Great experience. Trintyn promptly checked out the check engine light on my Jeep Cherokee which turned out to be a missing gas cap. Parker installed windshield wipers with a quickness. Both guys were very polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend shopping here and since I just moved to Union, Missouri I will be doing all my business here. Thanks for the help Trintyn and Parker, you guys are awesome.

What a great place. Staff appears to be trained the same, as the customer service is naturally displayed in customer service with you and other customers. Not very often do you hear of auto stores with the same customer service with all employees.Comes highly recommended, as you can see from other reviews, people are satisfied. Great job, keep up the good work, thank you for listening.

Best auto parts store in our town and we have 3. Guys behind counter are always ready to help. We got rid of our diesel truck and they took back a container of Def without a receipt.

Went there 12/31/22 about 7:15 pm. Was going to replace battery in my car. $ 209.00 I believe was price. Ok, I ask if they would swap out old battery with the new one. I had no tools with me. Guy told me no, they don t do that on my model of car. 2011 ford escape.Ok, went to Autozone, spent total of $236 with tax and they had a new battery switched out in less then 10 minutes. I am now a full time customer with AutoZone.Note to O Reilly s : customer service is everything

Definitely wouldn't choose autozone parts for my vehicles. Leave that to the shade trees that barely can keep their cars on the road.

Wanted to get an updated battery to make sure it'd last through the winter, and came with a 6 month warranty. Clerk told me a basic battery had a NINE month warranty. Happy days! Bought it, shoved it in, and it was losing charge within 3 weeks. No harm in letting the vehicle sit for awhile, I'd get to replacing it in no hurry, with such a long warranty. So, at 3 months and 2 weeks after purchase date I bring it back to warranty it.They informed me that the thing broken since 3 weeks of use, and sitting for acouple months, has a 3 month warranty, and corporate won't do jack because the warranty on the receipt trumps anything an employee says.A bad battery happens. I understand that. But a customer was misled about his options to remedy this, and so was CHEATED. Might not be the last O'Reilly product I buy (definitely the last battery, I'd get more life out of a AA), but I'd advise anyone to look carefully at their receipts.

This particular store mixes automotive paint. If you have the paint code they can mix it for you. If you don't have the code and you can bring a sample piece already painted or just drive the vehicle to the store they have a device that "looks" at your sample and it will generate the code that is needed. Very handy.

The only location thag can mix custom paint colors and they're fantastic quality. Especially in this area, Oreillys always seems to have more knowledgeable employees than auto one, advanced, napa, etc.

Troy and Pat are great. Well all their staff is very friendly and they are always ready to help they actually took out my battery and put in the new one. Also got under my car and replaced my lightbulb. They always go out of their way to help me out. Great guys. Thank you for always helping me out. I'm a widow so I truly dont have anyone to help me. Thanks guys!

I personally found the employees to not know what they are doing. They directed me to the wrong part that I had brought in being a brake rotor to be turn. Gave me the wrong ones had my name on a set that wasn't mine I left with them 6 hours later I got a call saying they were the wrong ones and then after all that two weeks after that I go in and the employee looked at me and said you're the one who took the wrong this and that, and I was there on a completely different matter they refused to own up to the mistake and I ended up giving them my business and I will never again go to that O'Reilly's

I needed new wiper blades for my car. They were very helpful and showing me the different price wiper blades that I needed and also put them on for me. I never have any trouble when I go there for anything

The staff at each of the stores I visited have been so helpful. I learn something knew Everytime I go there. Customer service is top notch and I will gladly shop there for my vehicle needs

I ve shopped at this location for the past 7 years have had awesome service up until the last three months. Seems like the younger guys working here don t care much to help you. I ve even had somebody mock me after I turned around when they didn t know what a part was. A tail light converter is a pretty common thing by the way. I won t be asking for service from any of the younger guys at this location anymore. Millennials man. If you do come here get an older gentleman to help you. Management needs to flush out the unmotivated and disrespectful crew members at this branch.

Mostly use online pick up however when I do go into the store to purchase offline, the staff is nice and helpful. Good experiences. None bad.

Went there to purchase a dome light bulb for an older vehicle. The cross reference book did not go back as far as the year of my vehicle but they had a sylvania light bulb with the same last 4 numbers as the AC Delco O.E. I took the sylvania bulb to the person at the counter and explained about the cross reference book issue and asked if the sylvania was the correct match. I provided the make, model, year, and provided the O.E. bulb part number. Jordan punched in an couple of numbers and told me it was the correct bulb. Being a little suspicious I looked the bulb on the sylvania web site and found out the bulb I had purchased was the wrong one for my vehicle. I returned to the store and the assistant manager gave me my refund and asked what I was looking for which I told him and when he looked it up he stated that it wasn't the correct bulb and he could order it. I told him it was not a big deal but he may want to have a talk to the young man who was standing there about the importance of looking up part numbers to make sure he is selling the correct one. The young man then stated he did look it up. I then asked him if I looked it up and the assistant manager looked it up then how did you look it up and come up with a different part. His only answer was well I did look it up. Now for the reason for my novel. I can handle being sold the wrong 6 dollar light bulb it's really not a big deal. But I refuse to do business where an employee looks you square in the eye and lies.

Outstanding customer service, we had gotten 2 car parts, needed to exchange 1 of them, not realizing that since we had to exchange 1 we would of needed to exchange the other, well we left and not even 5 minutes down the road the cashier called us and told us we needed to exchange the other part, cause it wouldn't work...I have never ever had an employee go out of their way to contact us by phone...he definitely went beyond his cashiering duty's!!
