My wife went to get 4 new tires from here, and asked them to give her back the 2 best tires so we can keep them as spares. The tread was 4-6/32 so they were still good.Upon leaving I noticed only one tire in the back, yet they charged us for 4 tire disposals. I took the receipt back and showed them the error, also asking for my other tire back. After proving the stack of tires were from my car, I asked for the best one back and chose which I wanted. I asked them why I only got one back and they said that one had plugs in it so they just gave us one. We asked for two and out of 4 tires and, only one had any plugs. We almost lost a perfectly good tire and were charged for 4 disposals.The person who seemed to have been the one to make this decision was smart and short with me even though I only calmly pointed out the mistake. I will admit I was short in response asking why he didn't let my wife choose for herself instead of giving us back one when she asked to keep 2. They did fix the charges and corrected the incorrect amount but I felt I had to fight with them to get OUR tires back. They never belonged to Walmart and they charge to haul old tires away anyways. Why do they care how many we want to keep? I could understand if they were all bad but I already knew two were good and those were what we wanted to keep. I certainly didn't appreciate the attitude they gave and I won't be back. I already won't have our oil changed there from previous issues. Now I'll get tires from somewhere else too.

I've been here for an hr for a simple tire patch. I was the only person when I arrived. The guy working on my tire was the only guy who was responsible for helping customers as they walked in.They told me 20 mins.. "30 at most".There was about 15 mins where no customers came in yet no one was even by my vehicle. I have GOT to stop going here.

Walked in right at closing with a blown out tire and I believe it was Charles and David and they happily fixed me up even though they hd to stay late. Thanks again. Forever grateful

I bought new contenetail tires for buick aunclave next day new tire flat I asked for road warranty and they did not give me they charged me to repair the tire ..in Oregon getting a new tire charging me for it ...the tire was bad right from the beginning they said 30 days to order a new one ..do not trust them ever ..never to do bussissness there again ..liars thieves

Need more help. Takes far too long for service. It's been well over a week since I had my tires mounted & balanced, I decided it was far past time to check my pressure & lug nuts & I'm glad I did. The tires differed in pressure between 4 & 5 lbs. Also tightened 2 different lug nuts by hand. Guess I can't place blame but I also can't say that has ever happened any other time I have gotten tires.EDIT-I DO NOT LIKE TO DO BUSINESS SOMEWHERE THAT THE EMPLOYEES ACT AS IF YOU'RE A BURDEN. I HAVE BEEN BACK SINCE THE LAST REVIEW & CHANGED IT FROM A 3 TO A 1 . I AM NOT A HATEFUL PERSON SO IT'S NOT LIKE I WAS BEING RUDE, BUT THEY SURE WERE. EVEN THE MANAGER. WON'T BE GETTING TIRES AT WP WALMART ANYMORE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN GOOD QUALITY THE LAST 2X ANYWAY. USED TO LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT EM. SAD

It's apparent that no one cares. I was told it would be a "little bit". Two and half hours later I left and my vehicle had not been touched. I don't mind waiting but if you know your employees are that far behind why would you not get them some help? Thanks for the awesome customer service. I'm sure my tire would have been taken care of just fine but I really didn't want to spend the rest of my natural life waiting to find out. I wish I could give negative stars.

Went and got an oil change done not long ago. Well they caused an oil leak in the van and come to find out they cracked my oil pan because they used an impact to put my plug back in, stripped my drain plug when doing so, used old oil that i did not provide then prceded to tell me they are only certified to do tires not oil changes. Haven't been back since unless it has to do with tires. Very unsatisfied. DONT USE WALMART AUTOMOTIVE FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT TIRES...Service: Oil change

With 4 hours hours left on the clock brought 3 tires in for three brand new tires they refused to do the work stating they was backed up. Poor customer service. Poor attitudes with text highly recommend not going here

Ask for two new tires on the front of my vehicle..over an hour later we discovered the rear tires being removed from the vehicle..no hurry to correct the issue..over an hour and a half more[2 1/2 (+)hours total] the job was finished. {There were 2-3 people working on it!... }

Battery prices aren't bad...BUT...after buying a battery they tell me "we don't run diagnostics tests on vehicles...try AutoZone"...it says in the name Walmart AUTO CARE CENTER...shouldn't that be something you do?....then when they test my battery after just buying it I'm told "idk what could be wrong with it....it could be this"...not exactly a confidence booster guys...but that is the ONLY bad thing I have to say.

In 1 visit they broke the dipstick, cross threaded the oil plug, cut the windshield washer tube, and stripped the screw for the air filter housing. They also hit a pillar with my car door damaging the handle. They did not tell me any of this even though they knew I was driving over 300 miles as soon as they were done. They were not willing to reimburse me for any of the damage.

Went in on a Sunday night ( nothing else was open) sat for 1.5 hours to get a flat fixed, even though they said it wouldn't take that long. Paid 10$, took the tire home, put it on my car, and the next morning it was flat. I will never go here again.

Thank you Walmart amazing service. We had a flat tire in middle of nowhere, luckily we found Walmart auto care and got our car fixed in an hour and were ready for our trip. Very pleased.

It's ok the service can be slow at times but hey it's Walmart I'm surprised they don't have use change our own oil like when we check out

I ordered tires, drove an hour to get there after confirming by phone that the tires were there. Then to be told after they began to pull my truck in...they ordered the wrong size tires.

Called at 12:30 to make an appointment to have 4 tires installed and was told to come on down when I got there I was told it would be an hour , waiting an hour and a half and was told another hour ran erronds and checked back an hour later and was told another hour at least . What a joke .

I went in to have a tire patched and was told there was 1 person in front of me and I only saw one car in the bay...2 and a half hours later I m still next in line and now there are six cars in the bay when I asked why I was lied to they said that appointments came in...I wish they would have told me that before I wasted 2 and a half hours for nothing to be done to my van....

Very unprofessional... Suggest to use Mtn View Walmart Auto Care Center. The boys there are so much more friendly with customers and actually works well with customers!
