This is my favorite Tire Rama location! In the 6 years I ve been a customer, they have never once let me down. They are never pushy, their prices are reasonable, they do quality work, and everyone there is kind. They re super fast, too!I am also incredibly grateful for them airing up your tires for free. I have disabilities that make it really hard to bend down and my tire pressure always deflates come winter time. They are always willing to take a few minutes out of their busy days to help me with something that may be small to them, but has a huge impact on others.Go to Tire Rama; you won t regret it! They hold steadfast to their work and guarantee quality. And it shows!

I called at the end of the day for a flat repair and only had about 15 minutes before they closed. They told me to come by, squeezed me in last second, and fixed the flat promptly. Great work ethic at this location.

Having many choices in Billings, I keep coming back to Tire-Rama on 4th ave N. due to their fast friendly service. The Manager Austin is top notch making sure my experience there is good.

I'm so bad with names but I really appreciated the mechanic who worked on my Volvo today . You were very helpful and gave great advice and treated me amazing not like most places I have been . Where they just act like I am a woman who knows nothing. That honestly means the world to me . Thank you so much.

Went with a larger tire and had a few options. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the way the tires looked and fit. Bought the Cooper Discoverer STT Pro and very happy with them.

The guys at the 4th Ave Tire Rama are very good at service, diagnostics, and reasonable rates. I was impressed with how they gave me a estimate for my repair, and in some cases my bill was less than I expected.

These guys are great. Very professional and they have a great waiting room. Got my tires completely switched out in right around an hour without an appointment beforehand. Nothing in my car was touched and they were careful to put my old tires into trash bags and stack them neatly on my back seat. Will be coming here for any of my vehicles from now on.

These guys saved my day! My trailer had a blow out and they found a rim for me (at another location), had it delivered and had me back on the road in less than 1.5 hours. The guy at the front counter was so nice and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you!

The downtown Tire Rama is the best! Scott and Michael are the nicest and easiest employees to work with, and they truly work hard to satisfy their customers. They always get the job done quickly and effectively and at a great price! Whether using this Tire Rama for company purposes or for your personal vehicle, they will consistently do an excellent job!

We were travelling from Canada and on arrival in Billings noticed a nail in one tire. We arrive at this location about 15 prior to their posted closing time. They quickly and kindly dealt with the nail and did not charge us for this. We cannot overstate how much we appreciated this courtesy! We would recommend this business for their professionalism!!

Took my truck in for them to check out my tire, they not only fixed my tire, but noticed another tire needed attention as well and fixed it too, no charge. The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

Today... I was treated like a Queen. Its Saturday 8am flat tire. Tire Rama Came to my house to air up the tire, so I could drive it to the Shop. They fixed the nail in tire very fast and I was on my way to enjoy a stress free weekend. Thank you Tire-Rama your the best!

These guys are awesome! I had a nail in my tire. It took them 15 min to change it and didn t even charge me. They also took really good care of my when I needed new tires on my truck. #CustomerForLife

I bought 4 new tires there, They balance and rotate the tires If you purchase them there, And they will patch them as well. For free For the lifetime of your tires.

I had a flat tire. Had a badly bent donut on my car for the time being so it was a need to fix ASAP so I went in. (full disclaimer I am not a car person. I know little to nothing about cars and I worry about being over charged or lied to) so anyway. I show the guy (I didn t get his name) my tire, and he takes it, says he ll get me fixed up. So knowing nothing, I asked a rough estimate of what it would cost. He said if it was just a minor repair it would be about $20. Which is a huge relief to me, I figured it would be more.So he takes my info, tells me it will be about 40 minutes. Didn t take that long, said it was just a minor repair/patch. And even offered to put it back on my car for me. I was so relieved. And when I went to pay he told me not to worry about it. That it was just a small repair and that they weren t going to charge me. I tried to pay, I even insisted but he still told me no, handed me my receipt and I went on my way. I m beyond surprised and grateful for him and the others. I wish I had gotten his name because this Tire Rama has gained a new customer. I will return and I will tell others about this. Thank you guys!

My husband pulled into your shop to get a second opinion about a broken power steering hose that he'd just been quoted around a 4 hour/ 650.00 job by a competitor. Your guys quoted him a 2 hour/430.00 job and started it right away they also went above and beyond by giving him a ride to our home so he could get the extra funds to pay for the job..thank you!! We will definitely be doing more business with you!!

Austin is as good as it gets. Was hauling a stock trailer had some issues. He was professional and timely. Rarity these days. I ll be back.

After waiting 45 minutes and telling the man at the counter my issues with tires wearing uneven and asking him to rotate the tires with the alignment, they finally took my car in the shop. Their "scan" of the tires did not show the uneven wearing. If anyone had ran their hand over the tires they would have felt what I was talking about. So after almost 2 hours waiting they "aligned" the car and forgot to do the rotation. And I still have the same issue. Thanks for taking my 100 bucks, for nothing. My guess is they have the fancy computers but no one who actually knows anything about cars. I'm sure at patching flats they do fine, but don't ask them to diagnose anything. Two stars is for the popcorn and wifi.Like Share

Great, knowledgeable service. The workers are respectful of all customers. They are also patient when I have to wait with small children. My cars always handle better when I leave. I never worry that I've been cheated.

Called a half hour out of town with an over heating problem and a tire that was separated. Asked them to order me the tire I needed and a thermostat because I was on my way to Kansas.Get to the shop and they call the tire warehouse to find out that their employee has just left. So they had forgotten to put my order in. Had to wait till he got back, then sent him again. They added a half quart and decided that must've been the problem. I find out as I'm paying after sitting for two hours that they didn't fix it. SO I'm dealing with overheating problems all the way to Kansas.I rebuilt the motor myself, New water pump, New radiator, New thermostat. However thermostats can pop quite easily while the other's last quite a while. Overall poor service, poor performance, pretty disappointed.

Hunter and the downtown Tire Rama are awesome. Fixed my tire this afternoon for free, I was only there about 30 minutes. I will be going back there when it's time to buy new tires.
