I can t say enough good things about this place. Good prices, wonderful people, fast service. They got me in 5 mins after I called. Got me a new tire and out within the hour. 20/10. Never recommend anyone but them!

The guys were awesome in helping me when I had a breakdown while travelling cross-country between highway exits. They had the one random tire in stock that I needed in that moment and even offered information on a local towing company if I needed help to get to them. They were quick and efficient and were able to solve my immediate issue as well as show me what had happened to my tire. I highly recommend you check them out.

Got in for a used tires and the people there were easy to talk to, very friendly, and courteous. I sure appreciate how they treated us. I will go back for more tires. Thank you

I had a roof nail n my Passenger rear tire I ve been to the company before so I took my vehicle back. they were fast generous and very Polite I will take my vehicle back there again thank you for your service and your time. Took same vehicle back again this time it was air leaking from rim. They took care of issue. Thank u

Fast and Easy to work with. They got the tires I needed for my car in the next day because they originally did not have them in stock. I dropped my car off and it was ready very quickly. The pricing was awesome as well. They will work with you to find a good tire that doesn't cost an arm and a leg if you're on a budget.

I got a three axle alignment done on my Kenworth W900 on Wednesday. On Thursday I noticed a significant pull to the right driving on city streets as well as I-90 so I called Quality Tire to let them know I needed to come back and have the alignment checked. I was told I would not be able to get in on Thursday and that Friday was all booked up. So I would have to wait till Monday to have the issue addressed.After the alignment was done, I spoke to technician and asked him if there was any issues I needed to be aware of. I asked if the kingpins were in good shape. I was assured that everything was in good working order and I should have no other problems with my alignment.I find such customer service to be unprofessional. I paid for a job to be done and it was either done improperly or incorrectly. To force me to lose up to four days of income just to have the problem corrected is unacceptable.Now I will have to pay someone else to do the alignment again. If there are mechanical issues that need to be addressed I will take care of them. And if there are mechanical issues that Quality Tire missed I will be sure to update this review.

Got a 3 able alignment and a patch job on a tire. Extremely satisfied with the work and the price. Took care of me right away and got me out of there in 2 hours. Definitely gained a customer.

I have gone to Purcell for years since they were Hi Mile Tire on state avenue! They ve always been great!! They don t leave you in the dark about anything and everyone is super friendly!! Also great prices!

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this couldn't go unsaid. I went to Quality Tire to have new tires installed (and only went to them because they were the only place in Billings Michelin shipped to). A week after installation my tire pressure light came on. Not only had they filled my tires ten pounds over, but they had broken 3/4 of my TMPS. I brought the car back to them twice and they did nothing - often saying their machines must be off or something. This was a horrible experience and kind of ironic considering the name of the shop. I expected more considering I paid over $600 for new tires.

Cheap company. They ripped me off on my first paycheck. They didn t have me in the system so they told me to write down my hours and they never submitted it. I quite after that plus the employees are lazy and sleep in the back. Never saw my check either. Legal actions are being taken. Horrible place.

Worst tire shop in town for your own safety take your vehicle some where else took my semi truck in there for an axel alignment an they didn't touqe the alignment bolts an I lost the nuts an alignment plates on the highway an Purcells manager won't talk to me about it

I m an idiot driver that had brakes frozen and skidded 6 tires in 24 hours. These guys are the best. Great customer service and great techs.

You don't get the tires at your order they give you a different style a tire I wanted a tire that they had all the time for their vehicles and I get a Chinese made tire that is made for a light-duty truck instead of a heavy duty truck and then I called corporate to figure out what I can do to figure it out to make it right and I just get blown off
