Not impressed and will not be back. I purchased a set of tires from Montana Tire Distributers for my truck last year. I noticed a slight balance issue after install but it was never bad enough to worry about. Recently I had the tires rotated and the balance issue became much worse at highway speeds. I brought my truck back and asked them to rebalance all the wheels and tires. They called me back a very short time later and stated my truck was ready. I was surprised they were able to rebalance all 4 in such a short time. The truck felt no different after picking it up and I was bummed. I decided to go for a second opinion and went to tire rama and asked for a rebalance. Each wheel was between one and four ounces off, horribly out of balance!!! The truck now goes down the highway without issue. So long story short I had to spend $60+ at another tire shop to get the original issue from installation at this shop corrected, after they said they corrected it. Very poor.

Very happy with Montana Tire, I ll be bringing my cars here from now on. For 550 I got 4 Hankook tires and an alignment on my backup car. Far and away the best deal in town.To top it off, about a month after I picked up a screw and had a flat. Aired it up, drove to the shop, they had me back out in 20 min at no charge. Thank you!

Phenomenal place to get tires!! Literally took 20 minutes to put 4 brand new tires on my Passat. Professional staff, nice waiting area (not that you'll be waiting long). Overall a 10/10 experience. Will be taking my truck there next.

I basically never write reviews, but Montana Tire definitely deserves it. I had a nail in my tire a few months back and they patched it for free, so I went into them again with a flat yesterday. My one tire was totally destroyed, but I really didn't want to buy 4 new ones for my old car due to cost. They had a used tire they put on for $45 in just 20 minutes, and they were super kind people on top of it. Something I was dreading turned into a great experience, and I will be recommending this shop to everyone!!!

Tires were great, but I brought these people a "report card" from a well respected mechanic shop (3rd Ave Auto), explaining that the control arm needed to be tightened, and they obviously ignored it. My SUV was all over the road before and after I spent $439.00 for two tires and an alignment. I fixed it myself, and I'm disabled.Edit: In hindsight, they did get the tires mounted and balanced right, and once the control arm was tightened, my SUV drives nicely. I just wish I hadn't had the reason to leave a bad review in the first place. Three stars.

Passing through town and called 20 minutes before they closed because I had a leak. They said get here as quick as you can. Showed up 15 minutes before they closed and they fit me in right away! No comments about being there right before closing. Friendly people who care about treating people right! Highly recommend!

Fastest service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Derek and Kyle were a pleasure to deal with. Derek even went the extra mile to help me size up new wheels and tires for a different vehicle after having an alignment done. Great place, high quality products and extraordinary customer service.

Had a trailer tire blow 20 miles outside of Billings. Called these guys while we mounted the spare and they were ready for us in the time it took to get there. 4 new much higher quality tires in under 30 minutes and we were back on the road. Good prices, great service!

This place was great! We blew a tire hunting in Miles City. I called and talked to Derek, who got us another tire the same day ( we had a unique tire size). By the time we got to the shop they got us in and out in less than 20 min, and we were back on the hunt! Service was great! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

These guys are great! Over the years I've been here a ton, mostly just to snag up some gently used tires and have them mounted and balanced. They always get me in quick and their prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend!!

I came in on the walk-in for some new tires for my truck. Derek Took the time to explain to me the differences and the benefits of siping. I got this done on a set of aggressive studded tires ~$300 cheaper than competitors. All done in less than an hour. Truly amazing customer service. Thank you!

The best place in Billings for tires. They are extremely friendly, professional, knowledge and helpful. Their service techs are quick, they get you in and out and do a great job. I can't say enough about their outstanding staff. This is the place we're going for all our tire needs.

I purchased a new truck and was not a fan of the tires that came with it off the lot. They offered me a very fair trade in price for them and put new Falkens on. The entire transaction took about 45 minutes, which was fantastic. Not including the value of the old tires, I paid the same price to have the tires mounted, balanced and ready to ride that I would have paid for the tires only, no install, at another shop in town. Plus they do lifetime rotate and balance. Great experience from a customer service standpoint and I hope the tires perform equally well.

This is my new go to tire shop!! The guys here are super friendly and wickedly helpful!! They got me right in and fixed my leaky tire and didn't even charge me anything! They will have all my future wheel and tire business!!

I am, as usual, totally impressed and satisfied with the work Kyle did for me. He put front brake pads, rotors, wheel seals and an idler arm, repacked the wheel bearings and aligned my pickup for about the same price I was quoted for just the brakes at other repair shops. Their prices on tires are always competitive and they do terrific work! Thanks, guys! You have a customer for life!

We've had terrible luck with flat tires on our camper, but these guys came in clutch! We were in and out within an hour, they were friendly and reasonably priced. So thankful for them!

Not only did I get a great deal on the type & size of tire I've used since 2001 but the job was done in less than 20 minutes & it was done right not like Les Shwab @ twice the price w a usual wait time of 2 hours or more. I highly recommend this business & all the staff.

If you are in the market for new tires, the guys at Montana Tire need to be on your list of places to call. Their prices can't be beat and they don't have hidden fees. The price they quote you is the price you will pay. The service they provide is exceptional! We have purchased three sets of tires from these guys and will continue to do business with them in the future!
