I was looking for a particular car and color and found it at this dealership, but I live in VA. It was a 2023 E450 Coupe 4Matic with an emerald green exterior and a peanut butter interior. At the time I was looking this was the only CPO in the entire country with this color combination in a hard top.I was contacted by Zachary who was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, as was the entire staff.I had never purchased a vehicle from out of state but would do so with this dealer again.The funding of the loan took longer than expected, but that s life right now.The car is in great shape and has all the bells and whistles.

Clay has been the most respectful, and honest car salesman I ve ever encountered. So much so we ve established a friendship afterward! All of his many great characteristics were key in my purchase of a new e class Benz for my wife! Every salesman I ve ever worked with always try to push a sale on you. Not one time has clay ever tried that. He worked with my budget made the numbers work and got us an amazing deal on an amazing car. Not only did he do a perfect job on the sale, he called me a couple weeks later to tell me they got my interest rate dropped even more and payments lowered! He did this all on his own volition! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an honest salesman to contact clay for whatever your needs are. A new Mercedes or a vehicle not even on their lot. He s the man that can make it all happen! Much respect and appreciation for your services! Great job!

This was the closest dealership that had a car that fit my exact requirements. Called ahead and was straight forward with the sales rep (Marco) who handled everything very professionally. Even allowed me to put a deposit down to hold the car until the weekend so I could pick it up. I got there earlier than expected and a different sales rep (Clay) handled my transaction swiftly and efficiently. Took less than 2 hours. Do your homework people and call these people ahead of time and they will handle everything smoothly, no one to blame but yourself if it takes any longer. 10/10 would recommend

I purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 truck from Mercedes Benz of Billings. This is probably the last place you would think to find a good used truck but it's true. Kristiann Yovetich was the saleslady who helped me every step of the way in the process. I live in Illinois and was looking for a good used truck for my son who lives in Montana and I came across this truck on a website. I called, asked some questions about how this could be done this way, and Kristiann made it all happen as if I was sitting at her desk. If Mercedes Benz wants to sell more vehicles of any type, they will have Kristiann make a training video for all their sales people across America on how to take care of customers in every situation. If you are looking for a new vehicle--new or used--Kristiann Yovetich is the person you want to call for a great deal.

I have purchased a number of vehicles at MB Billings through Clay, both for business and personal. Every time it has been a pleasant experience. Usually when I go to a dealership my guard is up ready for battle. Not with Clay. He does his best to give me the best. I will continue to do business with him and highly recommend finding him by name when looking for a new vehicle.

Just Purchased my 3rd car from MBB and every time clay and ben have blown my expectations out of the water. every transaction was seamless and quick. both of them would have paperwork ready upon my arrival so i would be in and out within 20 mins. Usually buying a car is a pain and a all day experience. it doesnt have to be!

So, about 2 weeks ago my wife and I purchased a pre owned Jeep from Clay. It was by far the best experience I have ever had. Desiree the deck manager was great and easy to work with. I can say if you are look to purchase a luxury vehicle, sports car or truck this is the place to go! Also if you are looking for pre owned motorhomes on a MB chassis they have you covered.

I had a wonderful service experience with Mercedes Benz of Billings!My Sprinter had a DEF issue that was going to prevent driving after 10 starts. I showed up on a Saturday without an appointment during a extended trip out west and they assisted me quickly and effectively. Troy Solheim, a service advisor at the location, was very friendly and helpful. Not to forget, the snacks and coffee are great for the wait.Overall, I am very happy with this dealership!Attached is a photo of the waiting area.

The check engine light came on on my Sprinter. I called MBB and talked with Ryan. We are 7 hours away but he was really nice and helpful. Two weeks later my wife and I began searching for a GLE 350 after seeing one at a local used car dealer. We tried car gurus and a few others. This resulted in only spam emails about other cars. Then we remembered Ryan and checked stock with MBB. They had the perfect match at the right price! Two days later they took my money and I couldn t be happier! Thank you Clay and Steve and Ryan!!!You can see in the picture, she doesn t want to get out of the car!

5 NEGATIVE STARS!!!2 years ago I took my car with a transfer case leak to Mercedes-Benz of Billings. They fixed it so I thought. When I got home I noticed I had a worse leak under my car. I took the car back to the dealer again. It was leaking from exact seal they just supposedly fixed. I drove the car less than 10,000 miles, little over 2 years. That seal they fixed started to leak again. I brought the car back to Mercedes-Benz of Billings again. It was leaking from the same seal. My extended warranty approved that seal to be changed again. Since they are not confident in their service abilities, capabilities and quality. They refused to fix the leaking seal, unless I bought a brand new transfer case. For over $5,000 out of my pocket. During this ordeal they had our car for a month. We have to drive 2 hours back and forth each time.Since we would not pay this outrageous price they told us to come pick up the car and pay $250 for nothing fixed. The manger in whom I spoke with was disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.His last words to me were "Okee dokee it is what it is."I was taking 3 of my cars for service to this location. I was a loyal customer for many years. I have also referred many people to this dealership. Not only will I never give my business to this location nor will the many I have referred. This is not how you treat customers at all.Save your money and save your car. They do not stand by their service work.

If you are willing to drive twice to get the same problem fixed this is the right place! They did my rear main seal and by the time I got home it was dripping again. I had to drive for 2 hours again to get it fixed. They fixed it, but left both skid plates hanging and didn't clean any residual oil. Luckily I didn't loose them. This used to be a great place, but not anymore!

