Called just and j and they were at the location within 20 minutes. State farm had not contacted me back so he sent the information to my insurance company. I use them everytime. They are always with positive attitudes.

After doing some Christmas shopping in West Plains, Mo. we broke down on our way back to Arkansas. We gave this company a blind call not knowing which wrecker service to use. I can't say enough about what great service we received. They arrived quickly and took really good care of us. These good ole boys got us and our disabled vehicle back home to Arkansas, with a fair price too boot. I would highly recommend this company!

J&J recovery is great. I was in an accident and was very shaken up. They helped me to feel at ease during this time. Gave me a ride to where i needed to go and went out of their way to help me, beyond just a tow. Thank you

My family and I ended up with a flat tire without a spare. The gentleman from J&J Recovery were sent out by my insurance company. They made it to us in half the quoted time! They were kind, patient while my kids transitioned vehicles, and very quick with the loading and unloading of my car! I would recommend them to anyone!Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

Had a terrible experience with this towing company. I hadn't called him for the accident my son was in and I had AAA, which knowing now I could have used AAA, but it was our first experience in an accident. But then he had two opportunities to tell me there were charges occurring for a holding fee. I called him one day to look at it and he said he would call me back which he didn't do. Which I would have picked up the car then. So he waited another week before he finally told my son that I owed him $300. Then I went to pick it up the next day and the charges were suddenly $460. I agree with some of the other comments, that he is very mouthy. I would not recommend this towing company.

Well my car hit an animal and I called my insurance with Usaa (amazing insurance company) and my husband -to- be was driving said car to work to start his shift on the PD. I dealt with the insurance, and where the car was to be towed and my insurance said yes that will be ok to tow it home. Thought all was good, and so hubby-to- be, took our van to work. So I could wait for the tow, with his dad, so that car and I could go home together.Well this tow company showed up, but with his family in the tow vehicle. And told me right off the bat, " well your husband says I am to take it to West plains and store it", but I was the one with the insurance I set up the arrangements. So two hours of phone tags, found out I was correct, my insurance was correct, that the vehicle was to go home not west plains. He wasn't happy with it and not well presented in a professional manner from it. It wasn't a great experience for me. But I am greatful that they did take it home. I was just worried about how now I was to be taken home.... because I thought that usually tow would have to take the owner too... but luckily his dad did stay

Recovered my vehicle from a difficult location (across a low water bridge at Spring Creek) quickly, professionally and at a fair price. I really appreciate it. Highly recommended.

After car accident they towed our car to their impound yard very expensive many items missing including the only ignition key which is a chip key they should have to pay for this and we would like to know how to make them have to pay for these items or at least partial half of what these items were worth we had over $1,000 worth of stuff come up missing in that vehicle and I was there on site whenever the towing company showed up so I know nobody else stole it out of there therefore once they hook up to it are they not liable especially for the ignition key because now I'm stuck with a car that I have no key for and they were very rude and claimed they never had a key and they were of no help to me at all other than to charge it's almost $500 so if you decide to use this towing company do it at your own risk because well prepared to pay out the nose for it and if you have anything at all in your vehicle it's worth anything it probably won't be there when you go pick it up missingdo they not have some type of liability insurance whenever they do this type of towing once they hook up to a vehicle aren't they liable for what happens from the time that they hook up to it to the time it leaves their freaking impound yard we had thousands of dollars worth of tools a home surveillance system with eight cameras and the monitor not to mention the ignition key so if anybody has any insight on how to make them liable for at least a partial of these items please let us know thank you also they were very rude very very rude and unhelpfulService: Car towing
