EXCELLENT service at Magic City CustomWorx! Cam upgrade and dyno tune on my Road King was completed professionally, on time and at the price I was quoted which was very fair! Store and shop is very clean and organized which almost always is a reflection of the mind and a persons work. A huge thanks to Stewart a great guy that I will bring my bike to whenever it needs anything! Well done & thank you Magic City CustomWorx. I m glad I found your business!

Bought my helmet from Stuart at Magic City today. I am a novice rider with a ton of questions and he was incredibly accommodating with answering them as well as very helpful. Also proceeded to hang out and b.s. with him for quite a while just sharing stories. In short awesome guy, awesome shop and I will be going back here again and again from here on out for whatever I may need. Thanks again to Stuart.

Ended up needing a new set of tires far earlier than expected on a 3,600 mile trip and these guys saved my bacon big time! They don't sell sport bike tires but I was able to purchase the tires from another shop and Magic City CustomWorx was kind enough to squeeze me in the same day to get them installed. Not only were they able to squeeze me in but they got me back on the road in just a few hours! The quality of work was top notch; they really care about what they're doing here. They've got a super nice shop to just hang out in while they're working on your bike and the whole team was very accommodating.

Stuart and staff were amazing. They fixed a problem on my bike that was an ongoing problem that was never resolved in the past. Thank you for that! I even took my new (to me) bike to Stuart to check it over and had a tire changed out. Love the service and the comfort of knowing my bikes are safe.

We were 3000 miles from home. Bought a tire at Beartooth Harley but it was an eye rolling inconvenience to get it put on and could be hours, so we fortunately talked to a guy who mentioned Magic City. Called them up and told them our predicament. Tire was out of stock but bought it as HD and rode right over. The tech met us in the parking lot as we pulled in and changed right away. Now THAT IS SERVICE! Amazingly helpful, great chatting with the lady who ran the front and the tech did way more to make sure we were safe to continue on. Best service ever!

Finally an honest and reasonable motorcycle shop in Billings. I have owned 5 Harleys and used to take them to the dealership for maintenance and customization. But they were always expensive and my last two experiences at House of Thunder in Morgan Hill, California left me with a dented front fender and scratched right saddlebag. I met Stewart when I walked in looking for a replacement bulb for my wife s soft tail. He said he had one and went and got one. When I asked how much? He said don t worry about it. Right there he had my respect, I then purchased back LED turn signals which Harley sells at twice the cost. The following week I needed a new rear tire. I called and he got me in and out in about 2 hours on a busy day with a badass new rear tire to take on the Highway!!! Now my wife is looking at Handlebars for both our bikes!!! In California it is twice as expensive for the same job!!! Every time we are home in Billings we will be paying a call to Stewart and Magic City Custom Works! Thank You again Stewart!Service: Tires

2005 road king stage 3, 203 cams. Just had a power vision flash tune on there dyno. Bikes runs really good. Got more hp and torque. These people are the best. Highly recommend

Magic City has great customer service. I went in today to get my grips replaced and asked about a couple other issues that were concerning on my new ride. He took his time to fix up things that I didn't even know were a problem until he started taking the parts off. He managed to get a bunch of stuff fixed up and run the cables properly, change my grips, adjust my handlebar hight, and tighten the bars down so there was no wobble. Magic City is a great place for work and all that work for a real good price. Thank you again!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Couple of weeks ago on a trip out west I needed some urgent help with a bike problem. Randomly called this shop and couldn't have made a better choice. The owner is amazing. The prices are better than Harley and I will definitely go see them more often for my motorcycle needs. Stuart the owner is a very loyal customer of the restaurant that I work at and I would rather spend my hard earned money with him than any Harley dealership

This place is the best! I needed help with a bent shift lever on my motorcycle. I brought the part in and not only was Magic City Custom Worx able to repair it in a matter of minutes, they were kind enough to inspect my motorcycle after I took the part home, reinstalled the shift lever, and brought it back to the shop. Thank you so much for the amazing service, truly top notch and I highly recommend!

The best Harley Shop/After Market Shop I have ever seen in my life. Stewart knows his stuff. Honest Quotes and work done in a timely manner as promised. Other shops don't even call you back, Let alone Compare. Stewart is the Best in the North, South. East and West. I would stake my life on it. Be There or be Square. Need I say More.

I was told to leave his lot because instead of his shop I came to buy a fairing universal; I noticed a sale sign next door walked in check sale I walked out to get phone forgot in pickup. told to leave business motorcycle shops lot someone told me I guess wrong spot I won't shop here for fairing or anything period way to lose a customer . Lots not clearly marked to park

Stuart is awesome! He's a Harley guy and I'm a Victory owner but he's always more than willing to work on my bike. He gets it done the right way and my other Vic friends have take their bikes to him with great results too.

I made two appointments and couldn't make either one due to work. Never called either time to cancel. Didn't think I had a chance to get my bike in for some work after that but I stopped in for the third time. To my surprise there was no heartburn and I got my bike in that afternoon. Thanks Stuart !
