In the last 5 years I have changed the cams and exhaust more than once on my streetbob and dynoed it each time. The bike runs great. Roy knows Harley's. Shay is very helpful and the dog gives me a friendly (who goes there) growl when I come in. I trust Roy's work, you can to.

They treated us very well, tire was a little bit less than told and in and out fairly quickly. Also they are going to check with their tire rep. to see if I can get get something back on the tire they took off. It shouldn't have crapped out the way it did. Fantastic folks with a wealth of knowledge. Their customer service is far better than most businesses out there today. I have been doing business with Roy (and company) for 15 years and have always been happy with how I've been treated. Prices are very fair too!Thanks guys!Rod KraftBillings MT

Great place for Harley repair. Was on the road just coming through. He got on my bike even before opening time. Wa repaired and on the road in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Roy is knowledgeable and genuine. He has been good to my women's riding club members and even put on a maintenance clinic for us. Prices are reasonable.

I took my 2000 883 sportster in to get an intermittent power loss issue fixed. I was actually able to just describe the issue to them over the phone, they told me 3 things it might be. They fixed the first two things, along with some other minor repairs I requested. The repair cost was what they quoted. I picked it up, and it died a short way away from the shop. To their credit, it was a very intermittent issue. The next part that needed replaced was quite spendy. They took a while to fix it, but when it was done they charged me only for the part, no labor, and also delivered it to my work at no cost. These guys go the extra mile to show you they care, and the techs are top notch. Will go to again and again, and recommend to everyone.

Not a good review I was sober coming. My friends and I ordered two lemindrop matinies. Then ha a cpl saki shots. I don t remember the ride neither does she and we threw up all night and day. I thought I was drying. Not sure what was in the Saki shots but let please play better attention in the future. Thank god our husbands were with us don t remember the car ride home and puked all night and day yesterday. As did my frIend. I'm so not going to be going back that scared me. 4 kids-at home and she has 3. Not cool. Beth Meyer

Let's just say, Customer service an them owning their mistakes isn't top priority.. I have to take my bike else where to repair the repairs. Recently in the middle of an almost 10,000 mile motorcycle ride across the States and Canada my Harley developed an electrical problem causing intermittent shutdown. We limped into Bad Boys in Billings, Mt. They diagnosed loose battery terminals, tightened the connections, checked the system and sent us on our way. I argued that I owed them for their time. Their answer was pay it forward. The Bad Boys are some of the Good Guys.
