I live in Jefferson City and while I was in Versailles, my car overheated. I was told that you should park your car immediately and not drive it When it overheats. I Called Whan s To tow my car to their garage. The tow driver started my car and drove it onto the truck bed. This defeated the whole purpose of getting my car towed in the first place. I could ve drove it the mile down the road it would ve been to get to the garage. I was informed the next morning that my car was still under warranty and needed to be towed to the dealership in order for them to fix it. Whan s charged me $70 for that tow and $32 for looking at my car. If I would ve left my vehicle there to be fixed, he was going to charge me $870 ( not including the tow) Garbers quoted me at 700. $170 is a pretty big price difference to me.

WOW, had a flat on Sat over the 4th of July. They came from 20 miles away, changed it. Then I followed to their shop where they patched and reinstalled the tire, again all on a Holiday Weekend. First time I've ever needed a tow and a ride. These guys came to the middle of nowhere to our rescue after smashing into a deer, got our vehicle loaded, and got us home. Couldn't had asked for a nicer operator too.Thank you

Very happy with this service. This was company was selected for us through my insurance s roadside assistance. We were able to leave my car where it was stranded, they came to retrieve it and then delivered it to my house. Not to mention that they were able to do this as it was getting quite late. I so appreciate that the driver had to go quite a distance to pick up my car, deliver it and go back. Thank you!

Back in February when we had that large snowstorm here in the Ozarks, I had been snowed in for a week. I drove approximately 4 miles from my home and had a blowout. Although my insurance call Center indicated that it might be a lengthy wait due to high call volume in this area Whan Towing was there in 32 minutes and had me back on the road in 15. The young man that took my car was pleasant, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the LOZ area.Service: Tire change

This outfit did a good job and were friendly and polite. That was their trick to gain my confidence. Their method of payment was to take my debit card and read the numbers over the phone to their dispatch . That should have been the red flag but I m naive. Then they proceeded to charge me not only just for my tow of $71 they turned around and charged me $113 with now receipt or explanation. Then mysteriously I had 2 charges come through from the Sonic Drive In in Laurie Missouri after I had already left town. Don t use these crooks.Service: Car towing

These people were quick to respond and tow my vehicle! That was awesome and I was impressed. But the young gentleman accidentally hooked to the wrong part under my car and bent the lateral arm and then I played phone tag for days before anyone gave me an answer about them paying for the repair they were at fault for. If I knew there was a law to make them pay for me being without my car with all my medical issues I would surely use it as I am sick and need to be at a doctor appointment. This is not good business practices and I wonder how many people are unaware of what they possibly could damage when towing the vehicle. Thank you Auto Tech for being a great car repair entity and for looking out for my safety!

I like the service that they provide for a person that can't afford brand new tires they do resell the salvage tires from the cars that they tow. At a very fair price

I've had way too much experience with Whan's towing. They charged $1600 to pull a car out of a ditch for a friend. Another friend who had their car towed and had some important papers in the car, were not allowed to get them out because they couldn't afford the tow bill. Finally they said they could go and get their papers if they paid $20. But the guys were Extremely rude and downright crooked. These guys have a reputation that is well known in the area. BEWARE! They will cheat you!

He promptly drove 26 miles to change our tire, interacted with our 4 kids (ages 10, 8, 5, 3) even allowing the boy to pull on the horn. And best of all he joked and smiled the whole time, and was very kind which brightened our mood on and sweaty day.

If I could give zero stars I would. Cody, a driver for Wham- tried to get my daughter to sign over the title of her car telling her it was goinv to cost around 6 grand to fix. My exhusband drove over 3 hours each way to check the car himself. The repair was $70. My daughter had been minutes away from releasing her car to this scammer. I thank God-for the first time-for my ex!

Smacked a deer not to long ago, they were fast, polite, efficient, the driver had a great since of humor for 6 in the morning, and they were far cheaper than I expected. One star for each trait.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!! Their little game is tow your vehicle, get it to their lot the lock it up and charge your insurance company a ton of money or charge you a ton of money to get your vehicle back or they keep it!!

Was quoted 100 and 90 minute wait... Waited 3 and a half hours to be very unprofessionally pulled out of a ditch and told he wasn't even going to try to tow my car one quarter of a mile to my house my spouse and I are disabled and was told we had to help push the car to the side of the road then he didn't give us a receipt and he left us stranded there at night in 19 degree weather... He charged us 150 Never again
