My husband and I were in town visiting family and had a check engine light come on in our Lexus. We called them up and they were able to get us in quick and scan the computer to make sure we were safe to travel back home. Super nice and kind people. I d recommend to anyone.

New to town, referred to Simplicity via Facebook - they handled my 60K maintenance on my BMW. Did a great job, good communication and above fair price. Will be going to them for all my vehicle needs!

Thank you Chris and Marty and Lynn and Bryce for continuing to offer some of the best service in the valley. From Marty's professional telephone manner to the fast and efficient way Chris dealt with my challenge, the experience was excellent. I have used Simplicity over the years for general maintenance on my vehicles, however this was an emergency for a vehicle they had never seen before. And it was one of those problems that could be a simple turning of a bolt or a week's long endeavor to secure parts and find time in their busy schedule. Fortunately it was the simple solution, but the fact that they made time to look at it on a moment's notice, and solved it quickly, was greatly appreciated. An excellent family run business, highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance

In a situation where I was definitely at fault (neglected servicing) the guys at simplicity were very honest and humble repairing my Audi. They charged a fair price and worked super hard to fit me in to accommodate my emergency. Chris and his team were awesome! I called them at 1030 on a Wednesday and they had me in the shop by 1115. I m on a cross country road trip and my brakes were acting funny and they looked over them for me quickly so I could have peace of mind and get back on the road to the rest of my trip :) super grateful for them and their caring attitudes!Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

These guys are awesome! Had to drop my Subaru off out of nowhere after an unexpected issue and was given a time frame of about two days to come back and get it as they were very busy. Not only did they give me a ride home after I dropped my car off they got my vehicle fixed and called me to pick it up same day. They offered to pick me up to come get car as well(AWESOME). Anyway the price was super reasonable, I was given photos to show the before and after, and prices and options for complete replacements if I wanted to go that way(I didn't need to but it was nice to have). Very professional, very fair and great all around customer service. Obviously I don't want to have to use a mechanic but if I have to again these guys our my one and only stop. Poor first impression but that changed.Got a call back from Chris he said if I could drop it off he could get it diagnosed so I will try again and update my review.Here is my update I dropped the car off on Saturday, had no problem leaving it didn't expect it to be done in a few days because they are busy. However I received a call from Chris Monday stating he had the car checked and had replaced the thermostat. I asked if he would check a sensor he agreed and fixed it. Very quick and very reasonable on cost. We definitely use his shop for all future repairs. Glad I gave him a chanceService: Auto engine diagnostic

My husband and I were new to the area and needed a new forever mechanic like we had back home. We heard nothing but good things from our friends at church and at work, so we decided to give them a shot when we needed some work done on our Subaru. I can't put into words how satisfied we are to have found them. Their professionalism was outstanding, their turnaround time was quick, and their prices were beyond fair. I felt like we were treated like family. I wish other businesses were like this. Me and my husband both agree that we've found our new forever mechanic and we couldn't be happier.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

This shop...run by father...son and wife create a unique atmosphere different than any other automotive repair shop one will encounter. They are highly competent wrt their jobs needing to be completed.Chris...the son and top mechanic will research any unknowns before beginning a job.I had my reservations about any non-Bentley facility but when all was said and done...the work was completed perfectly...and compared to spending a thousand at the Bentley facility in Spokane I wasmore than elated to pay $200.00 instead of $1,000.00.What a coincidence to find this unique shop just a few miles from my home.Mom and dad need to remind each other their son is an engineering marvel...making sure to do whateverit takes to keep him on board.

Took vehicle in for a starting issue. Vehicle would turn over but wouldn t start. Was told it was the fuel pump.$800 dollars later it still had starting issues and ran worse than before. The mechanic than told me it was a fuel regulator but they were unable to fix it because they didn t have the tools for it. But instead the replaced the cap and rotor which had nothing to do with the issue at hand. So the mechanic told me I should take it to the dealership to have it fixed. So I did and it turns out that the fuel injectors were bad. So at another $1700 to fix it they said that without seeing the parts that there is a chance that the fuel pump was not the issue. So I feel I wasted $800 by bringing it to them first. Don t think I would bring my vehicles back here. Prices were fair but the knowledge was lacking.

Extremely professional and kind group of people. They work extremely efficiently and charge a very reasonable price. They've done some very good work to my car, and I'd recommend them to anyone whose looking for a good, honest mechanic.

The guys at Simplicity were fantastic in handling my issues my my Tacoma. They even dropped me at a hiking trail to enjoy myself while my car was being worked on 10/10 would recommend.

They were easy to work with, they even found a part for me that I could not, the price was fair and it was done in one day. I would definitely use them again and I would reccomend them to other people in the flathead valley.

This is how car Care should happen! I've taken my car here for the last couple years for a couple different problems and they always exceed my expectations and time frame. I'll never take my car anywhere else. Period. Thank you simplicity automotive !
