I have always taken both my wife's and my own vehicles here for routine maintenance and have never had an issue. Staff is always very friendly and do a good thorough job.My six year old and I were there today and while changing our oil, the radiator cap was accidentally dropped and vanished. We were in no rush at all and I made that clear, yet the gentleman handling us apologized numerous times and was very friendly. Justin (store lead?) also apologized, offered for my little boy to go downstairs and see "the guys work" and then ran to three different auto parts stores in order to find the correct cap and remedy our problem. I was very impressed. We were also given a ten percent discount. I have always been partial to these guys and gals at this place, but after today my opinion has been solidified. Nice job Heights Masterlube, nice job and thank you!

Professional staff, quick service and good rates. Not only did they change the oil they topped off the other fluids and did a quick clean of my car too! Id go back anytime

Kind of disappointed. I've been a customer here for years and have always loved the service. I spent $150 on an oil change and air filter replacement last Saturday. Afterwards my engine made this strange humming sound when my air is on. After it didn't go away after a day I brought it back Monday (cause they are closed Sunday) and asked if they can fix whatever is making that noise. The guy was friendly but just said "it's probably something loged in your intake, but I don't know" and said there is nothing he can do.Update: changing to 5 stars. After this happened, Mike, that runs the master lubes called me and asked if I could come back to another location and they would find the issue and fix it. And if they couldn't they would pay to have it fixed. I wasn't expecting something like that so I was pretty impressed by the customer service. They got my vote.

I run a business and would hire him on attitude allow. Specifically, Justin at the Billings Mt heights location was spectacular. Lines were long, that time of the day, and I had to switch lanes a couple of times.Justin asked with courtesy and good natured. Had a couple of concerns i mentioned to Justin. Watched my vehicle to make sure things I had mentioned were handle YEP! Also watched Justin direct traffic, jump in where needed, while still handling his bay. Over all experience, just fine, Justin s performance A+. Normally go to grand Ave but may change my norm because of his performance. Hope this isn t just a review but affects how he is perceived by mgt. Thank you.

Been going here for nearly 20 years. Only messed up once (didn't re-attach the plastic belly pan right, and it came loose on the interstate). They made it right immediately, with no arguments. I still go there, and still recommend them!

UPDATE: They made it right and gave me incredible serviceAsk for a transmission drain and refill over the phone, got quoted $69.99 after telling Justin my vehicle info. I came down to the store, had to wait, never got greeted, finally got in and I say I talked to Justin over the phone and got quoted $69.99 for a transmission drain and refill, he pops my hood then tells me they'll only do a transmission flush even though there is a drain plug on the transmission and refused to use the transmission fluid I had brought with me - because I prefer that brand - and then quoted me $149.99; over twice as much as what I was originally quoted over the phone. I say "I was quoted $69.99 over the phone by Justin" and he responds with "Yeah, I talked to you on the phone, we're not gonna use that fluid and we're are not going to do a drain and refill, only a transmission flush." I tell him then we're just gonna go, then I feel my car moving; they started doing something under the car and washing my windows when I didn't even get the chance to say I didn't want my windows washed because I saw them rip off a sticker on somebody's window that was infront of me. I then ask what they're doing under my car and he said "They're just doing a courtesy check on the undercarriage" after saying I wanted to leave; so I had to wait for them to finish poorly washing my windows, finish doing whatever it was under my car, and close my hood so I could finally leave.I've been a MasterLube customer for years and never have I ever had this poor of an experience.If you wish to go to MasterLube, then make the drive to a different location; they will give you actual customer service, and most likely actually stick with the price they tell you over the phone

