I have been using Auto Tech for several years now. Rondel, John, Glenn, Marcus and everyone else working there have always been very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They make you feel special and always explain everything they are doing and why. They give you such a warm welcome and are so very kind. I highly recommend them to everyone!

We have trusted Glenn and all his dedicated technicians for many years.Every one of the guys are knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and always fair. They have performed small jobs and major jobs on several vehicles for us. Always stands behind their work they have never let us down!I would actually give them 10 stars !Thank you to them all !

This is a great place to take you vehicles. They try to make sure it is fixed right at a fair price. They have always been nice to me and helped me out any way they could.

Definitely recommend! I've been taking vehicles there for years. They keep detailed service records and always use high quality parts and fluids. Every time you get oil change, they do a complimentary inspection, check brakes, and top off any low fluids.

I have taken my truck to autotech a couple of times now, and the guys are very professional, and take care of the problem the first time. They are very reasonably priced, and really care about their customers. I will use them and only them from now on.

Our truck is still not fixed right even after taking it back. Their prices are really too high. Each time we have been charged from 1200.00 to 1800.00 for small things. Their diagnostics are over 350.00 and then want to know if you want to spend even more for more diagnostics???? NOT again!!! Been there, done that, won't be ripped off again!!! You had your second chance!! Had to give one star to post review, but.... you receive no stars! You earned it!

They fit me in timely. Texted a reminder. They called to let me know what they found, fixed it, and gave me a report of things that may need taken care of. All this with a smile. The experience was awesome.

Auto Tech is definitely the most reliable, professional, and technologically advanced auto service center around.Recently, I had my vehicle lane guidance system recalibrated for a very reasonable price. They can do all latest models.I have had all my vehicles serviced here for almost 14 years now. Thanks to Glenn and Rondell and team!

Was not happy with the service at all, the gentleman was very polite, I felt like that was a front for the service tho we were NOT told it would be a week we knew it was the starter yet were charged diagnostic, when they told us the starter was some 7-800 dollar starter I about flipped would not allow us to go to Oreilleys and get a starter with lifetime warranty for $149 said we had to buy theirs ugh!!!! 2 other shops in the same town were well under $500 for starter and labor, would never recommend this shop!

Was an hour in to a 2 hour drive and had car trouble. Pulled in here and they had me back on the road in a half hour. Friendly service, reasonable prices, and they bent over backwards to help me out! Did a poor inspection. Failed item that were not out of specs. Missed 2 items that required repairs , ie front broken headlight assembly. They appeared to be looking for items that would net them the most profit if they were to repair.

My Mercedes E350 diesel motor died back in July returning from a trip to Tulsa, leaving me stuck in south Missouri. Initially I took the car to the Mercedes dealer in Joplin, but it quickly became apparent they would not be able to fix the motor based on what they saw. Hauled it to the lake, and first took it to a diesel shop in Eldon. They thought it could be repaired, but it sat there for a while and it became apparent they were not getting to it. My dad recommended I bring it over here to AutoTech, and thank goodness for the suggestion. Turns out the motor indeed experienced catastrophic failure, and beyond rolling it into the lake and forgetting about it, an engine replacement was the only way to get it back on the road. I couldn't be happier that I chose AutoTech to put a new motor in this car. Pricing was very fair compared to quotes I've seen from Mercedes, the work was done correctly, and it feels like a brand new vehicle.The biggest thing that stands out to me about AutoTech is the people and the vibe. It is not often you find a mechanic or a shop where you feel at ease about the process. Communication is crucial, and these fellas communicate extremely well, and did everything correctly and as promised. The car was ready a week before I expected it. They also provided better maintenance specifications than Mercedes does to ensure this motor lasts much longer than the last.I will use these guys for everything I possibly can moving forward, despite living a few hours away. Highly recommended! As soon as I came to pick up my car, I dropped off my truck for some work.

They have had my car over a year now and still not fixed last two time I spoke to the mechanic I told him at this point just get the parts and fix it and still nothing. He is always gone when I call it's ridiculous. I just want my car back so I can take it somewhere else it might actually get fixed. Lost work and everything because of it.

They picked my vehicle up at my job, serviced it and then dropped it off before 5:00 at no extra cost. This saved me the hassle of trying to find a ride from someone and help me keep my social distance from others. Great customer service!

These folks are top notch and totally awesome! I took my car in for repair by tow truck as it was not safe to drive it at that time. While Auto Tech was making their repairs they noticed that the lateral arm was bent and it would be dangerous for me to drive it that way. Thy called me and explained that to me and the the marks were fresh and not there when they had serviced my car the month before. Also that it was most likely done during the towing so I should contact the towing company to have them cover the cost of the repair. These people who work here have your best interest at heart and are not after the all mighty buck! The bent lateral arm would cause uneven wear on the tire and possibly a blowout and accident for me. God Bless Auto Tech!!!!!

Someone from another shop recommend this place because my shop couldn't get me in and Auto Tech took care of my truck promptly and professionally and called me to keep me informed of progress. I would recommend this shop if your looking for quality work and professional service .
