These guys are something different!! They got me in and fixed my 2 trailer tires and the price i never expected!! Under $100!! Huge help that put me back on the road. Thankyou. Really decent folks

Really nice and honest guys. They can make it affordable.Unfortunately my company didn t agree the tire we have put on trailer then we had redo whole thing they helped out by charging the half price.I see why they have 4.8 stars reviews. Thanks for your service and good deeds

This place is an absolute joke! Maybe the tire side is better but the alignment shop is run by an idiot who has no business working there and just throws parts and stuff hoping to make a buck. Put together and took apart truck 4 times so far instead of doing all the parts at once so he can drag out a 6 hour repair to..... well it's been 10 days so far. They treat you like your an idiot, when I could have easily done the repairs myself but was being lazy and wanted to support local businesses... they burned me 10 years ago and I was hoping the shop manager was gone by now so gave them another shot.... this is it!! Never again and I will be taking my vehicle to another repair shop to check the work done due to not trusting these idiots

I have a travel trailer that the tires had a sidewall bulge in 2 of them and I have an aftermarket warranty that I bought with the new trailer. I had taken the trailer to Whalen Tire as they are closer to where I live and they took the photos of the tires but never contacted the warranty company then they didn't save the photos or create a file for me so I would have had to start all over. They even seemed put off by having to deal with a warranty company. I decided to take it to J&M instead and they took the photos, contacted the warranty company and had my trailer done in a matter of a couple hours. They not only got the warranty to pay for 2 tires but I also bought 2 more while it was there and they did it all with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. I will return here for all my future tire business and recommend everyone to go here first. A+ BUSINESS!

I needed a quick turnaround, and I got it. You could not ask for a better customer oriented business that knows how to deliver. There are several tire centers in town, and AM I GLAD I CHOSE THIS ONE!

Pretty fast service and professionalIn and out for two tire replacement one on trailer ROF and one on the tractor RIR less than an hour and I was back rolling.Easy access from I-90 exit 450 very nice people here too. I will definitely give them business any time I m in Billings, MT

The nicest tire shop in Montana! My two grandparents and 6 of there grandkids (including me) are on a 3 week road trip across the west half of the Continental United States. We are currently one week deep and had a flat tire! We pulled in to this J&M Tire and asked if they could patch the hole. Not only did they get us back on the road in under 45 minutes they patched the tire from the inside and did it for free. God has placed great people across this world, you just need to leave your backyard to find them!

I was on my way to work this morning at 6:45am and my tire went completely flat. Not knowing who to call I found J&M Tires online and called them in a state of panic because I needed to get to work and had no way to get my tire fixed. J&M Tire WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They sent out a service truck within 1 hour of my call and they fixed my tire for me so fast and WOW WHAT AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for ALL of your tire needs.....they are OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you J&M Tire for helping me this morning, it was the BEST, MOST FRIENDLY SERVICE I've ever had!!!!

As a young adult female who knows nothing about my vehicle, the fact that I had to buy 4 new tires for the first time made me very nervous. They are kind, work fast, and have very reasonable prices. They did a great job helping me understand which tire would be best to go with. Felt like a whole new car as soon as I hit the road and I will always recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

It s well below zero and New Years Eve Day. I was out with my youngest kiddo and I had a completely flat tire, and was starting to panic. I called Mark and J & M Tire and they had someone out within minutes to come out to where I was. They took my tire to the shop to check it out. Unfortunately it was ruined and they offered to try to find me a used one but since it s all wheel drive, they helped us get a great new set of tires for a great price. Even though they were closing early they all worked together to get me fixed up and back on the road! All with genuine and friendly smiles! Excellent customer service! They will forever be our go-to for tires!

Loved the service and experience. Knowledgable and friendly staff. I had my 2 year old with me for about an hour while I had my tires mounted and they were accommodating. The waiting area was comfortable and I couldn't be happier with my new tires - it made such a difference on my SUV!

Hands down, the BEST SHOP around. Both the tire shop and the Jim&Tracys shop are always at the top of their game.I ll drive hundreds of miles, just to have my truck worked on here.

Great place to get tires for everything. We get tires for all our trailers and fleet vehicles here. Super easy to get into the parking lot with big trailers and we're usually in and out within an hour or 2, depending on the vehicle. Definitely recommend doing business here!

Mark and and any other associates I had contact with were super helpful! Let's just say 3 flats in one day and a cracked rim later they allowed me to leave my vehicle in there lot while I waited for my new wheel, no obligation to have service done there though that was my plan! Great place!

One of the best experiences w Mark @J&MHe is a fantastic representative of outstanding customer service; we were staying in our MH @ the KOA and needed our tire pressure checked;He immediately scheduled my request and we were leaving within an hour no charge; did allow tipping of service techs- thank youI highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future

We were traveling back home (California) after visiting my daughter in Columbus, Ohio. And noticed that my front tires were bolding one side unevenly. We had 1,500 miles to go and worried about our safety. I checked Google and found J&M Tire with higher review. They are so nice and paying attention to all my needs. They offered to rotate my front tires at no charge. I was kidna worry at the beginning about anyone taking advantage of situation especially showing up with Mercedes Benz with CA license tag, if you know what I mean. I recommend anyone to give them a visit because the business men and women like J&M Tire needs to survive and make a good living.Thank you J&M Tire. We made home safely and all is well. See you guys later when I visit the beautiful Montana again.

On a road trip with our rv, pulled in later in the day. They were able to get us in for an emergency alignment and tire rotation. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff, repair work was excellent and great price. We'll definitely use them in the future!

Wonderful shop! We had a tire issue while passing through Billings. They got us in, fixed our problem and we are VERY pleased with their work. Prices were very reasonable. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this shop.

We found ourselves in Billings, MT with what we thought was a more serious tire problem on our motorhome than we really had. J&M Tire was closest to the park we were staying in. Lucky us! The staff here is 1st class and understand the situation of travelers. They were able to accomodate our schedule and fix the problem (valve stem) within half an hour of our arrival at their facility. On top of that - they didn't charge us once it was determined that is was merely a loose stem! We highly recommend them to both locals and travelers for any service they provide!

I brought my truck in to have the front end looked at because of a noise and they told me I needed a 3,000.00 front end rebuild so I took it to Ford for a second opinion and to see if it was covered under any warranty. Ford checked my front end and there was no problems with it at all and it did not need a rebuild. I would have paid 3 grand for nothing.

I was pulling a gooseneck horse trailer and pulled into J&M Tire to have the air in my tires checked. I had one tire that was going flat, they pulled it off and repaired it quickly, with no charge. I was back on the road headed home in 20 minutes are less. Oh yes, and all tires with the correct air pressure in them. Thank you J&M Tire and the young man that helped me.

very friendly staff and when my card didn t work they were very patient and understanding with me. Got the best deal on new tires for my car! Will go here from now on for rotations, etc!

Got us back on the road after we had a pretty gnarly coolant filter leak. Friendly staff. Not a 5 star, because the cost to replace the filter with labor was a bit pricey for what it was. Appreciate being taken care of with no appointment.