Ryan is exceptional, always has a smile on his face, always helpful and knowledgeable, and works with our schedule when dropping our car off for the annual maintenance needs. It's hard to find great customer service and people who truly love their job and take the time to help others. This is a rare quality and we appreciate being able to have him there when we need him. We broke down in Billings with all of our rafting gear. Clay set us up with a great deal on a replacement van and gave extra help in figuring out logistics with our trailer until we could get a hitch installed. Great service!

We just bought our third and fourth Benzes in two years. We re now a Mercedes-Benz family, and Clay from Mercedes-Benz of Billings is the only salesperson I ever want to buy anything from, ever.Any question, comment, exhalation, or lamentation I ve ever had as part of my ownership experience has been handled by Clay so smoothly that it s spooky. Want to test drive a vehicle? See you in ten minutes, and keep it as long as you want. Something seems not quite right on that new rig you bought? See you when we open in fourteen hours, and take a loaner. Ready to buy? See you when you get here, and we ll have you on the road in like an hour. The man is a highly sophisticated, anxiety-terminating cyborg, sent back in time to foster my freakish love affair with the Benz logo.In an age of customer service firewalls and impersonal, offshore call centers, Clay is perhaps humanity s last hope for true, hands-on customer care. We must protect him at any cost.

Impeccable customer service, outstanding communication and because this was one of her first solo purchases, he was very patient and accommodating to any questions she had. Excellent work, quality service, friendly staff! While I hate having my Mercedes serviced and repaired, I won t trust it to anyone other than a Mercedes Benz dealership. When they re complete with their work, my car runs smooth and is everything a Mercedes should be. Love these folks! They have great MB swag as well. Take your Mercedes here; they do wonderful work.

We've purchased two cars in the last 5 years from MB Billings. The Sales team is patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with - which is expected, they're in sales after all! But the staff that really makes this place shine is the Service team. Ryan in particular is absolutely wonderful. He's prompt to return my calls, provides thorough explanations of what services are needed and why and price shops for us when we've needed to replace tires or other parts. I've grown to trust his advice and I know he'll make sure we're taken care of.A small but meaningful interaction was when my tire pressure light came on and I had my littles in the car with me. I was driving by the dealership and popped in. They let me drive through the service garage, topped off the tires and I didn't have to get out of the car. Quick and easy and the kids were unbothered and I think any tired mom can appreciate that little extra help.

I like to think everyone deserves a second chance. Since my previous review below I can honestly say that Mercedes Benz of Billings has changed for the better. Shortly after my last negative review the dealership owners did a overhaul of their operations and replaced the management team at MB Billings. They kept/maintained a good amount of the previous employees and that is great because the employees were not the issue. I haven't spent much time directly interacting with the new management but whatever they are doing, its working! Walking into MB of Billings now feels relaxed and very welcoming. The employees have a positive energy and the whole vibe of the place feels so much better than it did prior to the change in management. Whether its the techs, sales team, parts, or service department, it feels like the employees enjoy their job and are empowered to take care of the customer. My van gets the job done better than any of the competitors vans but that doesn't mean I haven't had a few "bumps" along the way as with any vehicle. The team has worked hard to address my concerns, helped find solutions whether I was at the dealer or a 1,000 miles away, and got me back on the road with quick turnaround. I'm happy to see the positive changes at Mercedes Benz of Billings and I would recommend them.Rob Carpenter - 10/31/19---------------------------------------I have always supported buying local and this is actually my second brand new Sprinter Van purchase from Mercedes of Billings. However, when you read my story below you'll see why it doesn't matter to Mercedes of Billings, MT whether you're a "good customer" who supports local business. You're better off buying your new Mercedes vehicle somewhere else in the country and saving yourself lots of money because Mercedes-Benz of Billings will not take care of you when the vehicle they sold you is a lemon. Purchased a brand new $50,000+ 2017 Mercedes Sprinter Van from them in late September of 2017. The van turned out to be a lemon after 6 months of them trying to repair the van without a resolution. Now that the van has been deemed a lemon by the Montana Department of Justice, Mercedes-Benz USA said they would resolve it in 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks later they now say it may be 3-4 months or longer before they do anything to resolve the issue. MB USA and MB of Billings won't communicate whats happening, or how long it will actually be before they consider a resolution. The worst part is Mercedes Benz of Billings, MT says they can't do anything to help while putting the blame on MB USA. MB USA says they are waiting on information from the dealer so they can't do anything to help me. They use corporate hierarchy, 1-800 numbers, and unknown "regional managers" you can't speak with to constantly keep you from getting any real answers. This van was purchased to help my Montana based small business grow and now my business and our employees have to endure the financial hardships while Mercedes-Benz of Billings and Mercedes-Benz USA turn a blind eye to burden this has put on our Montana based business. The reality is that lemon vehicles happen, but when a dealer takes your money and you're a good returning customer you expect they will take care of you and make it right instead of just feeding you a bunch of excuses. Aside from my terrible experience with my purchase from MB Billings, I will say Shawn and the service team are a nice group and did what they could to resolve the problem until they had replaced every part related to the vans issues with no resolution.

Benjamin was awesome to work with. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us a bit. We drove the car in the morning and went to lunch. When we came back 30 minutes before closing time to tell him we were going to have to think about it a bit he said great. Then he asked what it would take to get us into the car. I told him what we wanted and 1 minute later we were buying a new Mercedes. Total transaction and delivery was less than an hour without feeling rushed even after business hours. Detail guy, finance guy and sales guy all stayed so we would not have to make the 140 mile drive to finish the deal next week. I would highly recommend this dealership and Benjamin to anyone. Great job.

Ryan in the Service Department is my go-to guy! He makes sure my car is serviced properly and makes sure I am always taken care of when I come in! He provides a car for me to drive when they service my CLA and he is always attentive to my needs. 10/10 for this well-kept fella won t go anywhere else now!!!
