Tony did a wonderful job! I ordered a set of wheels and tires from him! He was great about communicating to me when they were coming in! He even picked up my car while I was working and brought it back to me when it was done! Best experience I ve ever had buying tires!

Owner was rude. Decided to get into my face because another one if his employees told me a different price on a tire. I told him he was being rude and he didn't like that very much. I would highly recommend not going to this tire shop.

Quick in and out. Lawn mower tire replaced. Bing bang boom and I was back on the road livin life. Gary was super customer oriented and gave me a fair price. Saved me from having to wrestle with it for two hours.

I had to have two tires fixed. He could have easily charged me for a new tire, but he patched them both. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. Great place! I will be doing all of my tire business here, in the future!

I was 100 miles from home and travelling through West Plains, MO with my 34 Ft horse trailer when I had a blowout that destroyed both tires on the right side of my trailer. A friend in the area recommended that I call Tony''s Tires on the North side of West Plains. I called Tony's about 20 minutes before closing and they said they had my trailer tires in stock and would wait for me. I took off the 2 damaged tires, unhooked the truck and took off to Tony's. The store was closed when I arrived, but they waited for me and had the 2 replacement tires ready to mount. Less than 20 minutes later I was headed out the door with 2 new tires. All the people there were friendly , efficient and did a great job. The tire prices were great also. I told many of my West Plains friends how they went out of their way to help me and my friends said that Tony's always provides good customer service.

Customer service was awful. They were extremely disrespectful on the phone to the point where I hung up the call because there was no way I was willing to spend money at this place. Called me back after and attempted to apologize for their behavior (even though I did not say a word about the behavior while on the phone) because they were aware of how rude they had been. I would not trust them with a vehicle.

These guys couldn't be more reasonable and patient with myself and our dirt road that continues to take out both of our cars' tires regularly...lol!! But seriously, these guys are always patient and patch us up and get us back on the road (and new tires when necessary). I've been to other stores in the area after first moving here and these are the only honest, consistent and appropriately priced shop. I couldn't be more appreciative of Tony and his guys!!! Thank you!!

Top notch service, in my experience! I had bought tired from Tony's, along with the Road Hazard service. Today, I woke up with a nearly flat tire. I went in immediately (about 8am) and they took my warranty paperwork, fixed my tire, and had me back on the road in about 10 or 15 mins! They were very fast, efficient, and friendly. I'd highly recommend these guys!

Went above and beyond. When other tire shops said they had what I needed but didn't (R&R) Tony and his staff hooked me up. Fast install better prices and very friendly. 5 stars are not enough!!! Thank You

I had a flat and just pulled up there and the guys got it out of vehicle and fixed the tire and put it back in . I appreciated their quick service

ive never bought any tires or had any work done on my car here, and never will. i called them on a trip from oklahoma to see if they had any 165/80 r13s in stock, and the person i talked to on the phone said theyve never made tires that size. yeahhhh i will go somewhere else. and so should you.
