking 2 hours vs 30 minutes, the person at the desk informed me they'd removed my tires then discovered they didn't have my size in stock, so had to send someone to pick them up. I would hope in the future, they would ensure the appropriate tires are in stock BEFORE removing the clients tires. If not in stock I'd hope you would then go tell the customer, and let them decide whether they want to wait 2 hour for tires to arrive. The way this was handled left me scratching my head. A little forethought and communication with your customer go a long way. And please, dont ever assume again that anyone would rather waste 2 hours of a day off trapped in tire-ama's lobby, than just come back later when the tires have arrived.

I was in Billings to see a sick relative in the hospital. My rental car was showing that one of the tires had low tire pressure, so I stopped in to the shop in Billings Heights for help. They were so nice; they checked all four tires, added air to the 3 that were low , all at no charge. I m so grateful; thanks to the great guys at Tire-Rama!

I live two and a half hours away in WY. They generally only provide first come first served service, but, I called to ask if they could accommodate me on a Saturday and would need to have four new tires, ordered in advance. Kendrick ordered the tires and told me he would get me in in a timely manner on the day I arrived. Kendrick greeted me upon my arrival, asking how my drive from Wyoming went. Thank you.

Thanks for the huge wast of time! I took my vehicle in for a simple alignment first they tried to tell me that it s was going to cost a half hour labor time extra for an alignment just because I installed the OEM parts myself? Anyway I tell them just to call me before the price goes up. They never even got the chance to charge me extra because they called back the next day saying how my vehicle had a bent radius arm in the rear and it was unalienable . When I asked for a picture of the printout, I was told there wasn t one. So I can only assume that my vehicle was never on the alignment rack in the first place! Thanks again for the massive waste of time!! Have the day you deserve! Called up L.P. Anderson on Montana Ave and they had me good to go within the hour.

I have been buying Cooper Tires for over 30 years on multiple full size pickups and trailers. Cooper tires are the Highest Quality American Made Tire I will always purchase. I ll never switch brands, when you find quality you don t need to look around.I started off using Tire Rama stores in the Flathead with very good service for many years until I moved to Billings and worked in ND where I started using the Heights Tire Rama center and many times I would be able to call ahead and have the tires ready to go on the same day because I was headed back to work.Now the most impressive part of this review is when my wife called me and said she had a trailer tire going flat on a loaded stock trailer and it was over 100 degrees, I called Tire Rama in the Heights and spoke to a new guy I haven t spoken to before named Gage I told him the situation and he was understanding he said they are very busy but understood the importance of having livestock in a trailer. His statement to me was have her drive it over right away and they will get it fixed immediately. That s impressive in my books for livestock owners.The final part of this is when my kids can walk in to the Heights Tire Rama and Kendrick and Gage both say hello and know their first names that s a business that will always have my loyalty.No I m am not a paid spokesman for Tire Rama just a customer who spends a fair amount of money on Quality Cooper Tires.

What a joke. Dropped off a skid steer tire that had rolled the bead and just want them to air it back up. 3 wasted hours later and nothing done. Came back with some garbage about not having a steel valve stem and they didnt stock any (its a regular everyday stem). Went home, greased the bead and strapped it down with a tie down strap. Wowie look at that! Popped on and holds air. I wouldn't let those dweebs work on my daughters bicycle. Not impressed. If you didn't want to do it, just say so on the front end and dont waste folks time.

Old tires cracking .... was able to call them Saturday and showed up Monday morning and they were ready with 2 new tires! They rock! Thank you!

Great Quick service with a great knowledgeable staff. The guys up front are always friendly helpful and byfar honest to the bone. The guy out back myt work together great they bust out vehicles all day long., communication seems to be the key element with the staff in general to keep a steady flow. Fair pricing, just call them first and try a few other places for the sane quality equipment and see... Keep up the great work guy.... Thanks.

Wow! I went here today to get a screw taken out of my tire. I was amazed by the incredible customer service. Great coffee & ice cream for my kiddos while we waited. Thank you, Kendrick. We ll be back when we need new tires!

The costumer service experience was mediocre. Jake and the staff underestimate the amount of time needed to complete a quote. I ended up waiting about six hours (in total plus inspection) for an transmission repair, as opposed to two hour and a half. They have a good attitude treating the people that walk through the door but please work on your prioritization and communication.

