Great price on a rare windshield. When the factory rear view mirror failed they got me in immediately and fixed the issue.Very polite, professional, and affordable.

Where do I start? First time dealing with needing any kind of glass installed and unfortunately I needed a window installed on my driver door when the weather is in the negative and I called every glass installation business in Billings for a quote and every place was super expensive and couldn't fit me in for at least 2 weeks but then I called Fas-Break Glass and Cody was more than helpful and got us scheduled for the next day which is today.. they got it done faster than I expected and the customer service was top notch! Thank you Cody and Fas-Break for helping me and my lady because it was COLD without a driver window. I will refer you guys to anyone I know that's in need of the services you guys provide! Highly satisfied customer right here!

Excellent work, price $100 less than the other glass shop and they had it in stock so no waiting. Took less time to complete than quoted, and said to come back anytime to clean inside windshield since I'm a smoker and have severe arthritis and can't clean myself. Great folks, super all around. The motor on my driver side window quit working so we took it to Fas-Break and they took care of it right away. And then someone broke into my van and broke the side window and we knew the only place we were taking our van was Fas-Break! The guys are great and do an awesome job!

Always great customer service and great friendly advice. These guys work hard and squeeze you in when they can. Had multiple windshields put in from them and trust them completely. They are awesome and great prices too!

Great customer service!! I needed a new windshield and called around to everywhere in Billings I could think of to replace my windshield. These guys ended up being the cheapest and could get me in right away. They did a great job replacing it, plus it s a convenient location. I then ended up with a rock chip. Took it in and they fixed the chip at no cost to me. They are definitely my go to for any glass work!! Thank you!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Really not very impressed. The culking skills could use some work. I had to bring my window back to had it redone. And when I got it back the second time I just decided to take it. However when it comes to overall speed they did really really well when I brought the window the first time it had to be close to closing on Friday. So to have it waiting for me same day that was pretty cool I think part of the problem is it didnt have time to set so the glass shifted. Culking job still wasnt the best but hey i had a window over the weekend and they did what they could to fix it on Monday. So that part made me pretty happy. I ended up going to ace come spring I'll re do the culk. So points for being upfront, honest, timely, friendly and all around good people. Thank you speedy glass

We were vandalized Sunday night. Called Monday morning and got in that afternoon and they came in $100.00 or more less from the other places that I called who could NOT get me in same day. I am so pleased that I did business with this company.I am from out of town, my car window was broken by vandals and I didn t know who to go to for help. I didn t feel that I could safely drive y car, my back was to the wall. This was the only company that advertised that they were open on Sat. I found the gentlemen to be clean, polite and professional. I thought the work that they did was superior in every way. I would do more business with this company without hesitation. I d like to add that the price was extremely affordable.

I stopped by here the other day to check my windshields seal. They told me the test would take about 20 minutes and cost $20. About 15 minutes later they come get me, two me the seal is fine, they blew off some twigs that had collected under my hood, and told me there was no charge. 15/10. Will definitely be going back here again.

We were on a road trip, about 45 min outside of Billings when a huge crack developed in the windshield. We called ahead, the were friendly, competent, and fair priced. They were very accommodating and were able to replace the windshield in an hour. A wonderful experience for an unexpected event. Highly recommend this business.

This is the second window/glass repair I've needed in less than a year. I have been impressed with their service and pricing. My recent experience was for a sunroof glass replacement, a rock fell on it while driving down the interstate and I called everywhere in town and they had to order the glass. Fas-Break was able to find the glass and fix it the same day the accident happened and at a good price! Thanks guys for all the great work you do! Highly recommended!Service: Glass installation

Took our vehicle in because we thought the windshield was leaking. They took it in thinking that it needed to be re-sealed because water was getting inside the vehicle. They found that the sunroof drain tube was clogged and they blew it out and everything is good. They were up front about what it could cost. After they checked the windshield and blew out the tube they called us an hour later to pick it up. I asked what was our bill and he replied 'nothing '. Be careful here... the hours posted are not the hours they keep. I got left high and dry when I really needed the help. I had a rented car and needed a rock chip repair. I'd called for shop hours and was assured they were open, after driving across town, I found the posted hours indicated the shop should be open but the doors were locked. After calling the number again I was told they would be closed for the day. Don't get hung out there like I was simply chose another glass shop.

This is a business that truly understands the value of providing excellent customer service. Not only are they friendly and easy to deal with, but they replaced my hail-damaged windshield very quickly, at a great price and even provided pick up/drop off service at my office. Thanks Kevin and team!

Had a great experience. The price was as quoted, no surprises. I made an appointment, they were on time, the kids and I waited and played at McDonald's and then they gave me a call when it was finished. The whole repair was super quick!! Will definitely go back.
