Our experience was fantastic! Cassondra was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable considering a vehicle that I hadn't test drove yet. I appreciated the extra effort of sending me exterior and interior videos of the car, and honestly pointing out any potential issues (chipped paint, small scratches). I didn't feel any negative pressure and when we wanted to move on the vehicle to purchase, she made it happen that afternoon. Beside the fact that we were very relieved to find a reliable vehicle, we were so grateful for Cassondra's hard work and friendly personality.

I have had issues with my ford after a sensor when out. I really was nervous about who to bring my truck too. I heard of Bob smith's from Rocky and gave it a shot. I was so impressed with the techs and front service. They assured and answered all my questions. Thank you jerin ( tech ) for all the nolege and hardwork to repair my truck.

Used non OEM parts for repair on my Mazda6. Does non stand behind sub par parts or labor. Be aware ! They replaced the serpentine belt after failure and I had to repair it a year later. both times a Mazda dealership and Bob Smith does not stand behind their work and used non OEM or substandard parts without co formation by customer .

Went to this dealership looking for my first big car purchase. Rich was the one to help me and he was amazing. Answered all questions, and felt like he truly cared about showing me the right cars. He stayed within my price range and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Ended up buying a 2023 Mazda CX-5 and it is everything i wanted. Super smooth process!

Called Bob Smith Motors looking for a vehicle today asking about a car, luckily I was put on the phone with Jake Tooker. While on the phone with Jake I asked if there was a way to begin my financing without driving all the way across town, he then informed me I could begin the process online. Jake worked with Mike in the finance department and within 20 minutes these guys had me an answer a price the whole 9 yards. Before I could make it to the bank I received a picture of the vehicle cleaned and ready to go. When I pulled up Jake went over the details and Mike got my paperwork and everything with such a quickness I spent less than an hour at the dealership. Both of these guys were nice super friendly and helpful in making the car buying process the smoothest I ve ever experienced. Thanks guys at Bob Smith Motors for being awesome and easy to work with

I came into Bob Smiths last night at the end of the day, with only a half hour until closing time, the gentleman there were very welcoming, and eager to assist me. They kindly listened to my situation and were very understanding, both gentleman were very motivated to help me get into a vehicle that I was requesting. As we worked on paper work, scenarios came up that could have complicated moving forward with getting me into this vehicle I fell in love with. With extreme delight, and enthusiasm, they did everything they could to discuss with their boss any and all possibilities to get me into my dream car! I am so thankful and indebted for all of their dedicated and hard work to graciously help me with my situation. With all said and done, we finished paperwork with ease and gratification, and I was in my new vehicle immediately. I have never experienced such great mindfulness and concern for myself as a stranger walking in, Bob Smiths treats you like family and helps you in ways to get into better conditions for oneself! I made an out of state purchase from Bob Smith Motors this month. I specifically worked with Joel. Joel was amazing to work with, he was able to work with me on pricing to make the purchase work for me. He also was a great communicator which I feel is very important in out of state purchases.Joel made sure to provide me with all details I asked for. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from them. Although any other interaction from other employees was short, they were all professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If I was in the market for another vehicle and they had what I was looking for, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Jay went above and beyond helping with warranty work on my 2020 Ford Expedition even though I did not buy this truck at Bob Smith Ford and my extended warranty was purchased at another dealership. I learned a very valuable lesson about going somewhere else. My husband and I have purchased multiple Fords from Bob Smith Ford in Billings and their service, sales staff, and management are most definitely second to none. THANK YOU Jay

Everything was great. I had called ahead from another area of town to make sure the vehicle was on the lot. By the time I got there, Jake had the car washed and it was sitting up front ready to look at and test drive. Compare that to Underriner where they couldn't find the vehicle I wanted to look at. Totally impressed by everyone's customer service!

Bob Smith Motors aka Wormwood Motors (from all the reviews I've read about their service dept). If I could give it a "no star" I would. My sales guy was good, however the owners are completely ignorant! First, they let their tech guys drive the cars and don't update the mileage on their advertising...so the vehicle I purchased (when I picked it up) had an additional 4,000 more miles then advertised and I was NOT informed until the day of pickup about it and they don't care because if I don't buy it someone else will. Secondly, within 2 weeks of purchase I made them aware of the hood issue (severely vibrating up and down while driving especially with wind). "Oh just adjust the rubber hood bumpers" without even looking at it when I did bring it in! Adjusted, didn't work. So I took it to another Ford dealership (near me because I live 6hrs away) that actually looked at it and told me I needed to take it to a body shop because the substructure of the hood is not attached to the subpanel. So I call Bob Smiths, the owner said I could drive 6hrs one way and they have a tech that can GLUE it on because he won't pay another dealership/body shop to fix it. They DON'T CARE about their customers, just the money. And wouldn't you think the tech driving it putting an extra 4k miles on it would have noticed it or fixed it?

I enjoy having purchased my mazda cx5 at Bobsmith dealership. I purchased my car when I was still in Florida beforw travelking to billings through the help of Cassondra Bales (sales agent) she promised that once I make a deposit for my car she would reserve it for me and to my suprise when I came to the dealership after a months time, the car had been reserved in the go down.. she answered all questions I had and took me through the tutorial and even to date more than a month after, any questions I get a long the way she is always free to answer. Your services Cassondra are absolutely amazing.. keep Up

Excellent experience, as usual. It's always a pleasure to visit the service department at Bob Smith. They are professional, knowledgeable and really care about me and my vehicle. I've had my 2009 Lincoln MKS serviced here since I purchased it used from a (non-Lincoln) dealer seven years ago. Jay, Helen, Tom, the courtesy drivers, office personnel, parts staff, etc. all make the day seem much brighter no matter what kind of mood you're in when you arrive. I highly recommend this service department if you have a Lincoln (or any other vehicle.) They will take excellent care of you!

If you re looking for a New or Used car I highly recommend Cassondra Bales!!! she s amazing at getting you into what car you want, I definitely recommend her as your car sales women! I went to her for my last car & went to her for the one I just bought and I absolutely LOVE both cars! She did amazing!

So I bought a 2013 Nissan maxima from these guys on 7/20/21 best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I had been looking for some time and couldn't find what I was looking for. Matt was the one who helped me find the best car I have ever owned. They were all so professional and so caring about my situation in getting as much as I could for my old vehicle that was about to give out on me and meeting what I could afford for my budget. If I were you and your look for great quality vehicles and friendly professionals this is the place you need to go.

There is no better service department than Bob Smith Motors. We have been buying vehicles, both personal and business, for over 25 years. Jay, Helen and Tom always make us feel valued as their customers. My vehicle never leaves the shop without being washed which only adds to the value they bring their customers. Great service and a great experience during our purchase transactions!

Bob Murphy provides exceptional service. He is extremely considerate of his customers and is willing to work with you to find the best deal and car for you. I will hopefully be enlisting his services again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.The entire staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning expecially because they have all sorts of high end, luxury vehicles in every price range.Update: I had a small issue with the exhaust system in my car so I took it into the repair shop. The repair team is fantastic and had my car ready to go by the end of the day.
