I was on a trip, there was a big storm and one of my windshield wipers came off. Luckily this Walmart was literally in close range and right off the exit. The employees in the auto center are very knowledgeable and helpful. They help me find what I was looking for.

Went in for a simple headlight change on my car simply because I didn t feel like doing it. I ve done it before and it s pretty simple I drive a 15 Malibu. They cancelled my service with no explanation and said they couldn t do it. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. These workers don t care about your time or if your car gets completed and in working order.

Good work. Can tell the difference in my car with how it drives but wasn t reset and still tells me I need an oil change and it to be inspected. Other than that. Super quick and friendly.

Stole a $300 pair of headphones out of my car and then told me they didn't know who did it. (Clearly was the crackhead who pulled my car in)

Came in on a Saturday for 3 new tires at 10:45 am said it was going to be a 4 hour wait. Needed the tires so I decided to wait while waiting all they managed to do was finish up a single oil change. Never brought another car into any of the bays and started telling customers at 11:30 am that they were not taking any more cars for the day that they were too busy. Saw the mechanics walking around the store on their phones instead of actually working. Literally from 11:30am until my car was brought in there was not a single car in any of the bays

Fastest service I've ever gotten from them was about an hour ago. Took maybe 20 minutes for me to get a basic oil change and get out. Love the ability to grab a couple groceries and pay for everything all at once. The mechanics where very nice and even took a peak at a noise to give me a starting place. I didn't want it fixed right then and there and they actually listened unlike other shops which just do it and charge you especially as a woman. They almost lost me getting oil changes there but the employee I had a problem with no longer works there. And the service has definitely improved

I've had issues with my taillights and they've fixed them several times and not charged me for it. Waiting time was not great but they've only got a couple people working so it's too be expected! But they are nice and professional!

I gotta say ..despite on waiting to be done for a while Zach held the fort...him and the small one did what they could because the others didnt come in til 9 AM..I see the oil change is like 35$..I know I'm gonna get it done there for that price cuz that's like the cheapest in town..

Friendly staff behind the desks... slow, rude, unprofessional mechanic. The manager I spoke to was not willing to help me. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am and they didn't start working on my car until 10. They told me my estimated wait time was one hour. I waited 3 hours. The ladies behind the desk were very kind and tried to improve the situation, but they could only do so much. My mechanic's name was Jeff, and the ladies behind the desk had to go out and ask him what was taking so long multiple times. I, along with the other customers in the waiting area, watched Jeff yell inappropriately at them each time. When my car was finally finished, they said that Jeff was the slowest mechanic in the shop and they don't know why he works there anymore and apologized that I had to wait that long. Jeff and the manager (I wish I had his name) ruined my experience. I will not be returning to this auto care center, and likely will not return to this Walmart location in the future.Service: Wheel alignment

Came here to get tires rotated but we put a sticker on one of the tires beforehand to make sure they actually rotated them. We waited for three hours for them to rotate the tires which is pretty standard at most Walmarts (unfortunately). We go to leave and realize the sticker is still in the same tire . Which means they didn t rotate it at all but just wasted our time for no reason. We tell the employee what happened ( wish I could remember his name but he was nice- white guy about 25-30ish, glasses and heavy build) and he says sorry, just get a ticket written up and I ll pull it in and take care of it. He actually rotated the tires and we didn t have to go to the back of the line ..The only reason I m giving not rating this a 1 star review is because that employee fixed the problem and apologized. Give this guy a raise!

They can sometimes take a while but conveniently located so not a problem if dropping offOr can shop while waiting if you plan itI would recommend going online to compare for example tire prices I found a greatly discounted set of tires

Dropped tire off for repair, walked around for 45 minutes shopping. They had gotten nothing done with the tire. Place was a joke. One lady was asking her coworker stupid questions as she was trying to help me. Be more professional and productive...

Asked for an oil change, fuel injection, balance and rotate to the tires, battery replacement, and for the headlights to be replaced. Was told it would be 3-4 hours till it got done. When I picked it up only the oil change and the battery had been done but they still took four hours.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil changeServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Walmart needs to raise there wages so they can hire more mechanics. Only two working on Sunday and one was lazy. 5 hours to get tires replaced. They were only able to do one vehicle at a time.Service: TiresService: Tires

I wouldn't even leave a star! I had my oil changed here a few days ago. I had taken a picture of my change thing that held about $1.50 just on top, in my cup holder before dropping of my vehicle. when I got my vehicle back I found that I had money stolen from me. When I addressed the mangers of the automotive department they only offered me the amount taken from me and didn't seem very sorry about what happened. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I AM GOING GO PASS ON THE WORD THAT THEIVES WORK HERE!

Very poor performance across the board. I live in the country, but I work in Warrenton. It used to be very convenient to just run in to Walmart in the mornings before work real quick, get what I needed, and not have to go anywhere after work. In the last year, like many other stores, Walmart has updated their hours of operation to be open for shopping from 7 AM - 11 PM.For months now I stand outside the doors, with a long line of other customers in the mornings waiting to get in until sometimes 7:05- 7:10 AM. In the meantime inside there are droves of associates just standing around, intentionally ignoring the lines of waiting customers, who once depended on Walmart to be a quick solution to grab what they need before work. Then you get inside and it's a mad house of disorganization, and limited stock. The aisles seem to always be full of carts full of merchandise, while the shelves remain bare, and the staff are for the most part unpleasant, and unwilling to help. I went into Wentzville the other day, and their Walmart is the polar opposite. Clean, friendly staff, well staffed, tons of selection. Warrenton Walmart seems to suffer from poor leadership, and a lack of organization. They could do very well to look at how Wentzville is run, and use that as an operational guideline.

my car broke down in the middle of the night so i had to drop it off here and come back in the morning. i live an hour away so i called them ahead of time just for extra precautious measures. they were very rude and not understanding of my situation. it felt like they were trying to rush me off the phone to poor quality service anyway...

Walmart needs to raise their tech wages so they can get employees. They are always short of help and closing early. I have been trying to get my tire replaced for weeks but finally gave up today. Going somewhere else.

Darren at the Warrenton tire center stayed over his shift to get us back on the road, excellent service on his part and we very much appreciated it. Thanks Darren!

These guys have improved greatly in the last 6 months or so. Sometimes they are not staffed very well which could take longer but they are normally on point.

Very helpful and accomadating. I went to a a different location and declined to service me but this location assisted me. I highly recommend this location. I do not remember their names but I went as soon as they opened and whoever worked the morning shift were awsome.

1 star for this Walmart is way to generous. We blew a tire on the interstate and we didn t have a spare so we called this one over 10 times and nobody answered.

Very poor service, I bought tires there and had them put on my car, the people doing the service left wheel covers loose, lost one wheel cover, checked the rest of them an found them all loose.
