Proud to be a customer of this shop! They showed me nothing less than excellent service. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue I had with my truck. I would highly recommend going with Metric Plus. I have seen some incredible work get done through Glen and his team. Thank you guys again!

Mother in law had a wheel bearing done here on her dodge durango.within 300 miles the bearing went out again ,I left from Bakersfield,ca to pick her up in beaver ut.contacted glen and made a claim with his insurance, waited 2 weeks hadn t heard back from him,i finally tore it down and found the axle nut loose and the backing plate bolts missing,I called him up to tell him and he had no interest in resolving the issue, would not recommend these parts changers. You want facts?*My senior mother-in-law traveled from California to Montana to see her daughter and grandkids.*She called me because I am a seasoned mechanic and explained she might have a problem and asked me what to do.*Unlucky for her (and subsequently me) Her vehicle was taken to your business.*Your business did LESS than subpar service, and sent her on her way in a 5,000 lbs machine that was unsafe for her and the others on the road.*she broke down on her way home to California in an unfamiliar state and location, alone.*I then had to load up my trailer and drive thru multiple states to pick up her vehicle and tow it back to California and in fuel alone it cost $700.*After I finally got it back home I got under the vehicle and got to work, don t worry I recorded everything.*I found the work that your business provided was not only incompetent but it was lazy and negligent.*You didn t care to make sure she was safely on the road because she was only passing through and was not potentially a returning source of revenue.*You don t take pride in your work, the safety of your customers, or the fact that you put others on the road in danger because you allowed your technician to either negligently preform this job or it could be the lack of experience and was honestly just simply ignorant to how to properly execute the work.*I seen the issue with the car and I assumed it could have simply been a mistake, because people make those.Yet instead when I called, before I could discuss anything the gentleman on the phone was trying to converse with me and discuss my concerns but in the background Mr. Glenn began talking over the man I was speaking to on the phone, yelling call the 1-800 number repeatedly . Finally the man I was speaking to told Mr. Glenn he would not tell me that and Mr.Glenn got on the phone and began to lie about what work was done. I was only calling out of professional courtesy to inform them of the mistake. Not to get money or anything else never once did I ask for money. If I wanted to take that route I would have just called the roadside directly.Mr. Glenn, if you personally actually did the work on my mother-in-laws vehicle, like you loudly informed me of repeatedly, then you need to be retrained on the job and in customer service.*You not only lack in the skills to preform a Job in which you are considered a professional, but by the end of our phone call it became apparent you are unqualified, unprofessional, and have no people skills.
