We purchased a preowned car. The car was priced well below retail value and the dealership was easy to work with. Dillon was our salesperson and he did a nice job for us. The whole process took less than 2 hours.

The GMC service crew is great! Cody and Jonah are very nice and professional. They explain everything very well. Pricing is very reasonable. Shout out to Dalton and Shawnee for fixing up my car. They got it done very timely manner. Couldn t be happier with my results.

Eli and the service staff at GMC of Billings are absolutely amazing! I brought in my new to me GMC for its first service under my ownership, and dang! From the moment I drove up to the service bay I just had the best experience ever! Everything was explained to me: the cost of services, what they look at while the vehicle is being serviced, and Eli was even cool enough to explain some of the features I had no idea about.Thank you to all the friendly faces I came in contact with today! I will most definitely be back.

Cody greeted us when we pulled up. Did a thorough walk around. Showed me the uneven tire tread from inner to outer areas of the tire s. Has my vehicle pulled in with in 10min of being at the dealership. Lube techs had it done in about 30min and had me on my way. I strongly recommend this great group of people!!

I have only dealt with the service department. My 22 Sierra had a problem that took them awhile to figure out. They were persistent, Cody was diligent in keeping me updated, Dalton did excellent work, and they were responsive to my needs. I am very pleased with them!

Good and friendly staff. Yet, after waiting for over a year, the heated steering wheel install on our XT4, still didn't happen. Somehow, all 3 of in-stock parts didn't work. Had to be ordered again. Not fun times driving to and from Cody, WY...especially when you are OLD!!

Gotta give hats off to Carter and his Sales Manager for squaring my family away. Drove all the way from Utah to pick up a vehicle and the process couldn t be more smooth. Nothing changed by the time I got here and they honored their word after a 500 mile roadtrip. For all the sleezy, greedy dealerships out there, GMC of Billings is doing it right. Ask for Carter if you want a professional, straight forward experience.

Went in for an oil change. The service was fast and friendly. Hot coffee and cold water, as well as fresh popcorn were available. I will continue to come here because of these great experiences!

After I got home I checked the video quality of the dashcam which was installed and the front camera is partially blocked (losing about 1/3 of the screen, the rear camera is installed upside down.I need to call and schedule an appointment to get this corrected.

Patrick and his team went above and beyond when I needed a recent repair. They called when a part arrived and I was sick and couldn t get the truck over to them that day. He sent 2 team members to pick up the truck at my house, then returned it when it was complete. This is next level service!

I was scheduled for an oil change at 11:00. Showed up at 10:45, sat in the waiting room with my two little children until 1:00pm with no updates from staff. I had run out of snacks and my children needed to go eat. I took my kids into the workroom to look for a staff member to see what was taking so long. I was informed that my oil change had yet to be started and that they had run out of oil. Therefore, an additional half hour wait time of going to get more oil and then waiting for the oil change itself. It was a blizzard outside, walking with the kids was no an option to go get food. I asked for my car back. I was told that I would have to wait because my car was on the lift. Thus, trapped for additional hours with hungry children. I was highly displeased and asked AGAIN for my car to be taken off the lift so I could leave and go elsewhere. The individual then exclaimed "FANTASTIC!" as if he was not only proud about the poor service that was provided but also in no way understanding as to why I needed to leave. On my way out I walked past a salesman representative who had witnessed everything. He exclaimed "I wouldn't trust them with mine". I received a phone call from the manager the next day apologizing, which was nice. He offered a free oil change. I will not be taking this offer due to possible retaliation or in any way taking my vehicle back to this place ever again.Services: Battery, Oil change

I only gave 3 stars because the problem with my vehicle was not resolved. I want to clarify the service manager worked hard to get it fixed (3 hours), but could not without further research. So, the effort was there but I will need to take my truck back which is 55 miles from where I live, which makes it a problem.

I have never owned a vehicle that experienced such a catastrophic failure of the (or any) major system like the oil/lubricating system (and at only 4,700 total miles). While the vehicle seems adequately repaired, 30 days is an interminably long period to wait for its repair. I even offered to pay for 2-day UPS to overcome Wyoming roads shut down by copious amounts of snow on the ground which was airborne due to high winds. Of course this meant that the Interstate from Denver through Wyoming and into Montana was closed for about 10 days. But even that does not justify the 30 days they kept my vehicle for its repair. Come on GMC of Billings - you can do better than that! Who is going to make me whole - Mr. Soros??

My son owns a 2008 gmc acadia. Needed to get it in for a full inspection and a estimate if they found anything. Over the phone I was told due to the age and mileage they won't take a look at it. I was told if I was seeing transmission things popping up i might "need" a transmission without even looking at it. They may do good work. They may have great mechanics. But at last I was more or less told to go somewhere else. Sorry we own a older gmc I guess.
