Beware of the deceptive mailers used to lure people in to this dealership. Be sure to read the small print. The large print says you are winner but you are not. The Indiana Attorney General just filed a lawsuit against a company for this exact thing. A judge fined the marketing company $140,000 for deceptive mailers. Hopefully the Missouri Attorney General will be doing the same for people in our state. Google it for yourself. If you re a great company with good customer service and good products, you should not have to resort to these practices. Invest your advertising dollars in your community and get your name out there.

Found the vehicle I wanted advertised by Schicker Ford of Union on Marketplace. When I inquired about the vehicle Lance responded quickly with all of my questions, was very accommodating on a convenient time to let us look and drive the vehicle, and worked with us on price. The entire transaction was very easy and stress free.I owe this to Lance and Mike. One thing that stands out is I never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle. Great vehicle. Very happy.

I want to thank Kyle at Schicker Ford for the no pressure sales on my new Toyota Highlander. When I reached out to the dealership he was the first person to text me about the vehicle and ask if I had questions and how he could help. We set up a time to test drive that day and the car was sold within 2 hours! Thank you Kyle and Camron for your patience with a woman buyer! I recommend Kyle when you're looking for a new car of any kind!

The Technician that worked on my vehicle done a satisfactory job. My issue comes from the lack of professional services from the service manager and sales manager. We purchased a platinum service warranty that had an inclusive detail of coverage. When we asked questions to the service department they did not know the details or was unwilling to investigate for the customer. They made assumptions and made no effort to find the correct answers. In fact even tried to make the answers up to which we were able to correct. When speaking to the sales manager, they even said we had a legitimately question and the service manager needed to call and represent our interest. That was over 3 weeks ag and still no answer. I have called the service manager and sales manager and either are not available or haven t done anything towards finding the information. Due to the unprofessional behavior I will have a difficult time taking my vehicles there to be worked on and I definitely will not spend $3600 on a service warranty..

Have been taking my cars to Schicker for years. They are fantastic to work with. Brian in Service Dept is great about explaining potential areas that need immediate correction or those that can wait a bit.....but definitely start budgeting for them to be fixed.

Total frustration! I have had my car in the dealership for probably 10 to 12 days in the last month and I half. First it was for the navigation system not working properly and they fix that. Then it became a problem with the assisted cruise control. It would work for a short period of time maybe 3040 miles and then stop. I took it in numerous times, and the only thing they actually did was move Turnpike sticker away from the mirror

I had a problem with tire/sensor and went there with no appointment and they found the problem and had the part in stock fixed it. I thanked them because I have a long commute to work and they put my mind at ease

Very untrustworthy.....I had my AC fully replaced and they didn't replace the one piece that was actually the issue.... and qouted me quotes me another $500Not once but twice I took my car in for something and after my gas cap light came on with a faulty sensor saying my cap was open when I called about it they told me to go to Honda that it needed a new cap they never offered to look at it. At honda I was told it was faulty light and that Schicker messed with it. Same thing happened to my husband a week later his engine light came on after a service. It turned off after he redid his gas cap thankfully.After a safety and emissions I've had parts on my console hanging off. Another time We had a new piece put on my husband's car that cost $200 and two weeks later we had to go to a different shop because they put a bad piece on it so we had to pay for the works all over again.I will never set foot in this place again....

My wife has a walker and they came out and helped her get to the waiting room while they performed services on our vehical and when they were done they helped her get back in the vehical. The dealership is by far the best that I have ever dealt with.

Worst service department experience, outside of Jerry - whole thing is a mess. If you get your car worked on there, they don t care, and you re going to get contradicting information. My wife was told the recall wouldn t fix our vehicle, I was told it would, and then in the end - it didn t fix it, we waited nearly 3-4 years for them to get a solution and they said it was a cut wire beneath my vehicle, they didn t notice it before - the part did no good, for $1400 we can fix the problem now. Poor workmanship and I see why, some of my buddies asked why I would take my car to that dealer. What a joke.

Couldn t be happier with the process. Had a hiccup that was out side the dealerships control. Credit union screwed up paper work and took them a month to fix it. Dealership held the truck for me the whole time. Highly recommend.
