Matt is a really nice guy and does great work. The only downside is sometimes his schedule gets away from him and the repairs take longer than we had hoped. It seems good communication can help prevent a lot of it so all future jobs we have communicated our timeline needs so all of us are on the same page. With added communication, the next job went great.

They are amazing! They fixed my bumper and did an alignment all within a day which really helped my tight busy schedule! The prices are the best and beyond fair! Keehners pocketed most the insurance money without doing the work andnow we re left with a vehicle that s not even legal to drive in it scurrent state.Our insurance gave Keehner a check for 20k for the repairs on our 2019Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was supposed to be done in 6-8 weeks. After 15weeks of being given the run around about when it would be done I askedthe insurance to call him. The body shop owner then text me and harassedme about contacting the insurance company. He said I made him look badto the insurance.Finally got the car back (unfinished and in horrible condition) at week16 with an estimate of what still needed fixed and a check for 5k (theinsurance requested he provide these) which was the amount he claimedstill needed done.I ve taken it to two other body shops since and both said the samething:1 - There is no reason it should take 16 weeks to have done the littlework he did do.2 - Original estimate was under estimated and Keehner should havesubmitted the additional repairs to the insurance as supplemental butfailed to do so.3- There is well over 5k of repairs that need done.4 - The work Keehner did was SO bad most of it needs re-done.Never have I experienced a more unprofessional business.

I hit a deer and damaged the whole right side of my 2015 Grand Cherokee. Matt was more than happy to take on a big project. Him and his staff went above and beyond to treat me and my vehicle with care. Matt is coming up on 30 years of experience this year and it shows. I just got my Jeep back and it is good as new. From now on I know exactly where I'm taking my vehicles for autobody work. Thanks Matt & crew!

My husband got in an accident in my car and Keehners' Auto Body went above and beyond for us. Matt is so wonderful to work with and kept me informed through the whole process never leaving me to wonder what was going on with my car and they got me in and out in a very timely manner. I had my van fixed at Keehners and it looks better then before the tree branch fell on it and cracked the radiator. He even replaced the battery for me at no extra cost since it went bad while it was parked there. Over all great work even.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Horrible. Matt lied to us multiple times telling us my wife's drivable van will be ready next week, next week, next week. Six months later it is still in his shop and still not finished. I can not say enough GREAT things about this shop! I was in an accident and live out of state, Matt was happy to take my car on, despite the hassle of never being able to meet in person and having to do all communication and dealings over the phone. He was more than professional, always up front and honest with any hiccups, extremely kind and went out of his way to make this smooth. If I ever get in another accident, I pray it is in Billings so I could use this shop again. This is the most honest, accommodating, friendly shop! Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. You can trust these guys will take great care of you!

Excellent experience. Clean, well maintained shop, and great customer service. Matt and his team went out of their way to help me with my insurance company, rental car agency, etc. They made an unfortunate accident situation so much better! I highly recommend Keehners Auto Body and have sent friends and family to them also.

I would give more than five stars if I could. Keehners Auto Body saved my vacation. I was in an unfortunate auto accident with another camper on the third stop of a nearly month long road trip. I was visibly upset when I came into the shop. I was immediately helped and reassured that I could continue my trip! The technician looked over my car, patched it up and made sure that it was safe to drive. I am beyond grateful for the amazing service I received.

These guys are great! I needed to get a sliding door repaired on almost no notice. They took my vehicle in and had the door functioning like new the same day. Absolutely everyone at keehners made my experience a great one. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work and I truly was. So my son pretty much totaled my new Hyundai....or so I thought. I could not believe that Matt fixed it. As good as new. It blew my mind. Hit a cow on my way into town, and they squeezed me in with a 20 minutes notice, checked everything out and made sure my truck was safe to drive in under an hour.
