I forgot to leave a review a couple weeks ago. These guys are THAT GOOD that I wanted to be sure and leave a review they deserve to have.I called in a pinch as I was leaving for Florida and realized my alternator was dead. I immediately got it there so they could slide me in between their full calendar.I was shocked when they had my car ready in just a couple hours!I know not every mechanical issue can be fixed that fast, but what you can count on is for them to be top-notch professional, friendly and honest.Highly recommend!

These guys were great! From out of state. My drive shaft came apart. They got me in quick and back on the road. They charged me a fair price for the time spent. Would 100% use again if I'm ever in a pinch in that area.

I got a flat tire at two am. I had to end up walking home because they couldn t get anyone out. I got this morning and the tow guy goes union auto care is really good. I thought what do I have to lose? The staff is super polite and the person running it was just the nicest person and thanked me for my business. The tires were reasonably priced. The work was done pretty quick. I recommend and will be back!!!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

We are from out of town and my truck needed brake work badly. The management, mechanics everyone treated us great, professional and with respect. Most importantly they did not try to take advantage of our situation and we are very satisfied with the service and charges. We were treated right. Thank you.

Ray's repair business is one of the best around. His lead mechanic is a master diagnostic technician that I would trust with any vehicle. If he can't work on it, he'll tell you. I also know the other mechanic in the shop who recently transferred from another shop in town. He is also a very experienced mechanic. Highly recommended. Ray has probably forgotten more about tires than other tire shops knew in the first place. They won't sell you something you don't need just to complete a sale or raise the price.

Order tires from them last week, called the day they were suppose to in and they had no clue what I was talking about. So I called another place to make an appointment, and Union auto care calls me back to tell me they found the tires I ordered. I drive in to have them put on, after I parked in the bay at their shop I called the other place to cancel my appointment. When I was there I noticed how badly the tires were disorganized, they were all thrown in a pile. Turns out they only got one of the tires I needed shipped in and wasn't able to get them put on. So I waste my time and gas to go in there and it puts me back to square one. Never ever will I try to do business with Union auto care again!

I shouldn t even give it the one star but didn t know how to make a review without giving it one star. This place has very poor service I took my car in and told them what needed to be fixed. The mechanic was very rude to me. He wouldn t even talk to me while I was standing there he kept asking the lady behind the counter question instead of me. They told me they fix it but no sooner then my wife left the check engine light came back on. Took it to auto zone for testing and it was the same code as the first time I took it there. That was on a Friday of course I couldn t make it there before they close. Took it back the following business day and they told me it would be another 3 hundred dollars to fix it after I just gave them 3 hundred to fix the very same thing. Needless to say I told them no to touch my car I would do it my self....

After taking my car in to have the alternator replaced (approx $500) I started losing tons of power steering fluid. When I came in, the mechanic said that the high pressure line had been kinked, and even admitted that it could have happened when they had to disconnect the PS resivour and move it to the side when doing the alternator. They offered to sell me the hose at cost, which was still $40 over what it cost me to purchase it locally. So after I provided my own hose ($140+tax) they gave me a $10 break on labor. Okay, another $250 repair job, so I should be fine now, right? No, minutes after picking my car up I noticed the loud whine was still there. I took it back and they said it was air in the line, but that they had topped it off. So, now I'm good...right?Nope. Now I am told that sometimes power steering pumps just whine...LOUDLY?! I am now told there is nothing that they could've done to make the pump noisy. I have had this car since April and it has never been this noisy. I have only lived here one year; but I will chalk this up to (a very expensive) lesson learned.

I needed a tire mounted and balanced, and a hole fixed in the exhaust. I was charged for more than that, and zero issues were resolved. The tire went flat in an hour, and the exhaust got laughed at when inspected at jiffy lube. The man behind the counter was nice enough, but the mechanic was trying to be rude enough that we would stop questioning his poor abilities. Avoid this shop because you can, and should.

This place gave me a new engine charge me out the wuyang and I drive out thinking that my car was going to be in Tip-Top shape and it wasn't. No I don't know if I just got scammed or what happened but all I know is I paid $1,700 and my car still messed up after leaving this Auto Care shop. Be careful people

I've had two sudden tires emergencies within the past year, with the most recent being today. Being a sudden emergency, I showed up without a prescheduled appointment and they immediately squeezed me in and fixed my tire. Quick, honest, and courteous service. Union, MO is lucky to have them!

COMSUMER WARNINGTake this for what you will. It is only my opinion and facts of what happened.I have used UNION AUTO CARE for years until today. Here's why.Took a tire there to have it patched and intended on buying a new one as well. I was told be a gentleman it could not be patched. Btw, another tire place was happy to patch. The next day when my new tire came in. The young lady at the front desk did everything in her power to make sure it was ready by the time promised. 12:00 pm. I called and arrived at 11:45. Paid for new tire and was directed to pull into bay 2. Yet, bay 2 was blocked by a large yellow tool chest. The same gentleman that refused to patch my tire was too busy talking to someone to listen to me ask to have the obstruction removed. All he said to me was "Just pull in." Repeatedly not even looking at the tool chest that was in the way. If you can't pull into a bay correctly it is a risk to customer's car and building. So, my wife had to get out of our vehicle and move the yellow tool chest. During which she badly pinched 2 fingers. One has a bruise under the nail. She, even next day, is having trouble using those 2 fingers. Since a guy. In My Opinion too lazy to patch an easily patched tire or to move a tool chest. I thought why should I trust this person to put a tire on my vehicle. I called him a lazy b$$@%d. Took my tire and left to put on myself. Oh, did I mention I'm disabled with proper plates and am not to lift over 10 lbs.Today when I called Ray, the owner. He seemed at best disinterested and more poised on the fact one of his workers was offended by the truth, it was just told harshly. I didn't get my cane from being lazy.No apology for my wife at All!So, in summary they don't care as long as the money flows.I may have made a mistake by overreacting. But, at least I called to apologize. Even though a person is lazy is still no excuse to call them a name. I also found out the wrong person felt offended. I made sure loud opinion I gave the the "worker" was not directed toward the young lady at the front desk. Poor girl's feelings must have been hurt from the misunderstanding. That made me feel worse. That the wrong person took offense. That's shows how much care is afforded you on the mechanical side of the door.In my opinion, they have inexpensive tires but it's a total crapshoot if you get one of the 2 workers that actually care about customer service.I wonder what their insurance company would do when they read themselves liability it is to have any customer drive their car into a bay. That comes back to laziness.
