Today while it was almost a 100 outside, I walked into autozone with my 2 kids. Ken was kind enough to ask me what I needed and he helped me get the coolant that I needed for my vehicle. He even came out and filled up my coolant levels for me. He was very friendly to my kids and made the experience very nice. Thank you Ken!

I would give this store a 5 star every time with many of the employees. But the manager Becky is 100% the reason I m leaving 1 star. She is incredibly rude and has no sense of professionalism. As a customer, I don t want to have to hear you talk so badly about your coworkers or cursing every other word before I m helped.

Greg, PSM from Store 5912 in Oneida, NY helped me big time. He was able to call and get everything squared away for me. He was very knowledgeable and informed the store of what I needed.When I arrived, they were able to do what O'Reilly couldn't. They tested my battery and replaced it without 10 minutes, and I was on my way!

We were in there at 6:50 today, and there was a lady with glasses working the register who was not very customer oriented. From the second we walked in she was giving us dirty looks and then the first thing she said was kind of snippy so we brushed it off. After that she just kept going. We eventually just left because we weren't going to buy something from someone who was talking to us like we were stupid.

The store manager in Union Mo, store number 4401, Becky Harris is incredibly unprofessional and rude. We have been going there for years and never had an issue. Literally multiple times a week most weeks.All of the other employees have always been awesome. Jason is always very kind and professional.Not everyone is cut out for managerial positions. Customer service is a huge reflection of the store and who they employ. Her customer service was horrible. And that just places a negative image on that location.

Shaun was very helpful looking up a caliper bolt for my Jeep Cherokee. He even printed out the part number for me, for future reference. Unfortunately, the bolt I needed was out of stock, so I went elsewhere to get it. I went here at about 6pm on Sunday, and there was no other customers. I would recommend shopping here.

I go to this store frequently. I went there this evening and had an encounter with a middle aged female that somehow became manager at the Union facility. Her customer service not ok. I was just getting a warranty for some brakes I changed and it was like she was yelling at me because I didn t have the receipt pulled up on my phone. It was just an overall bad experience. Next time I go there, if she is there, I am just going to head down the road to the next auto parts store.

Called store in Union to ask about a part time delivery job. Manager was very quick, cold, and not helpful at all. Unfriendly, and at the end when I said thanks, she just hung up on me. Who in the world would want to work for someone like that!

They are a dang joke hear in union mo they where twice as much or more than any other parts store and even dealerships wasnt as much as them and then they wouldnt even thick about price matching with the dealerships price so if you want screwed on the price with no lube its a great place

Ken R was an awesome help today! My truck wouldn't start and he tested my battery! He also checked for error codes because my check engine light was on! When I was about to purchase the part to fix my check engine light he noticed a wire was disconnected! After reconnecting the wire the light went off! through all of this he also offered to let me wear his jacket because I was chilly outside! I will definitely look for Ken to help me on my next visit! Thanks a bunch Ken! You're the best!

The staff was super nice and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the woman working there because it was obvious that she knew what she was doing and the men staff respected her and was even asking questions to her. Unfortunately my car is picky and needed a "denso" brand product that I had to purchase elsewhere. I would still be back to shop there.

Staff is amazing and super helpful!! They stayed late on their own time to help us out. Even called another auto zone that was open 24 hours so we could get our part delivered the next morning. Worse autozone I've ever dealt with. Called the store to get a price check,was quoted $162 for a set of hubs. When I got to the store the younger guy that was working the register was pretty much clueless on what he was looking up even though I explained it several times (actually brought me 4 parts out that have nothing to do with a wheel hub) then once he finally got the right part he said it was$205. Not even $205 for a pair but$205 each. I showed him on their own website that he was way off on the price and must have done something wrong but he was like most rude people I've run across, said that is the price and you can go to oriellys down the street if you don't like our prices. I just went online and ordered a set of 2 to pick up at a different store and went and picked them up with no problems (granite City branch) Price was only $167 from their website for a set of 2. Pretty sure the guy working was charging people way more than the store and pocketing the extra.

My husband and I were traveling from Salem, MO back to our home just east of St..Louis. We stopped in Washington, MO to fill our gas tank and when ready to go, the car would not start. After calling two other auto parts stores who could not help us, we called Auto Zone and they were quickly on the way to rescue us with a new battery and the tools to install it. Many thanks to all who had a hand in helping us out!

I came in today for some new car mats and light bulbs to replace my brake lights. I don't know who the man was that helped me but he did a superior job and I really wanna say Thank you for helping me change my brake lights since I'm a single mom and have no clue how to replace them. Everyone is very respectful as well. So to that man that works there, thank you so much!!!!

Competitive prices, just about anything you need they have in stock, if not they'll have it there in a couple days. The staff is super nice and they're patient when someone (me) has a thousand questions!! Thanks guys

I noticed a headlight out tonight on my van. Dakota was so nice. Changed it for me in just a few minutes. It means a lot to have such great service and with a nice attitude and eager to help. Auto Zone should be proud of their employees. Thanks again Dakota.

Would have given less stars but I have to have at least one. There was a blonde older woman employee who was smoking a cigarette in the middle of the front door which was wide open. Very unprofessional and made me not even want to go into the store. Wish there was a way to post a picture because I have one of the lady smoking in the door way

Dakota was so helpful tonight when I realized my headlight was out. I went to auto zone in union & He assisted me in purchasing the correct light bulb. He didn't stop there. He also went out in the freezing cold (snow on the ground) and put it in for me. Thanks so much Dakota & merry Christmas

I went in to get my battery and charging system checked after a jump start. The photo is of a car with a 2 inch receiver for a hitch bolted to the car's bumper and with pieces of wood as spacers to attempt to get it at the correct angle for towing. Reminded me of the "redneck" photos you see on the internet.

Always have what you need or they will order it. And if it's not right they accept returns. Saved me plenty of times.