We had to come back repeatedly to get our snow tires off because there was a problem with staffing. Immediately after the tires were changed we had a problem with one of the standard tires not holding air (slow leak). I went back and was told they didn't have time to help me.I returned the next morning. I was told the tire was damaged from the inside out and needed to be replaced at my cost.I clarified that there was an installation issue, but I would need to cover the cost of replacing the tire.Suddenly the story changed and they claimed it was damaged by a nail.I asked to see the tire and a tire with a nail was brought out.I feel like I am being scammed! Not impressed with the customer service.

I went and got my car serviced at Tire Rama in the Heights. The staff explained what they had done to it and were super knowledgeable about the questions I had. Thank you Kendrick and Gage for outstanding service!

I have always gone to tire rama in the heights, wonderful team. Always friendly does a wonderful job mechanically and tires. I'm not sure if they changed ownership. However, the man I encountered this am was rude. He basically didn't have time for me, and was annoyed with my request of switching tires, and rims. Will never go to that store again. Plus they don't make appointments.

Have used Tire Rama in Heights for years! They have always taken such great care of me and I trust them. First Steve, then Kirk, now their new manager Gabe I believe was his name, he was super nice and gave me top notch customer service! I ve never been treated better by a buisness than Tire-Rama highly recommend!!!

I love that they guarantee their tires, however, mine had a slow leak. When I went in they told me it was a first come first serve only. No appointments available. Because I had only an hour, I said I would return the next day. I planned on being there awhile, but after 2 hours I was pretty fed up. Especially because the fix for my vehicle should only take a few minutes. I understand that they need to follow the first come first serve policy, but 2.25 hours for a ball leak is excessive.But the staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, and Well stocked with coffee, magazines and chairs for customers to enjoy while waiting.

Hights store has been my go to place for tires. 4 of my vehicles are safely on the road, because of these folks. Friendly and great service. They get busy but, still get your rigg done in a timely manner. Thanks guys.

I have been buying tires from tire Rama for years and my kids also have bought tires here.Since Jacob has left your customer service is pretty much non existence, will NOT be doing business with this tire Rama store anymore if any at all.

Great place to bring your tires for repair. I was traveling through Montana and somewhere I picked up a nail in my tire. They got me in to repair my tire as soon as they could. Not a long wait. Really nice guys there. Very friendly and very helpful. I go to pay for the repair and am told no charge for a tire repair. I honestly have never had this said to me. I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this business. Customer service is so important to me and they are at the top of my list!

Got an oil change a little over a month ago. I asked them to check the brakes because our van was making loud noises when we braked, and the serpentine belt (I believed it needed replaced). They said the front brakes were about 60%, so I thought it must be something else. They didn't check the serpentine belt as I had asked, and said I'd have to set up a separate appointment for that, something I didn't plan on doing since they hadn't done it when they had the time at that appointment.Then a week or so later, I decided to take a look at the brakes because the sound had worsened. As you can see, the outside front brake pad on the driver's side was indeed about 60% as they said, but the inside brake pad was wearing unevenly and had ground down past the pad and into the metal on one side.A week or so later, I went it to see if they'd offer to make it right. I told the manager that I asked them to check the brakes and they said they did, but didn't. He didn't apologize, and didn't ask if he could make it right. So I left, not planning to go back.Then today I had a guy come to look at this van to purchase it, but it turns out the awful noise that developed a few days wasn't due to the serpentine belt, but was actually because the power steering fluid was empty. I thought an oil change meant you also check the other fluids? I know I should have checked their work, but I didn't. And because they didn't check the fluid levels, I now have a bad power steering pump that I'd like to replace before selling this van.Thanks for not much, Tire-Rama. Won't be returning.

I dropped off my truck and had my tires balanced and rotated. Very friendly staff and complimentary wilcoxsons ice cream while you wait.

The best customer service ever! I was in town for the super divisional basketball tourney and had a flat tire. They found a big bolt in my tire. They fixed my tire for free and were very quick about it. The manager at the front desk should get a raise. I highly recommend them!

We've purchased Cooper Tires from Tire Rama for years for all our vehicles. We always receive excellent customer service, and support for their products. Recently we had a flat, and didn't know what was causing it. Took it in late on a Saturday afternoon, and they took it straight back and fixed it for us, at no charge! Thanks again!

Wow great service and they earned a customer with how they conduct business. I have never had a better experience at any tire store! The Heights Tire-Rama team goes the extra mile to make sure your taken care of and they treat you fairly. I really can't say enough good things about this place!
