Had my 2016 Ford F-150 passenger door repaired from a collision with a deer. Mr Dent did a superb job and coordinated everything with my insurance company and the rental car agency. They even came out to my place of business for a quick adjustment. Their staff and technicians were friendly and very professional. I would come back again to Mr Dent if I ever need a body repair services again

Mr. Dent collision repair is top notch, Jimmy has took care of me more than once and has always gave 100%. I cant give this place more than 5 stars but they deserve 100. Brent is amazing as well. he showed me in more ways than one that he truly cares about his customers. Brent, Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful through the process of getting my durango fixed. your kindness did not go unnoticed. Jimmy, you deserve a bonus on your next check. you are very good at your job and any time i have had a issue you always go above and beyond. i highly recommend Mr. Dent, it is truly a place where you leave as family. Mr. Dent is a professional care auto repair shop. Jimmie and Cody will do you well. We got our car repair super fast. Took it in on Tuesday and got it back on Friday. The work look great. Plus we had them install a new windshield at the same time. They went above the call of automotive collision repair by washing and vacuuming the car.

We started the New Year off right. On our way home we had with a side collision with a deer! The deer almost went through the drivers side window with his huge antlers. This is our main vehicle and knew we needed it repair as soon as possible. After calling Mr. Dent, they told us it would be March before they could get the parts. This wasn t on them but rather due to a manufacturing shortage. They were so great and kept us well informed. They did an amazing job. They made sure the vehicle was cleaned inside and out before we got it back. I hope desperately we don t have to use Mr Dent again but if we do I ll be using them again!

So very pleased with Mr. Dent from start to finish. The repair was completed in the time they said it would be, my car looks brand new. Worked with my insurance company, so no surprises at the end. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any repairs needed!!!!

I was amazed with All the workers at Mr Dent in West Plains, Mo. , they were kind and so very polite, they looked at what needed done and made sure the insurance company paid for the work that needed done, and their work is top notch, they went above and beyond , my Driver door handle had been broken and I had to use a dog leash to open my doors, it was a hassle and I even broke my foot due to it being in the way, it wasn't part of the estimate but their detailer was so sweet he fixed my door handle at no extra cost to me. I would highly recommend Mr Dent to anyone, that needs body work or any repairs. Thank you again gentleman you really all made my day.Wanda AndrewsService: Body & Trim

I brought my car in to have some scratches buffed out and after reviewing them the GM wasn t positive all of them would buff out. Much to my amazement they all buffed out and my car looked good as new. Not only do they do fantastic work, but they were all so friendly. Highly recommend Mr Dent.

I had the most remarkable experience with Mr. Dent Collision Repair, Inc. in West Plains, MO! I selected Mr. Dent to repair my vehicle after backing into a brick wall and damaging the back end of my Dodge Caravan. This was hands down the best selection I could have made! Not only were they thorough in providing a comprehensive estimate and expedient in dealing with my insurance provider and getting it scheduled to be repaired but they were also personable and approachable and answered all of the questions I had. I just picked up my van and am blown away at the attention to detail they provided. I highly recommend Mr. Dent Collision Repair! You will not be disappointed. Thanks Guys!

I contacted several traveling dent repair techs with no response. I then took the car to a 5 star rated dent repair in Nixa. The secretaries said if it is fixable then I was at the right place. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come and look at the car. He immediately said he couldn't fix it due to being on a crease. I then took it to Mr. Dent. Kyle said he thought they could handle it. Amy called the next day to tell me it was ready. The work was outstanding, their attitudes were great, and they even gave the car a wash. I highly recommend Mr Dent and will bring my other vehicles with dents to them!

They did insurance repairs on my vehicle and did not properly put my car back together. I now have additional damage that they refuse to fix, claiming it is my fault. Do not use Mr. Dent.Edit: Not leveraging anything, you accused me of ripping my skid plate out from under my car which has no damage to the plate other than when it dropped on the highway. Then is zero indication that it was ripped from the plastic where it attaches. You will not touch my vehicle again. Con man gonna con. Insurance is sending to another select service shop.Service: Body & Trim

I always receive excellent service when my family and I go to Mr. Dent. I was in a bind and needed a small rock chip fixed on my windshield before heading out of town and they got me in and out of there within 10 minutes. As always, very professional, kind, and time efficient! Thank you to the Mr. Dent team, especially Shawn, for helping me out today!!

I took my van to Mr. Dent to get an estimate on removing a dent caused by a deer running into the passenger side of it well enough to prevent the door from opening. The technician took a look at it and told me what it would cost to replace the door and front panel where there were mild dents- around $500. Then he asked if I was interested in pretty or just get the door open. The van has A LOT of miles on it, so I just wanted the door to open. He went in and got a tool and pried some of the dent out enough for the door to open and close. He said, There you go! I asked how much I owed him, preparing to follow him in for my ticket. He said, I couldn t charge you for something that took me less than a minute to do! I was stunned! I said, A doctor would! He just shook his head and said, Naw, just have a good rest of your day! I thanked him profusely, and the. I also thanked God as I drove out!Don t wanna have any cause to have to have any major auto body repairs done, but if I ever do, I will go to Mr. Dent!

These guys made my car look better than it did before I hit two deer!!! I am so impressed with the work that they did. 10/10 highly recommend. I hope I don't need them again but will definitely come here if I do!

Mr. Dent is a life saver! My car needed a quick repair and they had me in and out, plus buffed a spot on my bumper. Excellent customer service and they care about doing things right the first time. Highly recommend.

The employees at Mr. Dent are incredible! Friendly, great manners, and quick service! I was able to get my windshield crack filled and set within minutes! Cannot thank them enough. Will definitely be using and referring them for any unforeseeable future needs!

Great bunch of guys. Always friendly and eager to help. I pulled up and as soon as I got out of my car, they were asking want they could do for me. Had me back on the road in about 30 minutes.Highly recommend, they do excellent work.

Absolutely wonderful business to work with! We have used them regularly for years. Recently, we brought our vehicle in for a nasty ding in the windshield and they repaired it for us at no charge. I couldn't ask for better!

I would 100% recommend going to Mr dent for all your repairs. They worked me in with short notice, very nice staff, and they do excellent work. I ve been to other repair shops in town, I would save your time and money and go to Mr. Dent.

We took our 2019 Malibu in to have the rear bumper replaced. We were parked and was hit. They told us it could be 3 to 5 days to complete the repairs. In 2 and a half days, the work was completed. The work is great. Looks like it never happened. The staff at the West Plains shop we're absolutely the best. This is the third time we have been to Mr. Dent. If we ever need auto body work again, this is where we will go. Great job Mr. Dent!!!!!