My family went here and we had an amazing experience. Our oil bolt was stripped and we had a hard time getting it out. They got it out in a few minutes and then even took the time to show my fianc� some things about our car and how our oil worked. This place is awesome. Super fast. Really friendly, watched them work today for a bit and they were just killing it! Communication was on point! Went through the entire bill and their findings which was kind of a trap? I JUST had my 100k service done that didn't do the oil change. Didn't try to upset me on anything I obviously didn't need. Even said thanks for coming in. All around excellent service and cannot recommend more.Follow up Edit: Sorry if that came off incorrectly, I LOVE the fact that they went over everything and do everytime. I've NEVER had the "trap" here of oh this service is needed, but I've been to other places that have (I've actually had one place that we went to quite a bit and found out that our oil filter wasn't been changed in at least 4 oil changes that we had gone to them for, and had been charged for). But the "upsell that some places do, things like oh you need a new air filter, or wipers, or a transmission flush even if they had just been replaced, done. My comment was that meant that this place is HONEST and doesn't "upsell" just to upsell.Service: Oil change

Chance and the masterlube team in the heights were great help. As I came in to pull up for my oil change, my car got stuck in neutral and wouldn't shift out. Chance was quick to jump to help me with the situation, and was determined to get it fixed, even though he was already scheduled to be off. They were able to get a good fix on it so I could be on my way. The customer service was incredible, and I've never had a bad experience at this location. We pulled into town and our low tire pressure light came on. We saw some of the guys out emptying the trash and asked if they had a air pump. The guy literally went running over to help us. He checked all of our tires and filled them all up even though they already had closed and then wouldn t accept any payment. We will definitely come back for any needs with service like that! Thank you!

I've been ti a lot of places to get my Oil changed, but this was my greatest experience! Very polite, very quick, and done in a timely manner. Even had good coffee. Very pleased, highly recommend, and will definitely be back in 3k miles!

I took my vehicle in to get an oil change, and have air put in my tires. Later, I noticed all my tire valve stem caps were gone. It was on a Saturday, and the place was super busy, so I figured they just forgot to put them back on. They were closed on Sunday, so couldnt stop in. Call me lazy, I decided it was just easier to stop somewhere and buy some. I will, however, continue to use this business, because I like the service and staff. I have never before had any problems here, and I am so happy they are here in the heights.Service: Oil change

Great friendly service that was very quick. They offered water, coffee l, and icecream which the kids absolutely loved. The nice young lady that did our service was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also had an amazing smile that lightened up my day which made the service that much better. I will definately go here again and this time put on a clean shirt to make a better impression.

They are always kind and professional. My grandmother stops by regularly for tire checks in the cold weather and they are always friendly and welcoming for such a small (probably bothersome) task that means so much to her. You guys rock.

I went there yesterday and I walked away very impressed with my experience!! Jason and his crew were great!! Jason was very knowledgeable and didn t try to up sell me on any services. They did an excellent job and the cost was very reasonable!! As a lifelong Montanan, I appreciate honesty and great service. I definitely received both in my visit today!! I ll be back,as will my family and friends.

This chain of company is the best! Polite, prompt and knowledgeable employees! I can do an oil change myself but prefer to go here. One car keeps several people employed and they were busy! Keep it up MasterLube!

They were great. Professional, but friendly. Super busy, yet quick and efficient. The tech who did the change topped the other fluids off, showed me the dirty air filter, and offered to replace for $13, or just blow it off for free. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs there. Would definitely return.

I thought they used to clean the windows inside the car but they didn't this last time. Disappointed but otherwise my go to oil change choice.

I was very happy with their service and their prices were very reasonable. It only took about 10 minutes! Definitely a great place to get your oil changed!

The service was exceptional; quick and professional. My 4 star rating is because I feel the rates are very high. An oil change on a Subaru with Penszoil was $70.00+ dollars. That must be some special oil and filter. I think I need to go back to changing my own oil.

Adrian and the whole crew were amazing!!! He took my daughter (new driver and first oil change in her new car) and showed her everything under the hood, explaining each as he went. Absolutely recommend!

They were super helpful, took time to answer my questions and thoroughly check out my car for basic fluids etc. they also aired up my tires and found an issue with the back one that I didn't see before I had a blow out.great experience, fast and affordable. will be giving my business in the future.

Have an older vehicle so like that masterlube offers courtesy checks. This one didn't charge me extra for topping fluids off. And checked everything.The laurel, Grand and heights and king do a great job. I didn't think about doing reviews but should have.Just wish they all were the same. Some days they don't want to charge for a top off and other days they do. I get my oil changes there because they have the courtesy checks.
